I called Autozone the 1800 number to see what the problem was they said there was no issue with the gift card that it did have funds and it wasn't fraud and that the do take digital gift card not sure what the issue was . I called the manager back he said his name was Willy he started shouting over the phone claiming that it was fraud and Target was doing fraud by selling Autozone gift card that they weren't suppose to which i called Target they said that was BIZZARD! I went in today and it was very busy. However, the staff quickly took care of me and were all very friendly even through these weird covid times. The cashier that rang me up for the platinum battery was helpful in my decision and patient when my Apple Watch was acting up. (Great service from him but I forgot his name :/) Frankie removed and installed my battery SUPER QUICK all while juggling multiple clients in the super hot heat! It was about 93 degrees when I was there!! He was on it and I was very impressed. I tried to tip but I didn't know they couldn't accept tips so next time I'll be sneaky about it haha. Came into this store today for the very first time ever. I had my 10 month old with me. Chantel or Chanel, I can't remember her name but I remember her service. She was so attentive and aware. Came here to pick up some oil for our car, and they had several options with plenty in stock. We didn't have to buy a funnel because they had one at the front that they let us use for free and even gave us some paper towels to keep from getting messy and dirty. My car's battery died recently so I went here to get a replacement. It is hassle free, you buy it, and they go out and replace it for you and also dispose the own battery for you. If you're not sure if your car's battery is the issue, you can always ask them to test the battery before you go ahead and purchase it. It bought my battery with a "five year" warranty where they will replace it completely if it has any issues within three years and then give you store credit if its within five years. I believe other places like Costco may sell cheaper batteries but if you have no idea on how to replace a battery, your best bet would be to just stop by Autozone. read more

Do not buy Car Batteries from Autozone. I bought one 2 years ago and it died within a year (even after multi jumps, wouldn't take a charge). It was still under warranty so I exchanged (AutoZone won't exchange it unless they "Power Charge" it first). I upgraded to the GOLD version thinking it would be better. NAHHH year later and that one is now failing. I had it jumped 2x before it wouldn't take anymore jumps. AutoZone wouldn't exchange it because the POWER CHARGE actually worked. Now I am stuck with this faulty battery, which is going to get me stuck somewhere; better stay close to home in the coming months. read more

Perhaps i've visited the store at bad times but it always seems like a long wait for a cashier. Today I returned some Duralast wiper blades that had not lasted through this past mild winter before the rubber on the blades peeled off. I did not save the receipt; i just wanted the store to know that I never had a wiper blade that failed as fast as the Duralast. Clerk just shrugged, although he did acknowledge that the different wiper brand i was purchasing was better quality than the Duralast.
