So just today as i was leaving the cruise ship to drive back to az my jeep started making a sound. Stopped here because of its good reviews, with no appointment he looked at the jeep and figured out what was wrong. Recently had my jeep worked on back home and spacer was coming off. On the fly- NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED! except today- at least for me So, 2021 Ram 2500. Rubbing with 37's. Have everything on my RAM EXCEPT the backspace on my machined 20" 304's. Ordered the Carli EVERYTHING, from sway bar to radius arms. Cody squares me up with a recommendation for 315's with a +18 offset for my 911 rush to replace my 304's with a 0 offset. Method has them in stock we will have them delivered to your front door tomorrow. Stoked right?! Well in the rush to get them ordered color was overlooked (mutual responsibility here). I assumed I had mentioned brushed aluminum with clear and with the haste the detail was overlooked. I have been waiting with bated breath all day for these to come so I could confidently take on other than curbs without worrying about my fender getting torn off! They show up, annnnd they are black! Crap! I call CJC expecting to hear (sorry don't know what to tell you) but instead and pleasantly surprised with, we are really sorry this happened (we listened to the tapes), and the conversation about color never came up. I apologize and we are going to do whatever we can to get you dialed in. I can't tell you how many times over the last few years (since that "pandemic") I have heard "I can't" or "sorry, nothing we can do". To have an organization that actually has integrity on both sides of the transaction was shocking. I am still getting my replacements on time and CJC pulled out all the stops to get them here as discussed. Side note hahaha, I am actually surprised that people do "listen to the tapes" I always thought that was to trick you into thinking you would get railroaded if you complain ha! Cody, Thank you... Honestly, the complete experience didn't come without some bumps. Had a complete system installed with almost every bell and whistle CJC has to offer. The quality of installation and parts are better than they describe. They come with a hefty price tag but that's to be expected with top tier parts. I should note their installation price was very affordable. The bumps arose after the build was completed. Before driving off I noted to them that the wheel offset was not as expected. They said I could drive them for a couple of weeks and follow up with them and we would work something out if I was unhappy. Next morning after taking home the truck I called and let one of their employees know I wasn't going to be happy with the wheels. This prompted a heated conversation that I was surprised to be havin. I asked to speak with someone else but was stopped as apparently an owner had jumped in. CJC then went above and beyond for us and corrected the wheel situation at no additional cost to us. I went to the guys at CJC to get my 2021 Ram 3500 lifted and could not be happier with the service and level of work that they do. Ridiculously slow processing and delivery! I ordered two parts for my F250: coil brackets and a dual stabilizer kit (minus the stabilizer shocks). The coil brackets shipped after five days and took nine days to arrive. After 10 days, I called CJC about the stabilizer kit because their website said it would take 1-5 business days. The person who answered the phone asked for the order number, put me on hold for six minutes and then came back to say "yeah, it'll ship out today" like they forgot about the second part of my order. I guess I'll wait another nine days to see if it arrives. If you are in a hurry for parts or expect good service, I wouldn't recommend CJC Offroad. Just for reference, I ordered front and rear Fox reservoir shocks and the steering stabilizer shocks from 4WheelParts on the same day that I ordered these parts from CJC Offroad. Even though they came from different warehouses, all six of the shocks arrived within three days. I installed four of them and drove around for a week before the first part of my order arrived from CJC Offroad. I will be able to install the stabilzer shocks when the stabilizer kit finally arrives from CJC. read more

CJC did my 2020 limited 3500 ram, 3.5 pintop lift with all the bells and whistles, they installed while I waited, were super attentive, and it was finished quickly. While on an intersate camping adventure, we had a freak issue. We had a tire go down, and had to use the spare. Turns out the rim cracked. These guys felt our pain, and overnighted a new rim to us, to an address we were headed to in Idaho. It met us on time. CJC installed the Cali Super Duty Backcountry 2.0 and Full Travel Bags on my 2017 F350. I would highly recommend these guys. You drop off your rig in the morning and come back in the afternoon to pick it up. All the staff is knowledgeable about what springs to get and what tire rim combo will rub with their systems. I stopped by afterwork and ordered a ICON Stage 2 coil Over with upper control arms. I dropped off my 2019 Ranger in the AM and spent the day waiting for CJC to call. I ran down as quick as I could after they called and wow my trucklooks much better. I took it out the next day to Hungry Valley and had an absolute blast with my new Ranger. With the lift plus the bigger tires it is perfect for offroading. They did an excellent job on getting this done. It was quite a learning experience for CJC as it was for me. I have a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel that is probably my most prized possession. It's my daily driver so its something that I deal with all the time. With that being said, I wouldn't trust the suspension components to anyone other than CJC Offroad. These guys dialed it in a few years ago with a Carli level, and over the years have made numerous upgrades. Their customer service is unbelievable. When I have any question, I send Cole an email and usually take it in same day. These guys act like you're their only customer, despite the fact that they are super busy all the time with people spending tons of money. If you have a Ford or Ram truck, don't trust it to anyone other than the guys at CJC. They are the best. read more

I ordered carli coil springs , coil buckets For the front and recommended Fox shocks and deavers for the rear of my truck. When I placed the order Austin was great. I didn't receive a tracking number for a few days so I emailed and got the wrong tracking number. Once I got the pallet of parts I unwrapped them and realized they didn't ship my shocks I just spent $1200 on. I call and then they gave me another email with the tracking number. I decided to unbox the parts and realized they sent the wrong parts. I called and they seemed irritated that they made a mistake. I got the right parts fast. I had an issue with the deavers and I emailed cole about the part not fitting right. Cole told me he sits behind Austin and said there was no guarantee the parts would fit. Not really the answer I was looking for after spending $3,500 with them. I tried ordering new Fox shocks for the front to match the rears I just bought from them and they don't know which ones would fit. I tried getting a price for 6 innovate wheels from them and he gave me an idea of what 4 should cost. So that would be between 6 wheels and front shocks it would be around $7-8000 in parts they could have sold . Austin was great with the initial order, very helpful. Well the correct shocks finally arrived over 6 months later and they were placing the blame on King Shocks. I talked to someone from King and I was told custom shocks take 6-8 weeks. So the only thing Cjc was willing to do was offer $100 store credit on something they forgot/didn't order. I spent a lot of money here already and would never recommend them to anyone. I tried giving a second chance but there is bad customer service. read more

Company is horrible do not order from them. They are so arrogant on there responses as well. They sent me "Carli" shocks that were not Carli. I order springs from a different company and they said Carli on the springs. The pair CJC sent don't have anything. They honestly look like oem springs. Be careful with them they try to pull fast ones. I spent money on two different installers because i thought maybe the first installer got it wrong. But it's the spring. I made all of the worst mistakes you could make with my first Ram 2500 build. The truck rode horribly and my wife and daughter absolutely hated driving in my truck.
