The staff has always been friendly with me, greeting me and asking how they can help me out. Truly professional on their part. You cant go wrong with Autozone. Autozone is the only place that will give you a lifetime warrant on all Brake pads, spark plugs and other specific items that pertains to vital kry components on your vehicle. You can also bring recycled oil to Autozone as a dump and go. I find this outstanding since alot of people change their oils and its good to know where to go, great for the environment! Overall, this location is in a good area. There are alot of Autozones in sketchy areas, but this particular one is away from sketchy areas. Clean and safe, next to a Walmart. Kudos to the staff. Came here poor customer service! They put my battery in and I literally left the parking lot and my car turns off in the middle of the street! They put it in wrong and told me the guy that put it in has never done it before . Terrible experience there regional manager Sofia could have careless when I called to complain she said well the manager said they fixed the issue by putting the battery in correctly after the fact. That store is ran by a terrible corporate office which tickles down to the in store manager and employees. Very sad please get ur auto things else were very un safe and customer service is terrible! Went to the Woodruff location and wow customer service has vanished! Went in to ask for/about a battery and told her the type and she just looked at me and said "ok" so I said I need a H6-AGM battery again and she said "ok" !?! I said I'm handicapped and can't carry it! I then asked if they still install them and she said "we're short staffed and can't do it" her whole demeanor was like I'm bothering her so I walked out ! Called another Autozone on South street, and asked if I buy a battery can you guys install. It and she said yes, so I went there to the one on South St. and Downey and the guy there said "we can only Install on vehicles that only require a 10 minute install and the computer says it will take 45 minutes to install mine so we can't do it"! And this guy had that attitude face too! So I had to buy the battery and take it to my mechanic which was right down the street and my mechanic installed it in minutes!! NOT 45!!! Took the core back and just saddened by the lack of service, lack of proper communication skills, lack of wanting to help other with your expertise! read more

Today I went to and let me say the manager was rude. Rude to customers and rude talking to me while another associate was helping me get the things I need. I didn't appreciate when she said "well what does the computer say" like okay I don't work here.? The employees were nice and helpful but the manager wasn't, maybe the manager needs to take notes from employees about customer service. read more

I bought a battery for $200+ and it messed up within a year took it back and auto zone replaced it but it was bunk and never worked when I took that one back they "couldn't find me in the system"so they refused to do anything even knowing it was theirs. make sure u get a paper receipt and hold on to it which is hard to do if you're homeless read more

To be actually honest I didn't really much like going to autozone but after my experience today with store member Steve P. Trust me I'll be back .my order got cancelled from another autozone bc for some reason they didn't have the item so I came here Steve was getting off his shift and still offered to fixed my battery he while having a great conversation, he taught me how to do it myself while installing it and he refused any type of tip or compensation and he said "I'm just trying to change the world" if this isn't a good worker/person I don't know what is. Brandon provided great service. I told him I was pressed for time and really needed to get a few items and make this trip quick before it rained. Being that it was a slower time he actually accompanied me to every aisle and picked up heavier items as my wrist had been in a brace. The added bonus is that he listens. I need it adhesive remover for a strip the size of a pen I didn't think that the bigger $8 bottle was necessary as I rarely have to remove dealer stickers on my windshield. It took an extra minute but we found the right size bottle for what I needed saving me $5. read more

My experience with this autozone location yesterday was really bad. I came in to get my battery tested and the personnel that was helping me had asked to have my car turned off in order to test my battery. I didn't want to turn my car off because I was afraid that the battery is dead and I will not be able to turn my car on. He did let me know that if my car would not start they would try to help me jump start my car. I went ahead and turned my car off in order to test the battery and as soon as I've tried to turn it on, it would not start. I asked to help jumpstart my car and he told me that he needs to ask his supervisor. After waiting for more than 5 minutes he came back to tell me that they can only jumpstart cars for customers. This is ridiculous because I was stuck trying to find anyone that can help me jumpstart my car. read more

I've been needing to exchange both of my front windshield wipers. I easily found the one's I've been looking for (Bosch Icon 24A and 20A) for my 2010 Toyota Camry. I asked if they do installations at the register and the guy said yes. He installed them right away and now my car is ready for the rain. I paid $55 for both whereas looking at online prices you can get it on Amazon for maybe $41 or Walmart for $48, but considering that they help install it I think it's worth the few extra bucks. I had a difficult time attempting to install my prior windshield wipers. read more

The battery on the remote for my car was almost dead when I was in Lakewood Regional Hospital. Luckily just across the street was Auto Zone. I yelp them so I can call them if they have the battery I needed, but that location was not listed. Come to find out that location was Long Beach. Anyways I found the their number and called them. I came in on 1/2/19 @ 1732 and was helps on Reg#2 and this is my third time at this location and although it is clean and organized on the surface it is COMPLETELY UNORGANIZED when it comes to a friendly atmosphere and ability to help your customers. When ive come here and have asked questions the guys act like they don't want to be at work, don't want to answer questions and when they do the answers are so vague its like dang "You still haven't answered the question." This is an auto parts store, whereas COMMUNICATION IS KEY! Management needs to send their team back to training on how to interact with customers, especially women. Be helpful, be understanding and definitely know your merchandise or something about the question pertaining to merchandise being purchased. Your team makes AUTO ZONE LOOK HORRIBLE. I'm not sure of the gentleman's name whom waited on me but both guys at the registers were EXTREMELY unfriendly and acted like the customers were bothering them by being there.
