I've been to there shop 3 times for the same problem and had my stereo changed once. The shop gave me a 1 year warranty. They still can't fix the problem. I spent $1700.00 on a stereo system that shuts off after 1 hour of sitting in traffic. I recorded the problem to show them . I call the shop and ask if the normal for the car system to shut off everyday after a hour of traffic and they said yes because the amps over heat. The gentleman try to get me to spend more money at the shop because after I spent $1700.00 was enough for them to work on it. I went to that shop , because they know what type of sound I'm looking for . Now if I need spend $150.00 more to fix my problem. I think it wrong after I trusted them . I went in this place to get a loose speaker wire fixed and the next thing I know I'm installing an Alarm, back up camera and a Kenwood DNX 692 With a 10" rear monitor for my kids. They bolted down my sub box so it doesn't slide when I hit the brakes to hard. Sammy is the guy to get with. He gave me the best price & even matched a competitors price for me! If I could give them zero stars I would. I took my 09 Dodge Avenger here for a stereo upgrade as well as for a new car alarm. I advised them the car had a factory alarm but didn't have the key for it since that's how the car was given to my wife, I asked if it was possible to remove or do something about the factory alarm and install a new one they say yes no problem. Down the line I started having issues with the alarm it first started when the alarm wouldn't turn off, then it seemed like both alarms factory and aftermarket where going off which was odd. I didn't think to much at first then I started having issues with my car honk my car was just honking on its own for no reason. Note that sometimes my car would do it and sometimes not so I decided to take the car back to see if they could help me with the issue I was stunned when they told they couldn't help me due to my car not doing what I explained to them in the spot. So they brushed me away they wouldn't even check it out because they had nothing to check out since my car seemed fine. So I left, I got tired of the honking so I eventually disconnected it everything seemed fine for a bit until I kept getting stranded in the freeway on the way to work my car would just turn off on it's own and would have to wait for a while until it started again after trying to turn it on many times. There was a time where I had to get towed as well, I knew it was a wiring issue the car was fine never gave me issues until I took it here eventually I couldn't get anywhere with these morons they wouldn't help to check the wiring or anything all they kept telling me IF THE CAR IS NOT DOING IT HERE THEN WE CANT HELP YOU. This all happen in only a couple of months after the installation was done. I don't recommend this place they just do cheap work and bad wiring they use a shit load of electrical tape as well so much for professionalism work, I ended up trading in a good working car that was fine at first for a new one since the dealer was charging me a lot of money to fix the car.........I want to see what excuse they're going to reply here about my experience read more

Came here to buy a sub and have it installed and they did the worse jobs ever, when I picked up still had wiring hanging out they feed the wiring thru the driver side carpet thru the center so when I drive I feel the wire in the middle of foot area which I had to move it, bummer considering I payed for installation, they also left a razor blade, very pissed of as if they didn't see the car seats in rear obviously there's kids in this one, and dumb me goes back tried to give the the benefit of the doubt so I go get fog lights installed mind you these are factory lights from Toyota, so they install them a week later one stops working I go back as soon as they open, then the younger dude tells me today we're going to be busy come another day or later what?????? I'm the first one here prior to my installs I was told first come first serve bad business then he starts to say it might be the fog lights that aren't working smh this isn't a China item, I just took off when to another shop and was told they did a Mickey Mouse job didn't even use the right connectors and one side of wiring was melted because of that, worse part is the day I came in to complain he said "did you get it installed here" what a joke he's the one who set me up for the 2 installs avoid these frauds at all cost! PS the fog lights worked perfectly after a legit install. read more
