Last year I got the pioneer headset done and replaced the door speakers on my 2006 Tacoma Today I came in for the works and they hooked me right up with a custom fit subwoofer and 5 way amp. Not only is the bass bumping, but my existing speakers sound better due to the amp! Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. Prices are reasonable - my first build was ~$550 and this new one was $1300 If you want some cheaper bass then they're flexible. They quoted me as low as $800 but I went with the $1300 package because the warranty was better on those speakers. I recently went back to stereo masters to get some ideas for a new car I got that was lacking low end. The car in question had a semi ok stereo from the factory but lacked deep base. I wasn't looking for crazy amount of sub but I was in need of an inexpensive way to battle traffic thru a good descent sound. March 25, 2023 looking to upgrade my front door and back door speakers in my 2017 QX 50. Unfortunately it was a base model that didn't come with the 16 speakers with the Bose system. Bummer but that's OK. I called KAL to confirm he had the speakers. I have been doing so much research. I narrowed it down between JBL brand and infinity brand. I decided to go with the Infiniti KAPPA series. I enjoyed listening to jazz music, and hearing every instrument being played. Kal had two sets in stock. For my front and rear door. I told Kal I wanted to make sure I got an amplifier. He told me I did not need it and he didn't want to sell it to me. I so appreciate his honesty. I was provided excellent customer service by the whole team here they run a call professional operation. Everyone is very honest they will not over sell you. There's no need to. His installers only took three hours which is great timing. Everything was professionally done. My car was put back together correctly and the speakers sound awesome. Guess what no need for an amplifier thank you Kal and you're great installers for doing such an awesome job. Keep up the great work keep the great team that you have well deserved They totally met. He's honest with his time frames, he stands by his work and he won't oversell you. Don't expect any sugar coating because he's straight up, he'll tell you if your being an idiot. Heading to a race this weekend and noticed I had some weird stuff going on with my hid fog lights and my left hid headlight were out. Found them on google and reviewed their reviews here and based on their reputation I setup an appointment via Facebook and arrive at my app time to see that they had work area waiting for me with lights to sample. I've never had this type of treatment before and it felt amazing. Their staff is knowledgeable oF hid vs led options so I picked the led and they went to work. 15-20 min later they were done. Unfortunately we were let down with service that was provided from Kal who would not provide his last name for some reason and became very defensive when confronted with a problem about his work. He let us leave the 1st time with no heads lights that he accidentally disconnected in the process of installing our new stereo and backup camera which lead me to believe he doesn't check his work. Now our back light bulbs are out and when replacing them you can see where he Mickey moused the connection for the rear camera because he didn't want to run it all the way up front like it should be done and admitted that would be the correct way but this way is easier. Now the rear light where it's spliced is running hot literally melting the housing for the bulbs. Be aware that the work here is done with little care and what ever is easiest even if it's wrong. KAL DOES NOT STAND BY HIS WORK like he claims. When asked to fix it he said " take me to small claims court then I'll pay for it to be fixed " 0-60 real fast. read more

Finally leaving a review from a purchase I made a few years back. I bought a pioneer head unit for my 2002 Civic. After the install I went to check the car and noticed I couldn't read the display because it was really dim. I asked Mike the installer why is it so dim and he got very upset and very rudely asked me to "get out, customers are not allowed back here". I understand and respect rules, but why be a jerk about it. I then asked Kahl why is my radio so dimmed. He said it's because my car dash is at a angle and creates a glare. I then asked Mike to take out the radio and install a double din touchscreen. Mike said no because supposedly there was a broken part in my dash and he couldn't do anything unless I replaced it. I finally had enough with this place and left. A week later I bought a double din head unit and installed myself with no issues so I do not know what the deal was with the crackhead looking installer. Even after years have passed I will NEVER come back to place. I do not recommend to anyone!!! I was so angry with this place I made sure I left a review. Buyer beware of this store! Owner's name is Cal and untrustworthy. I took in my SUV for radio installation. After getting the run around Cal told me I needed to pay $300 for installation (I provided an aftermarket pioneer radio and didn't haggle his price). The job took 6 hours to complete. Once I picked up my SUV I noticed a buzzing sound. When I inquired he stated it was due to my aftermarket radio and that if I bought a new pioneer radio from him the noise would go away. I asked if if there was anything else I could do besides buying a new stereo to fix the buzzing noise and he said no and that no filter could remove the noise. I didn't get a good feeling so I took my suv to another place where they installed three $5 noise filters and removed the buzzing noise. I guess my $300 payment didn't cover for 3 filters. Thank you Cal. In response to Cal's comment below: First of all providing good customer service means getting the job done the right way the first time. This system is an ongoing project and Khal has provided me with honest and knowledgeable advice on the components and has been very patient with my questions. The unit I selected was on backorder and took some time to come in, but Khal was very responsive to all of my calls regarding the status of the order.
