I was excited to work with Albert and get my Jeep up and running. When i spoke with him he sounded like he knows what he's talking about so that made me confident and trust him. However he told me to wait a week and he'll help me out. a week passed and We tried calling and he never responded. My husband finally got ahold of him and he said to call him on Wednesday to let him know we were dropping off the car that same day. We called and no answer. We went to the shop and the shop was closed. I just wish he was honest with me. If he didn't want to work with me or whatever reason he shouldve just told me instead of making us wait just to get ghosted. No call back NOTHING. Brought our jeep in for a leak , Albert said it's no biggie because he's done it many times before and he's have it done in a few days. A few days passed and he won't call to update us , we had to call him and even then he wouldn't answer our calls. So we went to the shop to check up and our jeep wasn't there , he hadn't even been working on it. Finally got it after a week and we got it back with a leak ! We contacted him again to let him know it's still leaking and he ghosted us. Went in for one problem, came out with an entirely different issue. If it wasnt for my uncle who is a mechanic, I would have taken Albert's advise to fix a cracked coolant reservoir, when the issue was a loosened water pump gasket. Hate to think that it may have been loosened on purpose, or it may have been caused by his erratic driving that was caught on my dash cam. Funny how after I called him out that my car had never leaked and the temperature never spiked at all until he worked on it, he failed to get back to me on some other repairs he was supposed to do. If I could give him no stars I would, my husband took my Jeep in 03/23/21 for engine rebuild. He was told 1 month tops it's been going on 5 months and now he's refused to answer any calls or text. We've been behind him to get answers. He still have my 1998 Jeep and it's not even at his shop. Who knows what he did with it I've now filed a police report and all. This review has been long over due so here it goes: As a first time Jeep owner there's a lot to learn, so when it came to giving my Jeep a lift changing the exhaust and putting in the cold air intake Albert was very patient with ALL of my questions I had and had a lot of information. He really knows his stuff. Back in March I got a : Red Rock 4x4 cold air intake Magnaflow black Axle-back Exhaust And a 2.5 or 3 Lift Rough country ( I cant remember) Price: the price was fair, he is a hard worker and does a fantastic job. You get what you pay for. Since March with all the installments I haven't had any problems with the handling of the Jeep or any complaints. Communication: he is Always busy so calling in to check the status on the Jeep might delay the work. Just make sure that all your concerns are sorted out before you leave your Jeep because Albert and his crew do like to get the job done right . So my jeep had a broken trac bar bracket on the rear axle shaft. I ordered a replacement, as well as a truss from Artec, and these guys welded it up for me no problem! I have officially found my "go to" repair shop for my Jeep. My Jeep was experiencing a slight death wobble. Other repair shops wanted to charge an arm and a leg to replace the tie rods. I got a third opinion from Jeep Thrillz and I am so glad I did. Albert was able to inspect my Jeep and fix it in a reasonable amount of time for a fair price. It was not the tie rods that needed replacement, but something else that was a less expensive fix. I was able to save money and use the savings for more maintenance. I have been taking my Jeep CJ7 to Albert since he first opened. He has always given me top notch service, and on a couple of occasions, didn't charge me because it was something minor, and/or a quick fix. Why is top notch service so important? Because i use my Jeep off-road, unlike a lot of people, and when you are out in the boonies, you cant afford to have anything go wrong. Albert is so knowledgeable about Jeeps, that he can see things before they actually go wrong, and he warns you on what the vehicle needs sometimes beforehand. I am sure this has to do with his off-road experience. I am deeply disturbed by one review left here, and it is because i was there, and saw what happened. it was that LA LA L. This woman came in there and was so rude to Albert, I said, WHOA, i wouldn't talk that way to my dog, and much less a Jeep master mechanic. The whole time she was talking down to him, he was polite, and just trying to be a professional. There are 2 sides to every story, and when you hear Albert's side, she is the one that needs an attitude adjustment. It's a shame that people like her can take pot shots at honest businesses Albert has also worked on my FORD F250 4x4. BOTTOM LINE IS: If you have any off-road vehicle, (doesn't have to be a Jeep) and you want the very best personalized quality care for a fair price, bring it here.
