The business handled this terribly in three distinct ways: Delayed Notification: They finished the entire job and focused on collecting payment before telling me about the damage. Covering Up Evidence: The employee completely deleted the Tesla dashcam video logs from the exact timeframe they worked on my car. Lack of Accountability: The owner never apologized and initially refused to cover a rental car, questioning why I would even need one. I scheduled a repair with Tesla. To begin with, I just want to say that this place fell completely short of my expectations--both in terms of service and the quality of the work performed. When you pay a specific sum of money to have a job done, you expect the result to be flawless. Unfortunately, however, the exact opposite occurred. I took my car in on March 1st and waited two weeks for some visible bubbles to disappear, thinking they would resolve on their own. Instead, the window tinting began to show obvious bubbling, particularly on the rear window, the rear doors, and the windshield. I took it back a second time to have it "fixed," but the problem persisted. I called the establishment to request a refund, as I was completely dissatisfied with the results. The manager offered me only a partial refund, despite my unhappiness with the final outcome. Subsequently, I spoke with the receptionist, who assured me that a full refund was indeed possible. In short: they ended up not removing the tinting completely and kept half of my money. All in all, it was a bad experience. If you are looking for quality service, it is advisable to choose shops that take their time and use high-quality films, rather than those that rush to finish vehicles. Scammers I found them on instagram, and it was just convenient for me I don't have time to shop around being a single mother of 3 that works everyday, I inquired about possible window tinting and then kept getting text notifications from the buisness offering specials, I specified on getting my windows plus the windshield, they gave me a price and I agreed, we set up a date then later got a notification that the date was no longer available I didn't make a big deal things happen we set up another date once I got there they gave me another price that was not the same still I didn't fuss I just wanted to get this done because of a skin condition being sensitive to the sun, when I picked up my car I was the last customer I believe they were just waiting for me to pick up my car I left and noticed my windshield was not done!
