I would NOT recommend this place for interlock. Extremely unprofessional and just trying to make a quick buck. Always trying to blame the customer for their mishaps and ignorance. It's not the job of the customer to solve the problem it's the businesses responsibility. You are contracted with the company, so you should deal with the issues. Read the reviews... there are others that dealt with the same issue..maybe stereo zone should seriously think about their customer service instead of passing the blame on their customers. read more

I've been here for a service they offer and I came to find that they offer the best price in town. And it doesn't fluctuate like I've found other places do. The environment is awesome if your not sure and are wondering about what to get! I really do like this place. read more

Brought my daughters 2009 VW Passat in for front windshield replacement (vandalism) and to purchase a video surveillance system and to troubleshoot her audio system. WOW!!! All three work orders completed in one day. After replacing the damaged windshield Samy and his crew installed an Acumen M4 front and rear camera system with parking/nite mode. And finally they repaired wiring and components of my Pioneer Avic8000/Nex system including two JL Amps, subwoofer and crossover speaker system. Samy even located a replacement cowling trim piece for the head unit!! Amazing expertise on a wide variety of auto needs. Highly recommend Samy and his business to anyone who wants state of the art equipment, outstanding customer service and excellent technical knowledge and installation. Thanks Samy!! read more

First off Santiago is the man! Me and my husband walked in with no experience on stereo systems. Santiago took his time to find exactly what we were looking for. After sometime he told us exactly what we were going to get and worked with our budget. He even hooked us up with some widow tinting. We were very surprised on how fast they were able to get our jeep back to us, it only took them less then a day. He kept us well informed on how the process was going which was very reassuring to us. When we picked our jeep up and it was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! The quality of work they provide is excellent and very professional. Thank you again we will be coming back for our other vehicles! read more

I'd highly recommend this place if you're looking for a tint, new stereo or alarm for your car. Thank you Stereo Zone for hooking me up and being so cool about everything! read more

I have been using Stereozone since 2005 for my corvette and my jeep. Custom stereo systems in both cars. Sammy is the best! He gives great deals and customer service. Today I brought my boyfriend in to get just a basic Bluetooth system in his Passat. 1200.00 later he got all new speakers, stereo and subwoofer and amp. His system has now gone from stock to super boomin bass!!!! Sammy gave him the same great customer service he has given me throughout the years! The installers are great too, especially David. They even gave us a ride to Starbucks since we have been here several hours. I will be brining my Camaro here for window tint and a subwoofer next! Great professionals here!!! read more

I have to admit that at first I was a little bit intimidated when I walked in & all the guys who worked here were looking at me when I nervously stammered that I needed to get a new key fob made for my car. The guys here were all so friendly and all about customer service! They worked with me on the price and even though they were closing soon, they installed it for me right then! Thanks guys for your incredible customer service! I will be back! read more

They installed my new 9.7 inch radio display to my 2016 Nissan Sentra. It was quick and easy, not to mention they gave me a great deal on it. They don't try to rip you off and always help you choose the best product depending on your financial situation and car needs. On top of that, they replaced my key battery because I thought something was off but it was a mistake on my end. I recommend Stereo Zone for your car needs and they treat their customers right. Sam and Stereo Zone is awesome! I wanted to surprise my wife and install a new head unit and back up camera in my wife's Subaru Forester for her birthday. Sam told me to bring it over and he would have it ready for me in a few hours. Went over and decided to put brand new speakers all around and Sam reassured me it would still be done the same day. Sam gave me a fair price. My wife and I are happy with the Sony head unit and Focal Speakers! I recommend Stereo Zone! Speak to Sam! read more

I've been to there shop 3 times for the same problem and had my stereo changed once. The shop gave me a 1 year warranty. They still can't fix the problem. I spent $1700.00 on a stereo system that shuts off after 1 hour of sitting in traffic. I recorded the problem to show them . I call the shop and ask if the normal for the car system to shut off everyday after a hour of traffic and they said yes because the amps over heat. The gentleman try to get me to spend more money at the shop because after I spent $1700.00 was enough for them to work on it. I went to that shop , because they know what type of sound I'm looking for . Now if I need spend $150.00 more to fix my problem. I think it wrong after I trusted them . I don't recommend this shop after my bad experience. read more

I wish I could give a zero star review the people here were extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I wanted a back camera installed and they had me pay in advanced they however installed the camera to the side instead of the middle and after noticing that I asked for them to fix it and they refused saying to was to much work. I was frustrated after knowing I payed and could not have it fixed so I insisted but they refused and would not give me a refund, in the end the worker got extremely agitated and shouted that he wouldn't fix it even if I payed 500. The worker there humiliated and mocked me for not being able to do nothing about it. The owners relative was the person who was disrespectful so there was nothing left to do. read more
