My bike consistently had problems, to the point where I just thought Ducatis must suck, and I was ready to sell it. My friend recommended 562 and I went as a last resort bc I thought they were mainly a Harley shop. Well, I TRULY wish I had started going there from the beginning. They took my bike apart and cleaned everything, sending pics and videos along the way. It turns out there were YEARS of gunk built up everywhere bc the dealership was leaving my bike dusty, musty, and crusty, and they were charging me double the price for half the work. They would also take forever to do the smallest things and leave my bike baking in the sun for weeks, but 562 was super quick and communicative! After getting my bike back from 562 it looks amazing and feels soooo much smoother and faster. I legitimately understand why people buy Ducatis now, and because of 562 Motorsports, I am excited to ride again. Highly recommend!!!

Upon…read morereaching his shop I had woke up to my catalytic converter being stolen right from under me as I was sleep. To my demise I thought their was something ultimately wrong with my car due to the loud noise it was making. When I looked on yelp for specialist in this field Eddie stood out because of his reviews so I thought to try him out after all what do I have to lose. When I spoke to eddie on the phone he reassured me of a lot of concerns and stresses I was thinking of and dealing with. I'm not going to lie once reaching his shop I didn't know what to expect plus I was dealing with anxiety from the whole situation. Little did I know meeting not only made my day better but he also fixed my car by exposing me to alternative solutions. He truly turned a day that appeared like a nightmare to me more of a blessing (learning lesson) and made me feel kind of dumb for how overworked I was about this particular situation. I mean wouldn't you be if someone stole something from underneath your car !!!!! I'm sorry for making this post so long but I felt compelled too considering Eddie being a blessing to me and resolving my unsaid emotions indirectly plus he had some heartfelt memories that i resonated with. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who may be dealing with a disaster trust me you'll thank me later! Thank you so much Eddie, from Jahmal

PART 1: !!!!STAY AWAY!!! If I could give this place ZERO stars I would but unfortunately they have…read moreto be at least worth one star. Horrible is an understatement. We took our Canam to this place mind you the owner was a jerk and d**k head. My husband & I own a business so we were very surprised to see how this man treats his customers. Thanks to these "customers" his family lives you would think he would be a lot more professional. On instagram they put up a show that they do really good work and that's not what we got. I'm not sure if they only do good work for friends or what but this is just not the place for decent work. We wanted our cage done, it was at their shop for weeks honestly back and forth for months. The first time around the cage was bad and they did basically the cage that they wanted not what we asked for. Owner (Jose) basically apologized and said he would fix it and here we go excited to see our canam and the job was worse than the first time. The paint was so bad. We recently went to a shop and we were told by another shop that alpha forced our bolts and messed up our rims. The bolts won't tighten up they just keep spinning because they were forced in. Also, the rim is so bent bad and the bolts are not even new bolts as they are all different colors and different shapes. I'll post pictures so that you all can see it's just not that I think they did a bad job but a 4 year old would be able to notice the horrible job done by this place. So long story short I was basically told that it was our responsibility at this point and that I would need to contact the manufactured company if I wanted to fix it because they did so much now and they won't do it. Mind you "they did a lot already of nothing" They don't take any responsibility and instead blame everyone else but themselves for the horrible job they do. Please don't waste your time or money with these unprofessional people who take no accountability for anything. I plan to report this business to the automotive bureau of California and small claims but to anyone out here who has been done wrong by these people or plan to take your utvs here please do all necessary legal action against these people. The way they operate they really shouldn't have a business if they aren't really here to help people.

I took this car to this body shop twice for both upgrades; one for the bumper and lip and the other for the trunk and wing. Galaxy Auto Haus did a great job for all aspects of the upgrade, from paint matching to panel fitment. I really can't tell that the paint on the bumper, trunk, and body are not from the same painting run; the color match on these panels is that good. Pricing was pretty fair and Honorio was very meticulous when it came to getting all of the details right. If I have another kind of project for a car like this, I know that these guys will get it done right.

UPDATE: It's fascinating how some people can lie straight to…read moreyour face. I never said this job should cost only $200-$300. What I said was that it would take approximately 2-3 hours to respray a bumper that is already removed and disassembled, and that only requires scuffing with a Scotch-Brite pad to create proper adhesion before spraying. Second, your estimator attempted to upsell full respraying of both fenders on a practically new 2024 Mazda CX-5 for $1,600, so please don't claim the quote was based on the vehicle's condition or imply that it is in poor shape. The car is literally new. This is a classic upselling tactic--you wouldn't even fully respray the panels; you would blend them and increase your profit at an astronomical price. The bumper itself requires virtually no preparation and at most 6-7 coats with 5-minute flash times, so my 2-3 hour estimate was generous. At the midpoint, I stated that $100 would go toward materials such as paint and clear coat. That figure is based on what I can purchase it for myself, as I received several quotes. I am not buying in bulk or leveraging large volumes the way you do, so my estimate is not far from reality. It's a small bumper overall. As for spray booth time--you don't have one, and you would never rent one for a job this small. An important detail: I know how to paint and understand exactly how this work is done. Overall, I requested an online quote first and sent photos in advance. That request was dodged. Instead, I was pushed to come in person--so additional, unnecessary labor I never asked for could be "found" to justify the price. Lastly, I never said the bumper was painted twice. It was professionally painted, but the pearl component did not turn out to my liking. I came to your shop because you claimed you had matched this color before, yet your estimator was unable to name a single model you had matched it on. Nor did you provide any proof that you were capable of doing so. I don't mind paying extra for work that has already been done correctly, but after seeing these tactics and reading outright false statements, I'm glad I walked away. The "obstacles" your estimator tried to create included: 1. Searching for minor hairline scratches to justify repainting two additional panels on a new vehicle 2. Claiming shops don't like it when parts are already prepped or disassembled 3. Taking photos to point out alleged color differences between panels on a new car
