Justin and his Team are the BEST, that's right all CAPS! Communication was amazing! I wanted this system for over 2 years. I went to every stereo shop locally, every Electrical and speaker store... No had a solution. I reached out to Justin and many other car stereo repair shops and no one had an UNIQUE solution as this is what I was looking. Justin had what I was looking for. We installed JL Audio speakers and Rockford Fosgat amp along with a Signal cleaner and alpine amp. Justin is freaking amazing... First I have to say we spoke for about 4 months. I was in no RUSH to slap a sub in the back of my truck. I had probably and no joke about 100+ plus questions, he put up with me. Always responded with clear Techincal answers not afraid I was going to take his info else where because he knows he stuff, learned later he has been doing this for 20 years!!! I drove around 2 hours because he was worth every penny!!! Justin even found a the same make and model truck with the same exact everything(SHOWED ME PICTURES PRIOR OF OTHER BOX) and built the SAME custom box before I arrived, this saved me 6/hrs!!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS!?!? Oh and he did my tint as well, and possibly with so some LED lights for the under carriage and wheel wells that are also water proof. Back to the system, did I mean they have free WIFi.. So I am working away on the leather couch with fuzzy comfy pillows and power for my 2 laptops and all of a sudden I hear a boom, boom, bump, bump!!! I jumped up and said...,"is that my system!?" and Justin was like, "YUP!" At that very second I knew without a doubt I made the right choice! I could not believe HOW GOOD IT SOUNDED!!! So end result.... I can only turn my system to 50% and my sub to 40% or my ears start to bleed!!! Okay they don't bleed but it's my breaking point and I like it loud!! Justin kept telling me it would be more than I expect and he was right! I like all types of music, bit on my ride home I played everything from EDM TO ROCK and no one crackle, pop, scratch or static. I have wanted this quality of a system for 10 years!!! And I finally got it! Big THANK YOU to Justin and his team! Fast, efficient and best price in town!!! I originally had an appointment at another spot in East LA to purchase a new 5 channel amp and have it installed but no one showed up to open the shop; I had to look for plan B. I called a spot in Bell but it was out of my budget. I called a spot in LA but they didn't have any 5channel amps in stock. I just have one word to say after leaving this store: impolite. By no means do I doubt their claimed "top work", but it didn't seem like they put their customers first. It's understandable that it's the money in focus for them, and that's not a big deal either . Ballpark esitmates over the phone are good places to esittimate, but it almost feels like salesman tactics when you notice their in person prices differ in the manner that the ballparks are underestimated. So i did some research and i ended up wanting to get the pioneer AVH W4500 NEX and so i told the guy at the store if he had it in stock, Which he did. It took him quite a while to install but i didn't care. I wanted a quality installation which he did provide, plus i can't blame him because it's a German car. After he installed it he showed me how it works and he installed a better rear camera than the stock rear camera at no additional fee. Sam was the only real, professional, trustworthy option I found. Everyone else felt like a salesman and Sam was an automotive therapist. He is not just a contractor, he is a geek about automotive tech and it shows. I bought a CarPlay head unit and backup cam from amazon to drop in an old Rav4 and put in a quote request for the install on yelp. Sam's shop was submitted on the quote request automatically. When he came in $250 cheaper than the next cheapest option and $350 under median, I was immediately suspicious. He was very patient with me as I tried to make sure his price included everything the other guys did. When he recommended a different backup camera than the one I had purchased, he had very specific reasons and it felt more like he just wanted me to have the best possible solution than that he wanted to sell me something. I called him at 11 am the day I decided to use his shop. He said he could do it same day (unlike everyone else, he had all the parts in stock... and seems to for everything that isn't like... a brand new mazerati). I showed up at 3. He finished up another order, and had me out of there by 6:30. Perfect install. He even gave me a tutorial on how to use the stereo itself... which I didn't even buy from him.
