I had an amp and subwoofer installed here in September 2023 and the quality of the work was very disappointing. I was charged around $1000 for the installation, but later found out they used very thin power wiring for the setup and installed used equipment without clearly disclosing it at the time. Since the install, my subwoofer has never sounded right. After recently having the system looked at by someone more experienced, I learned that the wiring used was not appropriate for a proper setup, which explains the poor sound quality I've been dealing with since day one. At the time, I trusted their recommendation because I didn't have much knowledge about car audio, but looking back now it feels like that lack of knowledge was taken advantage of instead of being guided toward quality equipment and a proper install. The owner Sami is a stand up guy. He will give you great pricing and great customer service! I went in looking for gear for an audio upgrade and window tint and he put together a package for me that just could not be beat. Where other installers and dealers would have charged me an arm and a leg, Sammy gave me fair market pricing on the audio equipment and nano ceramic tint. The best part is since he's an authorized dealer and installer the warranty on the audio equipment is intact. Lifetime warranty on the nano ceramic tint too. In the end I got a high quality Kicker 4 channel amp w/ dsp, Focal component speakers, Focal coaxial speakers, and a powered kicker subwoofer and nano ceramic tint for 5 windows plus front windshield. All the work was completed in 1 day. The system came out amazing and the tint looks flawless. I am super happy with how it turned out. The customer service has been great too! I started having issues with a speaker after 1 week and went back in. The installer found the flaw and fixed it right away. Then I started having battery issues and went back. The installer reviewed all of the connections to ensure no battery drainage and he was right. When I took it into the dealer they said it was a sensor issue, nothing to do with the audio system. Then a few weeks later I had an issue with a broken 3.5mm jack for the bass knob for the subwoofer and he straight up just swapped it out for me! No other dealer or installer would ever do that! But Sami did. I can't recommend him enough! Oh and he's been in business for over 20 years so he's not going anywhere. You can trust this business! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They're great when it comes to selling their products and services. Very unprofessional customer service when you go back and question the install. I had an amplifier installed on my Accord close to closing time. I guess some of the wires were connected wrong so when I went back to question it. They were able to fix the issue which was good, but when I went back into the store to thank the sales person, I saw that he was talking smack about me coming back and asking about the issue. They do offer a lifetime warranty on any work or install that they do on your vehicle, but they sure do not like it when you go back because they did something wrong on the work. I will definitely never do business there anymore. No customer satisfaction here. I will take my business somewhere else. read more

Stereo Zone did a great job installing an Alpine single-din headunit in my BMW Z3. The wiring is super clean and secure and it sounds incredible. They did such a good job, I let them install an Alpine slim subwoofer and kicker amp in my wife's Lexus RX350 which exceeded my expectations. Brought my daughters 2009 VW Passat in for front windshield replacement (vandalism) and to purchase a video surveillance system and to troubleshoot her audio system. WOW!!! All three work orders completed in one day. After replacing the damaged windshield Samy and his crew installed an Acumen M4 front and rear camera system with parking/nite mode. And finally they repaired wiring and components of my Pioneer Avic8000/Nex system including two JL Amps, subwoofer and crossover speaker system.
