Huge thanks to Johnny and his partner! This is the unfortunately the 2nd time that I've had to use Mobile Safe Auto Glass but I'm fortunate to have them available because I wouldn't use anyone else. Last night I had a tweaker break my rear window to try and steal some items from my car, got nothing but caused me to have to buy a new window. I called Safelite and they gave me a ridiculous quote and couldn't get it done until Monday, this being a Thursday. My wife gave me the number for Mobile Safe Auto Glass since she used them before . I called and spoke with Rick, he gave me a quote much lower than Safelite and was able to do it same day between 10am and 1 o'clock . I received a text from Johnny at 10:30 saying he'd be at my house in 20 minutes. He was here as he said and they finished the job by 11:15. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. Wow! Professional! Solid! Best Price! Better and personalized service! Immediate response to inquiry! Very thorough and precise. Great and frequent communication throughout - we will be there by 11 am, we are 15 minutes out; it will take 45 minutes to replace, and then - the car is ready!No games or bs like the others trying to play the we don't know till we actually see it even though they have my VIN and a Live Photo of the exact condition of the windshield. Rich was wonderful to speak with and he told me to make sure I sent him my VIN and a photo at a particular angle to ensure an accurate quote. Well Johnny and Manuel did just that. Amazing same day (morning!) service for both my cars after someone broke one window on each vehicle and ransacked them. These guys installed and cleaned all the broken glass up for us as well. I am so disappointed in the job "antonio" performed on my car. 1) came way past appointment time, was told the installer would be at my work from 6 pm, arrived at 6 pm, didn't apologize. 2) road noise when driving, annoying when you are not used to this. No longer the same as stock. 3) The lock actuator does not allow my door nob to lift up, not even manually, so now it's stuck down. It's such a hassle.my door panel is not set flushed, so there is a small gap between glass and panel, not attractive. 4) was not offered a receipt, just finished, and not even a thank you for giving him exact cash. I dont recommend this person who represents this company to do any jobs. He needs to be retired, he is not young, and he seems to lack commitment. read more
