This business was reported to the Better Business Bureau with a negative review, I suggest you read further. Do not trust this man's word. Do not trust his "2 year warranty" policy. And do not trust these positive reviews. I have been a very patient person with George. I have even came to terms with leaving the situation as is and forgetting about it. But I realized I am doing a disservice to others by not warning them about him and his shady personality. Let me first at foremost begin with I am an actual customer, someone who came across his Yelp, not someone who was asked to write a positive review in exchange for a service. I'll get to the point to spare you some time. After my car was serviced I ran into multiple issues with his quality of work, or perhaps- the quality of work from whoever he outsourced the job to; whatever the case was, he returned my car to me in under par condition. After expressing my frustrations he took my car back in to repair the issues. All seemed fine until I took a much closer look at my wrap. Details like over trimmed vinyl and over stretched vinyl in areas that in due time will greatly jeopardize the longevity of my wrap. I've pressed this issue to George, and was offered 1 Monday to bring my car in to get repaired. He was unwilling to work with me as I was unable to adjust my work schedule for him. And alas, that was the last I've heard of him. All these issues occurred within the first year of service. What happened to my supposed "2 year warranty"? Simple, it wasn't honored. My calls, texts, and all attempts to reach him were left blocked and unanswered. I dug deeper into his business and found that 1 former client of his has left a review of Vicious Wrapz on the Better Business Bureau website, with the same exact complaints that I have- and I mean, to the T. Complaints of being blocked and ignored so that he wouldn't have to man up to repairing his mistakes. He has since created a profile on the BBB website, prompting that review to be deleted. In an effort to make his business appear reliable. That's just 1 case that I've seen of a former client having the same experience as me, I have no doubt that there are more that just haven't vocalized their experiences yet. Fantastic job! Was looking around and stumbled across Vicious Wrapz on Yelp. I was amazed by all the 5 star reviews so I had high hopes for this place. I am happy to report, it exceeded my expectations. I sent out a couple of messages for quotes on a job I wanted to get done on my vehicle. George, the owner, responded in no time while other business did not respond at all! Nicely done! I was able to get my car in the next day. The job was completed in one day. I got a chrome delete off the window trim with other parts of my vehicle wrapped in gloss black: my spoiler, the side mirrors, and the front bumper near the air intakes. This was a very specific and custom wrap job. George worked on my vehicle personally and I can tell he is very passionate about his work and is very detail oriented. I was able to stick around for the beginning and end part of the wrap and got a sense of his hard work ethic-- he for sure knows his stuff. George is a wealth of information. He was able to inform me about the different products he uses and what will work best for my vehicle. Tip for everyone: Don't be fooled by the shop in Bellflower. It's located right next to the Bellflower Tire Shop. It has yet to have a sign, so you'll need to head into the tire shop to have them show you the Vicious Wrapz work space. As a heads up, this is George's new location and is currently under construction. It is still a work in progress, however, trust me when I say don't judge George's work by the nature of his shop. He was very personable and easy to speak to THAT DAY! Fast forward to the actual appointment TODAY (7/25/19 @9am) and he is a no show. Terrible service. Last night we called to inquire about window tinting on our new cars (we wanted two tinted) and were quoted $350 per car for the "lowest / base package" for our cars. We thanked him for his time, but politely passed as $700 is not what we were looking to spend. Before we finished speaking, the representative on the line mumbled something under his breath and hung up on us. What the hell? Terrible business practices and service - it was like a teenager throwing a tantrum. This was his opportunity to tell us why his product or experience was superior than competitors and justify his $700 price tag for the basic tint in two cars, but he failed. He hung up on an inquiring customer. The lack of service speaks volumes. Don't pay for shitty service - there's a tint shop on every corner and businesses that value your time and respect their customers. I just picked up both of my vehicles from being tinted and paid $160 per vehicle for premium S9 ceramic tint at Tint Good Plus in Buena Park (with 5 star reviews and lifetime warranty). The owner was super friendly, excited for our business, and squeezed us in on a Sunday, even though his business is technically closed on Sundays. Go there!!! Edited to add: The owner just replied and if my review didn't already give you the info you need to know about his service - or to be fucking honest, lack there of, he just laid it out there for you all to see. We purchased two brand new vehicles that weekend and he's over here talking about what we can and can't afford. Once again, if he took his head out of his ass to explain to a potential customer why his "experience" or "product" is better, we may have pulled the trigger. Instead, we went to a better company with friendly service, accommodating, and offered better pricing (which is the smart decision, regardless of what someone can afford). Let me say it for GEORGE in the back - what you think your business and value is worth versus what people will pay for it, are two very different things. There's hundreds of trade school / tint shop "experts" out there, you are nothing special. Service is everything and you being a fucking dick will never benefit you in the long wrong. Was hoping this place was in Long Beach as listed, but they moved up closer to the 605 and 60 so call them before you head over. They did a red out and overlaid a light tint on my outer tail lights. First impression: looks great, matches very closely to the inner tail lights. The material they used is a little less smooth and glossy but nothing too bad. Oh my where do I start? If you love your vehicle do NOT bring it here! Please need my warning! If you have a nice car, an expensive car or super car like myself do NOT take it here. I am SO sorry I let these people touch my prized Aston Martin. Instead of being honest from the beginning, they should have told me they have never worked or touched or probably have seen my car in person. Let alone take the entire thing apart and then try to put it back together. He assured me when I left it that they knew what they were doing. Oh my goodness, they did a HORRIBLE job. They messed up my car. Didn't finish taking off the wrap in 4 full days and now is going to cost me thousands to repair the damage and missing pieces that I have to deal with. They left wrap still stuck on various parts of the car. They missed taking off two places on the front and back bumper, left screws missing from the inside of the front bumper. To the point that it rubs both front tires so it isn't even drivable! Oh yeah they didn't re-connect the front or back parking sensors either. Now they don't work! I am so angry and upset beyond belief. Oh and when I called George about the screws he blamed them on someone else. Just like now there is a gap between my right front headlight and fender. Oh but that was someone else too. You took my car apart and didn't know what in the hell you were doing and threw everything back together like crap. Of course it isn't going to line up. And if you don't put all of the screws in of course nothing with line up. Unreal. Doesn't a shitty job and even has the nerve to blame someone else when they know damn well they didn't know what they were doing with my car. Horrible horrible. Please don't leave your beautiful car here. It won't be after you pick it up. There's more! They left sticker glue all over my car, headlights, everywhere. Didn't even buff out the car. Not only did he lose a good client with a fleet of vehicles but he also could have had access to my friend that own dealerships and multiple car shops, etc. Not to mention a fleet of aircraft to work on as well. I told him if he did a good job I would give him a lot more work. Then he screws me and my car. This is going to cost me a fortune to fix what he did. Update: I have now brought my car to the dealership and they couldn't believe how these people ruined my car! They ripped off all the lining in the front hood and the back truck. Also ripped off the lining that surrounded my convertible top. They even ruined the bolts under the hood! They did not put the car back together properly either from what the manager at Aston Martin just showed me. Left the back bumper hanging off. Left wrap and glue everywhere. This is after 4 full days of ruining my car! This is going to cost me thousands of dollars in parts and labor to fix what they did just by removing a wrap. Even the service people here feel bad for me. They said these people should not even be in business. Whenever George said to me and a friend that he has never has worked on my car and didn't know how to take it apart (after the fact) I was obviously scared to get it back. Also they chipped some paint while removing the wrap as well. He should be lucky he isn't sued for what damaged they have caused. This was also NOT a rush job like he stated. He told me he needed 3 days to remove the wrap. It was supposed to be done last Saturday at 5pm. I had a friend in the car business with me who was giving me a ride that scheduled his day around this. At 4:55pm (5 minutes before we were to be there to pick the car up) George calls and spoke to both my friend and I via phone call and FaceTime audio stating he needed more time to do the front bumper that they had never removed one before. The car was not ready. He spoke to my male friend who said don't rush, how much time do you need to finish? He said another full day and that they work 7 days a week. Which was not a problem. He said it would be no problem for it to be ready by that night or noon on Sunday. Well noon came and went and I ended up having a tow truck pick up my car to tow it to my residence. They were not rushed, had adequate time to remove the wrap and were told by my friend to take whatever time they need to do a good job. And if they think this was a good job I would hate to see what a bad job would be from them. Anyone who has integrity for their work and business would never do something like this to a customer. Even worse being a female and some guy thinking he is better and can talk down to and blame a woman, let alone laugh at them on the phone and be condescending, for their horrible job. I brought my Explorer to him because I just wanted it to look a little different and he truly made it look amazing! If quality and costs are the two most important things you look for when getting work done on your car, then you'll like George's work. I asked around for a simple roof wrap and other shops were quoting me $400 - $600. George's quote was hundreds lower. Usually when you go with the lowest offer, you might expect second rate work.
