These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. Autozone is the only place that will give you a lifetime warrant on all Brake pads, spark plugs and other specific items that pertains to vital kry components on your vehicle. You can also bring recycled oil to Autozone as a dump and go. I find this outstanding since alot of people change their oils and its good to know where to go, great for the environment! Overall, this location is in a good area. There are alot of Autozones in sketchy areas, but this particular one is away from sketchy areas. Clean and safe, next to a Walmart. Kudos to the staff.
