He was able to answer all my questions regarding the details of the car shampoo the spray on wax, the clay sponge window cleaner, and a microfiber cloths . it was very helpful and helping me pick out the top-of-the-line products that they carry. I was very impressed of all the foot traffic coming and going specially from auto detailers who are filling up their tanks to a few people coming in to purchase products off the shelf definitely gonna be trying out the new products today. Robert (our sales/operations contact) drove me to a couple houses that they worked on and I had a chance to speak with one of their customers. I haven't done a full exterior house paint job before so I made sure to get at least one other quote. Buddy Paint's estimate was about 20% higher, but I still decided to go with Buddy's because of the 5-Year material & labor warranty (the other company did not offer any warranty) and the feedback from the customer I spoke to. I also felt like Robert would take care of us. The crew was friendly and efficient. They prepped the home well. Robert was responsive when we told him of a few spots that needed extra attention. There was one issue (accidental damage) that I wish would have been proactively handled. But Robert worked with me to resolve to our satisfaction. Overall, we love the new look of of our home. Our neighbors complimented the work. The crew did an excellent job and had great attention to detail. Robert was a great with communication and follow through. He called the shop, and the gentleman who answered gave him a very reasonable and fair quote. We dropped off our car, and he explained he would diagnose the issue first to confirm if it was the alternator. He also mentioned the car might not be ready until the following week, which we completely understood and were fine with. To our surprise, just three hours later, we got a call letting us know it was the alternator and the car was ready for pickup! We are so pleased with the level of service and how well we were treated. It felt like they genuinely cared about helping us. I must say today's experience has been great... i have been getting my truck smog checked here…read moresince they opened. Every time has been great, but this time my truck was leaking oil. They were able to help me with my smog check and let me know what was wrong with my truck all the way around. I needed an oil change and they took care of it no problem. Also was able to tell me which tire pressure sensor was bad and was able to tell me about my stability track. On top of all of that they topped off all my oil and fluids. Check all of my filters. It was just a really good experience that I haven't had from a repair shop in a very long time not even the dealer does it like that anymore. I really appreciate how transparent they are. Five stars really aren't enough stars for them. And the best part is, it's a price you can't resist. Thank you guys!

Jacob Borrero was our sales representative and was very attentive and patient. We found a 2018 Sonata with about 36,000 miles on the internet. We bought it for exactly the internet sale price. (Unlike Fontana Hyundai who had a similar car but added on thousands of dollars in dealer add-ons and refused to sell us the car at the advertised price - see my review). We then decided to trade our '24 Palisade for the '26 Palisade Hybrid. Jacob was very professional, friendly, and pressure-free. He was one of the reasons we bought two cars again. Despite any "deals" out there from other dealerships, we've learned our lesson and will always shop at this store. If you want an honest interaction and sale, this is the only stop you should make. The dealership had exactly the vehicle I was looking for, and that's how I was introduced to Joseph Calderon. Joseph was excellent throughout the process. He was responsive, friendly, and communicative from start to finish. He sent photos of the vehicle, coordinated my appointment, answered my questions, and made sure everything was ready when I arrived. He did exactly what you hope for from a salesperson, and I appreciated his professionalism. He even checked in with me after the purchase to make sure everything was going well, which was a thoughtful touch and speaks to the level of service he provides. The only reason this isn't a five-star experience was the finance process. I was paying cash, had no trade-in, and had already agreed on the purchase price, so I expected a quick and straightforward transaction. Instead, I sat through multiple presentations for extended warranties, service contracts, glass coverage, LoJack, paint protection, and other add-ons. I understand these products are part of the dealership's business, and I don't mind being offered them once. However, after clearly declining several times, the continued sales pressure became frustrating and unnecessarily prolonged the process. The same approach continued in the finance office before I was finally able to complete the paperwork. Despite that, I left with the exact vehicle I wanted at the agreed-upon price, and Joseph made the experience as smooth as he could. If the dealership streamlined the finance process and respected a customer's decision after the initial offer, this would have been a five-star experience. 4 stars
