They put together a nice sub box and amp package for me and with the price I couldn't say no they even were able to get it done right then it was like 1pm and they knocked it out in 3 hours and the install was super clean I couldn't even tell they worked on my car. Sam is an EXPERT in his field. Not only did he ask questions to do my install the way I wanted, but he took the time to give me advice on how it could be better. He also found some horrible installs done by a previous tech at a different shop. He corrected another techs mistakes. This shop is about an hour from my house but I will gladly make the drive again if I ever need anything in the future. He wired up my dual battery system with a switch, breakers and proper wiring and grommets. Now I can run an auxiliary battery in the rear of my truck, have it charging while the truck is running off of the alternator, and even jump my primary battery from the auxiliary battery if the primary battery ever dies. In my most recent experience installing a car radio (receiver), I went with a different place. This place offered me a quote that was much cheaper than Stereo Warehouse had been, so after mulling it over a couple days, I decided to go there. That was a mistake. I had asked for the Android Auto receiver, and I told them I wanted all the bells & whistles. They really didn't let me browse the units, they just told me which one I needed and gave me a price. The price was good, so I went for it. But it wasn't until the end, after everything was done, that I realized it was a "wired" unit, not a bluetooth unit. I was so annoyed. Bluetooth was sort of the whole point. I hate plugging in the little wire. Passionately. The guy at Stereo Warehouse knew that. I never realized how important it was to customer service to just chat with your customer a bit and get to know them. Something like this would have never happened there because they ask questions about why you came in, and what you are looking for, and they present you with options and talk about different alternatives a little. It's a quick casual chat that turns out to be a very important part of the buying/selling process. So I ended up having to buy a more expensive unit and having them reinstall, so the price came up to be more than what I would have paid at Stereo Warehouse. I mean, I only didn't go to Stereo Warehouse because the difference in price seemed like I was getting such a bargain at the other place. I wasn't. I can't even say I got what I paid for because I ended up paying more and feeling worse. The install messed with all of my electronics. The car kept stalling out occasionally and all the warning lights flickered on. I took it to a mechanic who wouldn't touch it because he said it was an electrical issue and it would be very involved. I took it back to the stereo guys and told them I think something went wrong with the installation. They eventually fixed it and made it right, no extra charge, and I never had the problem again. But the whole time I was thinking, "I should have went to Stereo Warehouse." My receiver unit still has some weird quirks though. For example, I really can't make phone calls through my car because the volume's all wonky. (I've since learned that I have to max out the volume and then can barely hear it, but they often have a hard time hearing me.) And sometimes the steering wheel buttons don't work. I can't help but think I wouldn't have any of these issues if I had gone to Stereo Warehouse first. I never had problems with the unit in my first car that they installed for me. I am definitively going to Stereo Warehouse when it's time to upgrade my next car. I really do love having a bluetooth android auto receiver -- it makes my drive so much more pleasant. read more

Justin and his Team are the BEST, that's right all CAPS! Communication was amazing! I wanted this system for over 2 years. I went to every stereo shop locally, every Electrical and speaker store... No had a solution. I reached out to Justin and many other car stereo repair shops and no one had an UNIQUE solution as this is what I was looking. Justin had what I was looking for. We installed JL Audio speakers and Rockford Fosgat amp along with a Signal cleaner and alpine amp. Justin is freaking amazing... First I have to say we spoke for about 4 months. I was in no RUSH to slap a sub in the back of my truck. I had probably and no joke about 100+ plus questions, he put up with me. Always responded with clear Techincal answers not afraid I was going to take his info else where because he knows he stuff, learned later he has been doing this for 20 years!!! I drove around 2 hours because he was worth every penny!!! Justin even found a the same make and model truck with the same exact everything(SHOWED ME PICTURES PRIOR OF OTHER BOX) and built the SAME custom box before I arrived, this saved me 6/hrs!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!?!? Oh and he did my tint as well, and possibly with so some LED lights for the under carriage and wheel wells that are also water proof. Back to the system, did I mean they have free WIFi.. So I am working away on the leather couch with fuzzy comfy pillows and power for my 2 laptops and all of a sudden I hear a boom, boom, bump, bump!!! I jumped up and said...,"is that my system!?" and Justin was like, "YUP!" At that very second I knew without a doubt I made the right choice! I could not believe HOW GOOD IT SOUNDED!!! So end result.... I can only turn my system to 50% and my sub to 40% or my ears start to bleed!!! Okay they don't bleed but it's my breaking point and I like it loud!! Justin kept telling me it would be more than I expect and he was right! I like all types of music, bit on my ride home I played everything from EDM TO ROCK and no one crackle, pop, scratch or static. I have wanted this quality of a system for 10 years!!! And I finally got it! Big THANK YOU to Justin and his team! Fast, efficient and best price in town!!!
