Trust the reviews I brought my bike here after a down bad clutch blow up. They had my bike running in 3 days and it rides better than I did when I first got it. They also went so far as to fix and tighten things that I've just kind of ignored and never got around to adjust. I love the attention to detail and the kindness they let me know I can get clutch adjustments free of charge after replacement which will come in handy down the line. Fork seals replacement is not an easy job as hours are put into doing it. I was lucky to find this shop AND thank goodness it's local. Overall to get my fork seals done, it was for a good price. Another thing, the amount of mechanics they have on location made it possible for me to bring in my bike and it could have been done basically the same day except my brakes were shot and for the sake of my life, they let me know how bad they were and are rebuilding my front brakes. I was quoted over the phone $88 for ride in tire installation, when I got there they overpriced me at $185. I politely let the employee know my situation and the original price I was quoted. He didn't care at all and was firm on ripping me off. MotorHelmets did my tire installation for $90 ride in. Yes they remove the tires FOR YOU & INSTALL THEM FOR YOU & you ride away $100 cheaper than 562. Avoid this place. I left without giving them my business. I would recommend Motor Helmets in Fullerton (prices for services & tires are all online so they are transparent with nothing to hide) second recommended would be SoCal Superbikes in Garden Grove. Both are within 15-20 minutes of this "shop". People like you don't deserve to have customers. read more

Then, they'll slowly start adding up all the BS so that everything starts adding up and finally screw you in The End with a grand total of an arm and a leg. Total scam artists. I took my motorcycle to this guy's. Pablo sed 3 days to fix it, a month later I have to call him several times. A week later he call me say it was ready. So I send my daughter and brother to pick it up because I was working in Northern California. Bike was still in parts his excuse they got the wrong seal. You don't call a customer to tell them is ready if you haven't tested!! He delivered the bike to my brother's house, my brother tested it seems to be fine. Two weeks later I got it rode it for few miles to find out the leek is still there. $6 dollars part 1hour labor, $360 dollar job and no good results!! TLDR: Professional work with a hiccup or two (knocked 2 stars off) Alright, my 2016 Suzuki Burgman 650 needed a REAR tire replaced and it was 20 miles away from home and my go-to shop. Looked up on Yelp! and I called Five Star Motocycles right away. A gentleman picked up the phone and I asked for a quote, OUT-THE-DOOR PRICE, for a REAR tire installed for my bike. I told him the make, model and year. He did his math and said $51,OTD. It was $10 more than my go-to shop (very reputation shop, Melrose Moto) but I did not have to tow it cross town. Therefore, I said I'd bring my bike in next week. On Thursday, August 29, It was 1.45PM and the tow truck driver unloaded my bike off at the shop with a new tire. I was welcomed by a staff and gave him my info plus mentioning about price quote last week. It was my fault here that I don't have in writing. He said their mechanics were on lunch break so it would be ready by 3.30PM. Fine by me. At 3.30PM, promise time, no call. I waited until 4PM and still no call. At 4.20PM, I made a call asking for the progress (1-star off). He said they're wrapping up. I showed up at 5.15PM. I was billed $95. OK. (1-star off) Your staff quoted me $51 over the phone. Now, there were 2 staff tried to blame third person, JOSE, that gave me a quote for a FRONT tire installed. I did not want to argue with them and paid my bill in cash. I did not ask for discount or anything. Just witnessing how poor customer service of this shop. Their mechanics sure do professional work. OTH, its customer service is in need of re-engineering. My wife review below is very accurate. I sent her to handle some business for me and No customer should have to wait 45 minutes to sign documents. Especially when there's only one customer ahead of her. There was another employee working there and noticed that she was waiting for a long period of time and he made the effort to try to locate the documents himself for her to sign, but was unsucessful. Now following up with my wife review regarding my bike. I dont appreciate this company 5 star motorcycles for leaving parts off my bike. Especially after paying for my diagnostics. Another bike shop was coming to pick up my bike at this location and its inconvience for a customer to have to end of paying for parts that's lost through the transfer process because an employee decided not to complete what is required to do. Its unfornuate my wife and i didnt receive the proper customer service. Another and main reason why I chose to go elsewhere is not only because I only received one quote which was extremely high but what they failed to mention to me was after market prices. It wasnt until I asked about aftermarket prices was then he spoke on it and his exact words were "If you use aftermarket parts of your bike it will only last maybe a couple of weeks to a year" from that moment on it felt like he was just trying to say whatever he could to keep me from going to a different shop. So from here on I will have my bike serviced elsewhere that provides excellent customer service as well full completion of service needs. Can't say enough about the awesome experience I had with Five Star Motorcycles! I first called to see if I needed to make an appointment and Tony said usually they don't need to, but that day two of the guys were off so I needed to make an appointment. He set me up for a tire change appointment later that same day. I told him I would bring in some used tires to be installed on the bike. He told me as long as it's not worn down or expired that it would be fine to install. Price estimate: $20 each tire and balancing $18. Nice and fair price to get both tires changed. As I arrived, he inspected the used tires and kept it real. He told me the tires are in decent shape and they can install it, but the tires are expired and he highly recommends that I should buy new tires instead. Tony added that since it's expired it would be like running on bald tires because of the compound of the tires and the integrity of the tires, it would not be safe to ride. I opted getting some new continental tires for my bike. The service was beyond what I expected. The tires were changed in an hour, got some inspection around the bike and they even gave my bike a free wash and wax! I got to use my 10 percent discount when I checked in on yelp. As I was riding home, I even got a call from Tony asking if I got home safe because someone went down on the 605 and he wanted to make sure the bikes that were given back to its owners that day were ok and made it to their destinations safely. If that is not excellent service then I don't know what is! I really feel like this isn't just a regular shop, the workers themselves ride and care about each customer; riders look out for each other! These guys rock, my 2003 SV1000s has been in storage since 2016 and was neglected since I was working in the MidEast as a Military contractor. I had these professionals work on my bike and replaced all the part's that needed to be fixed and adjusted, cleaned up and replaced all of the required fluid's. I told them to take their time but they fixed it in less than a week. They also worked with Veterans like me and gave a nice discount from my total bill. Professional work all the way. Friendly staff and got my air filter changed for my 2015 CBR600RR in less than three hours, ~$180.

I was in and out within 30 minutes for an oil change on my 2011 CB1000R. Pablo was able to accommodate my last minute change for my appointment time. The tech (didn't get his name) worked on my bike very efficiently and methodically. Pablo opened the new HiFlo/KN oil filter in front of me, and I saw it got put on my bike. However, I didn't see them opening or pouring the semi-synthetic Castro that I paid for (hence the -1 star). My previous shop would open the bottle, break the seal, and pour it in right in front of me. I know I sound paranoid, but there are a lot of shady shops out there and I've never dealt with Pablo before. As of now, I don't know what and how much oil they put in there. Other than that, everything was great. They lubed my chain, air my tires, and checked everything was in good working order.
