06.28.2026 I have no complaints on this location. This place always provided me with the items I needed for my vehicle maintenance. Staff has always been courteous and friendly. They greet you when you walk in and they wish you luck when you leave. Professionals at best. Autozone is the only go to spot for my vehicle maintenance and repairs. Plenty of parking and clean store inside. Not the greatest of neighborhoods, that is where the customer service takes place, it take presidence above all. Kudos read more

Do not recommend this location at all. Jenny provided some of the worst customer service I've experienced. I attempted to return a part that I purchased and never even used, but she inspected it as if it had been installed, used, or swapped out. Instead of treating me like a valued customer, I felt like I was being accused of doing something wrong. The entire experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and disappointing. I will not be returning and would not recommend this business to others. read more

Every time I've gone in there, the staff has been super helpful. Last night I had to rush in 15 minutes before closing to get a turning signal bulb replaced and the young black staff member helped me in the dark to get it done. And when I pulled up, he was already out there helping some other couple with their vehicle. Customer service doesn't hit like that anymore these days. read more

Do not recommend this place at all the Asian Lady was highly disrespectful. Me & my cousin went in to receive help with her AC due to it not throwing cold air, We waited in line and when it was finally our turn she already seemed irritated we ask nicely if it was possible if she can help us she she said " Uhh not right now" with no explanation then my cousin asks why and she said due to them being short staffed she could've just explained that not give us unnecessary attitude! read more

Customer service. I was driving while on hold for 25 minutes and no one returned to the phone. They should learn that a phone customer is a potential in-store customer. read more

We were on our way to Arizona in our RV and the check engine light came on. We stopped at Autozone 5455 in Long Beach, CA. The staff (cashier #21 - his name was not on the receipt, just a number) was extremely helpful. He checked our computer and reset it. Very grateful for his help and the good customer service! read more

My wife grew up at her dad's auto shop. It's 2022, and sadly, a Auto Zone employee near us, there on South and Downey, near Wal-Mart, tells my wife that it's better that she take our vehicle to a mechanic. What? You don't think she knows what she's doing? Because she's a woman? Usually, after employees hear my wife talk shop, they know she knows what's up. Yes, Auto Zone prices are less expensive, but we've decided to go to Napa Auto Parts now. Much better service! And they treat their customers with more respect. They go the extra mile to help us be satisfied customers. read more

The employees here are always on a good mood in this store. I go in frequently for parts and this time I went for battery charge very friendly and helpful. read more

On a hot day and the AC isn't cold, Dexter the manager goes the extra mile to help and explain how to refill the freon! Saved the day, saved money, learned alot and couldn't be nicer answering questions. Genuinely courteous and knew many regular customers. I'll for sure be back. read more

I went in today and it was very busy. However, the staff quickly took care of me and were all very friendly even through these weird covid times. The cashier that rang me up for the platinum battery was helpful in my decision and patient when my Apple Watch was acting up. (Great service from him but I forgot his name :/) Frankie removed and installed my battery SUPER QUICK all while juggling multiple clients in the super hot heat! It was about 93 degrees when I was there!! He was on it and I was very impressed. I tried to tip but I didn't know they couldn't accept tips so next time I'll be sneaky about it haha. He politely declined but I was moved at how efficient and polite this guy was that I hope he's there every time I come back or that everyone is just like him! Thanks for service y'all! read more

I called in for the battery replacement and the guy who answered the phone hung up the phone when I wasn't done talking. That's so rude. Seriously?? You need better customer service. I'm not coming back here even it's close to my house. read more

Came into this store today for the very first time ever. I had my 10 month old with me. Chantel or Chanel, I can't remember her name but I remember her service. She was so attentive and aware. She was the only one to ask if I needed help. She's the only one who asked if had any questions. Her and another lady are the only ones that greeted me. The gentlemen were busy with other customer though. They were all busy! Well this young lady was kind enough to grab my items and hold them at the counter for me because she saw I also had my son with me. It's just the attention to detail! So good job to whoever hired her! Because she's a great asset. And girrrrl, thank you. I appreciated you earlier today. Mamas need breaks and that was a break right there that you gave me. Thank you so so so much! read more

Came here to pick up some oil for our car, and they had several options with plenty in stock. We didn't have to buy a funnel because they had one at the front that they let us use for free and even gave us some paper towels to keep from getting messy and dirty. They were pretty packed, but everybody there seemed to know what they were talking about, which is refreshing. Definitely will be coming back if I have anymore car needs read more

Thank you again, AutoZone , your crew is simply the best, better than all the rest!!! Last Sunday night, I was out shopping and then I found out that another headlight bulb for my car was already dead. It was already 8:30 in the evening and I knew that it would probably be impossible to find someone at an auto store that would be available to help me replace the bulb. I called and luckily Dexter told me that he could install it. He provided excellent customer service that I would say is above and beyond. He has also helped us in the past and treated us like we were family even though he does not personally know us. Thank you so much for all the assistance that your crew have given us for our vehicles throughout the years. We appreciate it so much. read more

My car's battery died recently so I went here to get a replacement. It is hassle free, you buy it, and they go out and replace it for you and also dispose the own battery for you. If you're not sure if your car's battery is the issue, you can always ask them to test the battery before you go ahead and purchase it. It bought my battery with a "five year" warranty where they will replace it completely if it has any issues within three years and then give you store credit if its within five years. I believe other places like Costco may sell cheaper batteries but if you have no idea on how to replace a battery, your best bet would be to just stop by Autozone. read more

Do not buy Car Batteries from Autozone. I bought one 2 years ago and it died within a year (even after multi jumps, wouldn't take a charge). It was still under warranty so I exchanged (AutoZone won't exchange it unless they "Power Charge" it first). I upgraded to the GOLD version thinking it would be better. NAHHH year later and that one is now failing. I had it jumped 2x before it wouldn't take anymore jumps. AutoZone wouldn't exchange it because the POWER CHARGE actually worked. Now I am stuck with this faulty battery, which is going to get me stuck somewhere; better stay close to home in the coming months. read more

I came here on Sunday morning...since i had a bad battery in my car..worst mistake ever..NEVER coming here again..Manager onsite is completely rude and decide to take her lunch after knowing she had people waiting for sales associates for help ..I waited over an hour after nobody came out after i was told that someone would be out to helped me to take out the battery outta my car i decide to do it myself..a sales associate there told me to wait that another 2 employee were on their way to start their shift.. I decide not to wait no more.. I took over an hour to take out the battery and put in the new one myself..and after i finished i helped out another lady their with the same issue she had been waiting longer than i had.. The manager needs to get fired, she don't know how to run this place..I would have been better of taking my car to the dealer..but since this place was closer by i decided to stop there..never again..coming to this dump read more

Our car stopped right in front of Autozone, it was already having problems. My boyfriend has limited mechanical experience, Dexter explained to him how to replace a starter and my boyfriend was able to install it then and there. We've come here before and Dexter has always been super helpful and always has a positive attitude. In my boyfriend's words "There are not enough people like Dexter in this world, Straight up". They need to put him on a commercial or something! Thank you Dexter and thank you Autozone. read more

Emilio T took the time to help me install a light bulb and I appreciate his great customer service. Thank you!

The women at this store were very helpful I needed a car battery she found the best option for my needs and the best warranty for the price I was looking to spend. There were more expensive options and she show the cheaper one had a better warranty and better reviews from customers. I meant to post this a few months ago. I'm currently enjoying the option she helped me choose no issues with this battery and would recommend this location. Great staff and hard working personality! read more

I went in for transmission oil and asked Dexter what the difference was between the two I was looking at. He asked what kind of car I had and what the issue was. Turns out that the brand that I was looking at was not even going to help my car. He took me over to the transmission fluids that were the right ones for my car. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. I was totally impressed with his service. Dexter was awesome. read more

Long story short don't come here if you want too get disrespectful and humiliated. Came in yesterday and took my battery charge and African lady with curly hair and glasses put my battery charge, and I purchased oil. Next day I go turn out they didint our my battery too charge to top it off they didn't want let me exchange the oil I purchased day before. I call for an air filter and Edgar says they have plenty in stock and he will put one on hold for me. I get there and he says he doesn't have any and he does remember the call so he can place an order for me. I should have went by the 3 star rating, instead I had taken his WORD. I don't think they even have a manager at this location. Please beware! read more

I went today wanting to price match a bettery (since I've price matched at many autozones before) yet the assistant store manager told me she couldn't do that because she would get fired. So I had to drive to my favorite autozone in gardena where they so kindly did the price match. Train your employees better please, it was such an inconvenience to drive 25 minutes for something this lady could have done. read more

Perhaps i've visited the store at bad times but it always seems like a long wait for a cashier. Today I returned some Duralast wiper blades that had not lasted through this past mild winter before the rubber on the blades peeled off. I did not save the receipt; i just wanted the store to know that I never had a wiper blade that failed as fast as the Duralast. Clerk just shrugged, although he did acknowledge that the different wiper brand i was purchasing was better quality than the Duralast. Seems to me a much better customer service attitude would have to respond: "Sorry about that experience; let me pass that along to our supplier for that brand." read more

i went to auto zone today and johnny helped me. i was so impressed with his service that i as soon as i came home i had to write my review. auto zone is an outstanding store.. i am so impressed every time that i go there. however, even though the store is outstanding and has the items that i need, it is even better when you get outstanding service, which i did get with johnny. he is smart and knows a lot about cars and he is nice too. i would rate my experience today at at auto zone five starts. read more
