I took my 4runner in to get a "full" audio sound system door speakers and a 12 inch sub. I waited 2 weeks to get it installed and when they did they used cheap equipment and didn't tune the sound right. The sound isn't there and the subwoofer doesn't have any bass. I'm paid 1,600 and I'm very unhappy with the results I'll never go back again. read more

This place is great! They are one of few places listed on Kickers official site and I'd highly recommend. I have a 2007 Volvo and I had them install a touch screen deck, back up camera, new speakers on all doors, 5 channel amp and 12 inch sub! Additionally Tony made sure my car wouldn't rattle out in a few things to ensure a crisp smooth sound. My car sound amazing and I'm super excited! read more

Came here a while ago to buy some rims. The guys were really cool. They help me find some nice rims for my BMW. Victor helped me and hooked me up with a really good price. I came back a few weeks later to add a system I needed some bass. Victor showed me some kicker woofers the solobarics. I wanted it to be loud and they don't disappoint. He did recommend for me to change the inside speakers and add a four channel amp to keep up with the bass. Wow I can't believe how good my system sounds my BMW not only looks great but sounds awesome. Come and check the guys out here at Discount Audio Wheel and Wheels. They are cool and will hook you up with what you are looking for at a great price. By the way, they offer financing to. read more

Called a few minutes ago and asked how much they charge for a front and rear dash cam installation. Person on the phone told me they would have to see the camera to tell me how much. I told him I knew the brand, model number, the accessories I wanted installed and all he could tell me is they had to see the camera in person. He then stated that he wanted to give me an honest quote which is fine but all he had to do was look it up while I was on the phone. No, he wanted to me to come down just for a quote. Bad customer service, why inconvenience a customer. I told him I had an idea as to hote much it should cost and all I wanted was his price. He then said in a shitty way "why don't you tell me how much it should cost?". I told him $150 and hung up. Rude, impatient and did not make any effort to help. Regarding the below statement from Tony: All that you had to do was put me on hold, go to your computer to look up the camera I mentioned and then ask what type of vehicle I have. Crunch your numbers and give an estimate. See, it's that simple. That's called good customer service, going above and beyond to attain business. I was even going to have you tint my windows, install better sound system and install a 10 inch screen in my car. Now I'm good and I'll go somewhere else. I know as a customer an estimate is just that, an estimate not a contract. Good luck to you and I hope this helps your future customer service skills. read more

My friend had found this place through Facebook and had talked to them on the phone because I had been looking for a new sound system for my 1999 4Runner. I brought my car to the place, checked out all their awesome systems in the store, and talked to the employees about recommendations on a sound system. We talked for a while, we discussed pricing and payment plans that could be made along with the installment, and we even went out to see where it would be mounted in my truck. I am very happy with my new sound system, all new Kicker speakers, tweeters, 2 amps, and a 12inch subwoofer which you could always trade back at any time for a bigger one and pay the difference. The workers are professional and finished installing everything before the end of the day. read more

Had a crap load of stuff done here and what an amazing job. First let's list what I got done, all speakers replaced with Focal components (best part of my system), 2 alpine type R amps (2 and 4 channel), JL subwoofer, 2 epicenters(def needed if you don't only listen to rap), interior lighting, 22 inch rims. Let's just say my Ford Explorer went from night to day from the sound and to the looks. The sound is amazing because the guys know what they are doing, Byron the installer did an amazing job, Victor knew his stuff from the stereo to the rims I bought. Seriously you can do whatever you want to your car if you bring it here, like anything. And didn't get hustled on the price either, extremely fair. Way happy with the work that was done. Just wanted to add. These guys won't upsell you on anything. Tell them the truth on the exact sound you want, and they'll make it happen. If you want it to bump hard, tell them...if you want clarity then tell them that. I'm in love with my new system. And anyone who gets into my car...amazing read more

Good value. Clean and tidy store. Give options that save money and work within your budget. I had Viper security alarm installed. They installed it in about an hour. Tony quickly explained the advantages of this setup as opposed to homebrew type kill switch. read more

I had a crap system before and decided to come to these guys. They listened to what I wanted and gave me plenty of options. Tony helped me out and outlined and explained everything on what was needed to accomplish my goal. Perfect clean install great prices. My only complaint would be that when the back seat was removed, the seat belt buckles were left under the seat so there's no way of buckling in. Once Tony read this he reached out right away to arrange to correct it. I was able to correct it myself and now I can say it's perfect so changed my review to 5 star. I will definitely be going back for a bass booster as Tony originally recommended. read more

I've been here twice already! Once to get my windows tinted and a second time to get a new sound system installed. Prices have always been fair and honest. Multiple options for different budgets were always given to me. When i got my windows tinted, Tony did a great job of explaining the different tints and why people go with certain ones. I didn't want anything extreme and his recommendation turned out great! Its been almost 2 years and the tint is holding up great with no issues at all. If you drive a WRX you know that for a nice car it has a terrible sound system with no bass and no clarity in the mids and highs. Again, Tony laid out the different ways to achieve what I was looking for. He was also incredibly acccomodating to some special requests I had. I decided to go with a 5ch amp, new kicker speakers and tweeters, a 10" kicker sub, and an output converter so that I could retain my factory headunit which I insisted on. I'm also a DJ so often times I have a lot of equipment in my trunk and backseat. He and his crew was able to mount the amp under the drivers seat with no wires showing in the cabin. The subwoofer enclosure was a nice compact size to maximize storage capacity in the trunk. I had a gig the day after installation and was happy to see that I was still able to fit my turntables, mixer, and other components in my trunk without removing the sub. Even if I need more space, the sub is easily removable with the connectors they used for the enclosure. On top of all that, my car sounds AMAZING! i can't stop smiling when I listen to music now. It really changed my driving experience. Tony even called me after I picked up my car to make sure everything sounded good and that I understood how to use all the controls. Thank you Tony and his staff for always taking care of me. I normally don't trust anyone with my car, but I'd gladly take my car and future cars here to get work done again! Superb quality and great customer service. P.S. Go Broncos! read more
