Saw this advertised on instagram and never knew they were here . I've tried most of the other two tint shops and wasn't happy. So I started driving out to chino were my boy Brian just got to busy and was getting a little to expensive and he wasn't doing the work himself no more his employees were . So I stop in and was out with in 40 minutes for two front windows . Work was on point matched the back factory windows. Prices are fare I paid $130 so I'm thinking of returning to get the front window done was quoted $150 . Great shop and it's located in the neighborhood. I recommend if you're looking for car window tint you give them a try . read more

Amazing service. Vanessa was such a great help and great customer service. I definitely will come back again.

The worst experience don't ever trust anything they tell you!!!!!!! Scammers I found them on instagram, and it was just convenient for me I don't have time to shop around being a single mother of 3 that works everyday, I inquired about possible window tinting and then kept getting text notifications from the buisness offering specials, I specified on getting my windows plus the windshield, they gave me a price and I agreed, we set up a date then later got a notification that the date was no longer available I didn't make a big deal things happen we set up another date once I got there they gave me another price that was not the same still I didn't fuss I just wanted to get this done because of a skin condition being sensitive to the sun, when I picked up my car I was the last customer I believe they were just waiting for me to pick up my car I left and noticed my windshield was not done! I called left countless text messages spoke to someone that assured a manager would reach out to me but never did 2 weeks of calling and texting I finally had a little time to show up in person and spoke to the girl in the front desk I explained to her she called her manager spoke to him and he assured me he would take care of it bc it was in the original quote it was included so he said to come back tomorrow I had my daughter miss school so she can drop off my car and I would just uber to work and back when she gets there they give her some bs of how they don't have the tint that I originally wanted and how they would have to charge me $50 difference for ceramic my daughter was trying to tell me that over the phone but I'm so busy at work with patients that i would deal with it later they sent me a picture of a supposedly minor crack on my windshield that they said was already there I never seen it before when it was time to pick it up I wanted my daughter to put me on speaker so I can tell the man exactly how I've been going back and forth and that I shouldn't be charged anything he was so hostile didn't want to listen I told him to give me a full refund then he said No! And he removed the windshield tint I'm so disgusted at there service I hope no one has to experience this ever, I spent unnecessary time, money and still never got what was promised this was the worst service read more

This place is amazing. They're very prompt in responding to you on Yelp. When you request a quote and get a text message back you're talking to an actual human not just a bot. I live right across the street. That's how I found them. But now I recommend them to everyone I know. My Ford F150 came out perfect. I am very happy with the quality of work and the customer service that is offered here. There are of course other tint shops in Whittier but these guys are second to none. Number one in my book. Their prices are fair and the quality is amazing. I hope the person reading this review makes her decision by choosing Solgar window tint. You will not be disappointed. I had my 2025 TLX tinted last Tuesday and am completely satisfied with the quality of work done. I was impressed by how neat and welcoming the front office was as I entered, and I was greeted with a friendly smile (I didn't get her name). She explained the different packages and the benefits of each, and I decided to go with the Armor 90 Series - Nano Ceramic. The car looks beautiful, and most importantly, the temperature inside feels much cooler. I was completely amazed at how it turned out and would highly recommend SolGuard to anyone looking to have their car tinted. read more

I found Solguard a few months ago...on Sunday morning at 8:30! I called the number expecting to leave a message for a call back and the owner (John?) actually answered! He let me know they were open on Sundays so I immediately stopped by. Adi explained the various tint packages, I left the car (Lexus RX 450h) for a full tint, and two hours later Adi called to let me know it was ready. They did a great job. In fact, a few days later, I took the car in for service at the Newport Beach Lexus dealer and the service consultant commented on the great looking tint job. Last week, moving a piece of furniture, I damaged the tint on one of the passenger door windows so today I brought the car back. Adi helped me again and 45 minutes later the window was re-tinted and I was on my way. Not only is Adi nice to work with but the workmanship is excellent and the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend Solguard. read more

Today I had the pleasure of getting my windows tinted at Solguard Window Tinting, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! These guys really know their stuff! They took the time to explain the different tint options and what would work best for my needs. I was shown a demonstration between the difference of Basic and ceramic tint.
