I had an amazing experience with this place from beginning to end. I originally came across their page on Instagram while looking for some upgrades for my 2006 Honda Accord. I decided to send them a message to ask a few questions, and they responded very quickly. Right away, they were helpful and gave me several different suggestions and options based on what I was looking for. When I came into the shop in person, the experience was even better. They took the time to show me the different equipment that could work with my Accord and explained the different stereo and electronic options instead of just trying to sell me something. I really appreciated being able to see the equipment and understand my options before making a decision. I ended up getting work done on both my stereo and window tint, and I'm extremely happy with how everything came out. What really stood out to me was how organized the entire team was. They have people who know what they're doing when it comes to stereos and electronics, as well as a well-organized tint team. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer my questions. The whole shop had a great atmosphere, and you can tell they take pride in their work and customer service. From the quick communication on Instagram to the service I received in person, the entire experience was excellent. I will definitely be coming back with my other car for more work in the future. I'll also be recommending this place to my friends and family whenever they need stereo, electronics, or window tint work done. 10/10 experience. Great customer service, great atmosphere, and an amazing team. Definitely recommend! read more

If you value your car, your safety, or your money, do NOT go to Pros Customs and Cables. I've been doing business with them for over 2 years I spent over $3,000 here for an audio setup and a roof rack installation, so price was never the issue for me--I was completely fine paying for quality. However, the incompetence, dishonesty, and outright dangerous work from this shop are unacceptable. It started with an employee recommending an amplifier setup for my two 10-inch subwoofers. After buying what they suggested, I found out the amp wasn't even powerful enough to push the setup, forcing me to waste my time going back to get it fixed and pay the difference out-of-pocket for a more expensive amp due to their bad advice. During the installation, they actually dropped my subwoofer and quickly tried to assure me "nothing happened to it." The wiring job itself was awful--they shoved everything under my seats in a messy, completely unsafe way. The cherry on top came when the subwoofer they sold me in May completely burned up and almost set my entire car on fire. On top of the dangerous electrical work, their roof rack installation was pure hack work; instead of properly drilling hangers, they used two wooden blocks, leaving my headliner flopping around completely ruined. This shop takes zero pride in their work and poses a legitimate safety hazard to your vehicle. Save your money and go anywhere else. read more

Fast, professional, and excellent quality! The consultation was a breeze, and my Prius looks incredible with the new tint. Five stars!

Took their time to do my window tint. They all stayed until my car was done. I will recommend this place.

Amazing customer service, they sell you what you truly need and don't try to upsell you, and amazing prices. They are honest about how the results will come up. Thank you guys my car sounds and looks amazing with the work you guys did. I will definitely be coming back for any other audio need I have or additional exterior lighting need I have for my car. read more

If I could leave no stars I would ! First problem called ahead to the lady answering told her how much to install a touch screen (already got my own just needed it installed ) she quoted 70$ ! Went a week later turns out it's 180$ to install okay no problem was there around 11 am - closing time ! And on top of that didn't even get it installed due to the back up camera not being in the touch screen I got gifted ( I think that was bs !) & it kept my ac on wouldn't turn off ! (My car over heats that was an issue!) (they also was using my ac when installing the touch screen ! (Then they said it was a faulty touch screen I got gifted (my sister in law paid 800$ for that touch screen online !) on top of that they didn't want to refund me 180$ only the 80$ after haggling with them & the other worker was rushing the person / bothering them the whole time trying to install it & fix the issues !) they DO NOT know wtf they are doing on installations at all DO NOT go to this place they just want your money ! Tried to even tell me to go the day after fuck that ! I drove from San Fernando valley to LA for them to install my touch screen That NEVER got installed & they LIED & said there was many touch screens like the one I got that was "faulty" IF that was the case why didn't YOU tell me that before trying to install then ! Unprofessional place stay away from it ! They only had people going for tints more ! Other then that stay tf away from this spot ! Regret coming to them 100 percent ! On top of that they also left my air bag sensor on my dash & my clock from my touch screen won't work anymore or show up on my maps ! read more

Got exactly what I wanted and stayed within my budget without being pushed toward a more expensive option like many other places have tried to do when I asked for a setup. The team was quick, helpful, and made the whole process easy. I did have a small issue after I left, but when I came back they took care of it right away with no hassle. Great customer service, fair pricing, and a great overall experience. I'll definitely keep coming back for future work. read more

Pro Customer and Cables is truly a class act--one of those rare shops that consistently delivers top-tier quality. I initially visited to get my windows tinted, but after seeing their work, I decided to vinyl wrap my roof instead. It came out clean, sleek, and hot. I was so impressed that I went back today to wrap my hood and trunk, and--no surprise--they did another outstanding job. The shop itself is calm, organized, and spacious, which immediately gives you confidence in their professionalism. Ricardo and Sal were both extremely helpful, patient, and knowledgeable throughout the process. Highly recommended if you want craftsmanship you can trust and a team that takes pride in their work. read more

I found this shop on instagram and was able to set up an appointment to have my truck hooked up with a stereo system installation. I did zelle $100 to book my appointment and that fee went towards my total cost. The customer service was great and they did a very good job on my truck. I would definitely recommend this shop for car audio, LED light, whatever. Ask for Ricardo. read more

I wouldn't trust them at all, they made me wait like 2-3 hours to do a simple radio install and then they told me they couldn't do it. Ridiculous. read more

Quality and great customer service. All For a great price and amazing quality. Very nice touch screen. The install was clean -- no loose wires, no weird gaps, everything looks like it came straight from the factory. The screen is super responsive too. Bluetooth connects instantly, backup camera looks way clearer, and the Apple CarPlay/Android Auto runs smooth. read more

Save yourself the headache, and just go somewhere else the main installer (Israel) is a miserable person who is constantly complaining that he is underpaid. Therefore, he does BS installs and gives you attitude when you go to have him fix them!! Now I basically have to pay double to get my system installed correctly. read more

Ricardo and his dad the owner are great people they got good products at a great price. I enjoy buying from these guys. I went to every shop on that block their the best guys I met. Their not money hungry and very humble. Their shop is always busy I don't recommend having any installation work done other then easy quick jobs just tint. They only got one good installation guy there. The guy with the Lexus IS he's the only one to talk to when it comes to installation. But they all rush because the environment is rapid. Ricardo is a great guy go to him for all your needs. Don't let Julio touch your car. read more
