My family has been coming to this shop for years under the previous ownership. Between our family…read morealone, we've probably brought around 8 cars here for window tinting, and we've also referred friends and others because we always had great experiences here. Unfortunately, after our experience with the new management/ownership, we will not be coming back. My mom's rear window tint was about 4 years old and had started becoming blurry/worn, so my dad brought her car back to have it replaced. Since the original tint was done under the previous ownership, we didn't come in expecting them to honor the old warranty. We paid for the old tint to be removed and for a brand-new tint installation on the rear window. The very next day, my dad noticed one or two small bubbles from what appeared to be dust trapped underneath the new tint. He went back and asked if they could redo the rear window since the work had literally just been done the day before. The owner/manager refused to redo it. My dad then asked if they could at least try to squeegee the bubbles out, and he wouldn't do that either. Instead, his solution was to remove the tint completely, refund my dad, and tell him he could take his business elsewhere. My dad did not want to go through the hassle of having the tint removed again and then having to find another shop to redo it, so he even asked if they could at least offer a small discount since they weren't willing to correct the work. That wasn't an option either. What's especially disappointing is that this shop has always been known for its lifetime warranty on tint, yet apparently a problem with a brand-new installation can't even be corrected the very next day. We weren't asking them to warranty the old 4-year-old tint from the previous ownership. We paid for new work, noticed an issue immediately, and simply expected the shop to stand behind the work they had just completed. Things happen and we understand that dust or an occasional bubble can happen during tint installation. The bigger problem was how the situation was handled. Rather than trying to make the work right, the response to a longtime customer bringing up a legitimate concern was essentially to refund us and tell us to take our business somewhere else. It's sad because the previous ownership always provided great service, quality work, and stood behind what they did. That's why our family continued coming back with car after car and recommended this place to other people for years. Unfortunately, the service and quality are not what they used to be. We'll be taking the owner's advice and bringing our cars elsewhere from now on, and we will no longer be recommending this shop to friends or family.

Steve was knowledgeable, patient, and very informative when helping me choose the right tint. I especially appreciated how conscientious he was about California tint laws. He explained what would and would not be compliant and helped me get as much privacy as possible on the front driver and passenger windows while staying within the legal requirements. The finished tint looks great, and the front windows are dark enough for the privacy I wanted without going overboard. While I was there, Steve also repaired some curb rash on one of my wheels. It came out great as well. Steve is professional, confident in his work, and clearly takes pride in doing things properly. Excellent workmanship and customer service. Brought my new truck to get my windows tinted. They went over all the imperfections prior to…read moregetting the service done and I acknowledged every single one. However, once the service was done I noticed this crack in my windshield. When I asked the lady that worked there what happened she said it was already there. NEGATIVE! I told them when we went over the imperfections there was no crack or else it would've been stated. The crack is extremely noticeable and wasn't there prior. They "checked the cameras" and couldn't prove it was there before. I spoke to the owner who said he would get back to me as soon as possible to resolve this issue, it's been 2 weeks and no response still. I get accidents happen but unfortunately, the owner never followed up with me. I expected better communication and accountability, especially after damage was caused to my vehicle while it was in their care. Mistakes can happen, but what matters is how a business handles them afterward. In this situation, I felt completely ignored and left to deal with the damage on my own. I would strongly recommend considering other options if you're looking for a shop that stands behind its work and takes responsibility when something goes wrong UPDATE: it looks like the windshield was previously cracked & we did not know.
