May cost you a good deal but better than the dealership and get quality service like a dealership. Owner has a stale personality not easily related. Overpriced compared to other shops with equal quality service. Charged me $200 for a diagnostic check. A local shop quoted me only $80 and now a few other friends told me their guys said he ripped me off after I showed him my invoice when they showed their bike mechanic the invoice. But a buddy recommended me to this guy hoping for a deal but I was wrong. It's not my friends fault can't blame him. I was also missing a part that was sent to him but never heard back for almost 2-3 weeks now. Would I recommend this place? Cant say, my best advice is take it there at your own risk. Guess I lost out on $200 and a $150 part. read more

I brought my yamaha last Aug 2020 to this shop to fix the issue of shutting off the engine when accelerating the gas, My Yamaha V650 was there in the shop for 4 months until Jan 2021,not fix and diagnosed wrong(paid $99 for diagnostic) 4 months in their shop and the bike was still not running,pulled out the bike. I have an independent mechanic who fix the bike for 2 saturdays (jan 23 and 29) and have my motorcycle runs well. It seems the mechanic there need to go back to school to be trained more so won't keep the customers bike for 4 months without any improvements instead fix it in few days,the right way. read more

I was greeted by a short dude with long hair he was Very unprofessional in the way he carries himself as if he is the god of motorcycles and you the customer don't know anything but anyway I bring my bike in for a small oil leak he says it's 90 bucks to leave the bike there another 90 to clean the motor to see where's it's leaking from right off the back I was like hold up that don't sound right then 5 minutes later walks in a guy mad frustrated that he hasn't received his bike back so I took my business else where do not bring your bike here unless you want it back in the winter read more

My new Pilot Road 2 showed up earlier than I expected, so I figured I'd go ahead and git 'er dun on my day off. Last time I'd driven out to Five Star, but I didn't have a car and GP Moto is only 3 blocks from my house. So I called and spoke with Gabriel, explained what needed to be done---dismount old tire, mount new tire, balance wheel. He said it'd be 20 bucks. Five Star was 5 bucks cheaper last time, but I figured what the hell. A little while later the rain let up and I set out, by foot, new tire over my shoulder and old wheel+tire in my grip. When I arrived I discovered Gabriel was out to lunch. So I found a found a pencil and paper and left a note. Meanwhile the guy watching the shop, Alex, called up Gabriel on his cell. He said he would be back in 15 minutes and the work would be done within an hour. Alex, too, was heading out to lunch so I walked back home. An hour later Gabriel called me. No, the work wasn't done. Rather, he wanted another $20 ($40) to do it. Apparently he missed the part about dismounting the old tire. When I returned to pick up my parts, Gabriel barely said a word to me. Never apologized for the miscommunication. So instead of walking home proudly with my new toy I found myself back at square one. I had ridden past GP Moto many times and wondered if it might be worth my time. Now I know. read more

I had Gabriel fix my fairings from a low-side. The price was not the lowest, but not the highest either - somewhere in the middle. The paint job was great, and the color matched very very closely to the tank and remaining body panels. I would highly recommend him for this type of work. I also had him do the valve check, and he used K&N oil filter when he put it back together. Some might think this is a plus, but I hate those filters. Make sure you let him know not to use that if you're with me on K&N filters. read more

Worst mechanic I ever been to. This guy is horrible and bad. I took my bike to him and I told him what I wanted him to do and he gives me a list of separate things he wants to do and charge me. He is very persistent and that's what I hated about him. I told him he was charging too much and he didn't care to reason with me. Like come on, one thing was the oil change and I had the oil and filter and he was charging me full price for an oil change. FULL PRICE EVEN WITH ME GIVING THE OIL AND FILTER!!! He couldn't even settle for just the labor cost. I would never recommend this guy to anyone! read more

Man, I was disappointed. I came here because I was recommended by a friend and expected an honest mechanic. I took it there for one reason, he suggested a bunch of other things, which I would have considered if I could first find out what was wrong with my motorcycle. To his convenience, he recommended that the motorcycle got every single thing serviced, which some of the things I agreed with but I wasn't there for that. He's persistent about it and started pissing me off. I ended up paying for something I didn't go in there for and got the fuck out. F*** this place. Never again. read more

Went in and talk with Gabriel. He was very helpful. Told him I needed my fork seals replaced. Left $100 to buy parts and told him I would be back the following day to have the work done. Next day took bike in and bike was taken right in and work started. It took all of 1 hour to do the job. I gave 4 stars because the price was alittle high but less than the dealer and closer than my regular shop. He took his time and even adjusted my chain at no extra cost. Overall good job. I do recommend this place as long as you know prices. read more

I've taken my bike in a few times. He missed diagnosed a overheating problem I was having and I think it contributed to more damage. He seems to be the only one who works there so it takes time to get your bike back. I since then started going to 5 star. More mechanics and they diagnosed the overheating problem and a few other problems and had my bike running like new. GP would be my second choice out of the 2 shops. read more

what a ripoff ! bought a new front tire here & had it put on. rode it home thought I could here small grinding noise, called asked him if he regreased the axle, he said no. took it back a week later, I didn't ride it much, its a Goldwing btw, he took the chrome off & said u need brake pads. why wasn't that checked when u had it apart before I asked. his reply was u didn't ask me too. duh. I went to mid cities, got the pads & took it back, he said he could change them now, a friend picked me up. I asked him how much $ ? he said $120, I thought kinda high but I want it done right with the best parts. while at friends I called midcities & asked them how much they charge to change front brake pads, they said $36.50 a side. I was pissed off, I paid him $100 & told him I wont be back, or anyone else I know either. he also charged my friend $500 to clean out the carbs on a 750 shadow last week. never again !! read more
