He didn't pressure me to come into the dealer for better deals. Long story short, he sold me the bike before I even step foot in their store. He gave me prices, negotiated a very awesome deal and I said yes! Finally came to the store and my Yamaha R9 was in the middle of the floor waiting for me. The rest of the process was nice and easy going with everyone involved from finance to service. Just did my first oil changed too and the service team was good. I highly recommend this dealer if you want a great deal and even better customer service.

Absolutely visually stunning and doesn't wake the neighbors when you start it. We were immediately greeted by a knowledgable associate that let us shop around and find what best fit our image with riding intention, usage, and of course, pricing. Ironically, the pricing is the part that had us sold first! The 2026 pricing was hard to beat. While we waited for the credit run, a second associate greeted us, not knowing we were already being helped. The staff were all so incredible and educated about their products. When we first received a difficult APR, the staff did not hesitate to provide options to afford the bike. I didn't expect them to run another APR quote that found us a deal that we couldn't beat (even though the first one was enough to get us started on the paperwork). Our experience couldn't have been better for a first time, fresh off the lot, motorcycle owner. I'll definitely be back to M.U. when it comes to buying MY bike! Everything was clean, quick, and to the point. If you have someone joining you on your purchasing adventure, there is a foosball table, ping pong table, Jenga, and seating area to be entertained. The staff even gave us a little guidance about a safe "get to know your bike" area to ride down before hitting the Main Street. Besides motorcycles, they had a LARGE assortment of jet skis, Slingshots, and other recreational vehicles to view. We were recommended M.U. and I'll be recommending them myself from now on!

They have a GREAT set up that they take to the swapmeet. It's simple really....just a welded together stand with a Harley seat and then a front section that mimics the front of a bike. They have a custom set of there bars there that you can adjust up and down. It's great because you can sit on it and actually see what it feels like and what the difference is between 10", 12", 14", 16" and 18" bars are from a riding position. Otherwise you're just guessing. Well, after picking their brains for a couple visits (it's a big investment....over $1000 with cables and install and you want to make SURE you're getting the best ones) I decided on the 16" Malo Bars. Paid for them yesterday and drove by to pick them up from their shop today. The shop has a small reception / showroom. It's clean and comfortable. One thing about these guys is every interaction I've had with them has been pleseant and causal. They really seem like they happy to be there. Picked them up from the nice lady behind the counter.....and took off for home. The quality on these is terrific and I'm really looking forward to getting them on. Tip: If you buy them at the LB show......they usually knock a few bucks off...."show special" and all that.

TBH I was more bummed out about the bike more than the injuries. Insurance reached out and highly recommended the AWESOME team at RPE Motorcycle. After doing some review reading with both HD and RPE, I decided to pull the trigger with RPE. They had glowing reviews from a bunch of people who decided to go this route rather than the dealership. When my bike was picked up, I had to pleasure of meeting Rob. He assured me the bike would "come back SO MUCH BETTER than what it was." He and his team updated me every step of the way, from when parts came in, options for alternative parts, or even if there were any delays in shipping. CONSTANT COMMUNICATION! When I finally got the call that the bike was ready (so much faster than I expected), I rushed over. Rob was there to hand off the keys and we went through what he and his team had done with my baby! He is 100% a man of his word. The bike came back to me SO MUCH BETTER. Since then, the bike has been running smoothly, practically brand fxcking new with that sparkling shine to prove it. Absolutely ZERO issues. So if you're wondering where to take your bike for an insurance claim or any other repairs, STOP READING AND GIVE THEM A CALL! If I could leave 20 more stars on top of this review I totally would. THANK YOU ROB. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM AT RPE !

Now that I am retired I went to Laidlaw's to talk to the service department about getting my bike picked up and going thru everything. I walk in and Brent Laidlaw who sold me my bike back in 1999 was there and I talked to him and told him of my issues. Brent told me my bike was worthless and can not get parts but we have plenty of new bikes to sell you. Brent said to leave your name and number with the service manager and they would arrange to pick it up but doubt they could do anything with it do to parts. The service desk said the manager was out to lunch so I left my info and never heard back from them. I left there that day without a very good feeling. I am glad I never heard back from them. A friend of mine told me to Google mobile Harley mechanics and that is when I found Larry's Harley Services in Whittier. He is not mobile but that was ok because I could just have triple AAA pick up my bike. I called Larry told him my issues and just by talking to him a got a very good feeling about the guy. He also told me parts would not be an issue he would just have to locate them which would be the parts inside the tank. (who knew there was parts inside the tank I thought the gas just flowed out into the injectors Boy was I wrong) I sent my bike to Larry and met him in person and very easy guy to talk to. He said to give him about a week and I would be back on the road again. He found the parts for inside the tank at Glendale Harley no problem. He went thru my entire bike servicing everything and also my bike was a complete mess sitting for the last 5 or 6 years that Larry's son detailed my bike and it looks like new again. If you have an older bike do not waste your time at a dealer Larry is the man. I am very happy with Larry's work and riding once again. Thank you. Dwayne J.

The Harley dealers and local "Harley Master Mechanics" all told me they don't work on these older bikes. I found Larry on Yelp and he agreed that the older Harleys are more difficult to work on and to find parts, but he likes this kind of work. He picked up my bike which didn't run, and in one day had it back to me. He also detailed it, so I received my bike shiny and running better than it ever did before. He inspected and adjusted the bike from A to Z. If you have a Harley, take it to Larry.
