I've been coming here for the past 24 years and they've never failed me. I see some complaints on here about people whining about the wrong part and fighting over the phone which is ridiculous. Just bring your part back and return it if you have an issue why would you complain over the phone? These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. Just know what you need and they'll let you know if they got it. read more

This place is a lifesaver for those of us on a budget! I was referred by the tech who came to jumpstart my battery when I asked him where I should buy a replacement. He pointed me here and the staff was so helpful. The rep brought the new battery out to me (they don't install) because I couldn't turn off my engine being I had just been jumpstarted a few minutes prior. He took my card in and brought me the receipt even letting me know they pay $20 if I bring in my old battery. Jiffy Lube wanted to charge me $20 for "disposal" of it! This is a local, family run, auto parts store and you can tell they are all family too. I've been in here a handful of times and they've got a pretty good selection of parts in stock along with decent prices. The parking lot is small and the only entrance is right on PCH, so it may not as easy to get in or out of, depending on traffic. As the name states "Parts for Less", they will usually give you the less expensive alternative brand, unless you specify the name brand and that OK... most of the time. I bought an air filter for my 3 year old Camry and took it home to install it in the air box. The filter looked almost like the name brand, however the dimensions were just slightly off and it just would not fit. I had to return it and buy the more expensive name brand. But this was a manufacturing issue and no fault of the parts store. I prefer giving my business to the local "mom & pop" or family owned businesses if I can, rather then the nation-wide chains. Ay ya yai!!!! Prices are good, the warranty that they give you its ok. But by them giving you the wrong parts over and over, NOT cool at all. I live far and i decided to come here because someone told me they had good prices. I called them first, and they gave me a quote. i went there and i gave them the information and gave me the part. turns out that i had to return the next day because it was not the correct part. I told them over and over and nothing. I told them it if was possible to atlas lower it down for it being their fault they said no. I was not going to go there just for nothing. Ordered a transmission from these guys. They were quick to bring me one, but my cousin noticed some damage on the bottom of the unit and mentioned it to Robert, but Robert assured us that the transmission is fine and there's nothing wrong with it. Fast forward a few days... My mechanic calls and tells me there the trans is no good. There's a massive hole where a mount should be and that the thing is leaking oil faster than you can pour it in. 4 days of calling him with no answer. Then I finally called Robert to explain to him that I'll be needing another transmission and that this one needs to be picked up. He started questioning how I could know that without being a mechanic and that he could only return it if we prove to him that we installed it, tried to drive the car with it, and the car still didn't shift gears properly. I let him know that what he's doing is conducting bad business and he began dropping F-bombs and asking me who I think I am and telling me that he's a businessman. He then told me his driver would get here when he gets here and then hung up on me. You're not a businessman, Robert. You're somewhere in between a crook and a conman. EDIT: So it's been several days now and Robert is ignoring all of our calls. Second Edit: He answered a call finally on accident and I mentioned the issue, so he referred back to my review here and hung up on me. His invoice clearly states that I have 90 days to exchange but he isn't abiding by anything. Third Edit: We were finally refunded after we drove out there with the transmission ourselves. Still no call or contact of any kind from Robert. read more

My brother suggested this place to get a replacement battery for cheap. I had asked him to come with me and we didn't wait that long to be helped. The man who served us was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He typed in the make and model of the car and once the search was done, he went to retrieve the 'new' battery. To my surprise, it was only $67.57! And it had an 18 month warranty. He advised me to keep the receipt in case I needed to exchange it. Thanks! I'll be back! read more

Cheap & convenient. I usually come here for WIX oil filters and other little things. They have name brands, and generics for a good price. As of motor oil, they're a bit pricy. Walmart has the cheapest oil prices but dammit I HATE Walmart! The guys in there never gave me a hard time, helped quite a bit when I was repairing a 2007 Civic that was hit in front end. Just be sure to save your receipts, and try to avoid any refurbished parts. read more

Let me start off by saying parts were cheap. First time here but bad customer service. The guy with the glasses didnt even aknowledge me and when I ask him where is a certain item, he responded very rudely like its right there in a way that made me angry and i wanted to grab the hammer on isle 2 and hit him in the head with it, but kept my cool. Never coming back here again. Maybe the other people has better service but this fuckface in particular is rude to the point that I don't want to do business with them.
