I am so disappointed in the job "antonio" performed on my car. 1) came way past appointment time, was told the installer would be at my work from 6 pm, arrived at 6 pm, didn't apologize. 2) road noise when driving, annoying when you are not used to this. No longer the same as stock. 3) The lock actuator does not allow my door nob to lift up, not even manually, so now it's stuck down. It's such a hassle.my door panel is not set flushed, so there is a small gap between glass and panel, not attractive. 4) was not offered a receipt, just finished, and not even a thank you for giving him exact cash. I dont recommend this person who represents this company to do any jobs. He needs to be retired, he is not young, and he seems to lack commitment. read more
