Started talking to the owner and he was hella cool and informative about services he offers. He also has a towing service and us available at anytime with competitive prices. Very pleased with their service. I frequently had to pump air in one of my tires, suspected a hole. Took my car to their shop, sure enough they found a couple nails in it. They we're super quick to patch it up and charged a very reasonable price. Appreciated the transparency and helpfulness of the young kid working there. Good spot for a quick tire fix. read more

I don't leave a lot of reviews and usually not very picky. I was recommended this mechanic place by autozone which is next door. I had 2 really bad experiences while I was here. One I needed to change my battery terminal because it was loose. I brought it here asked the owner to fix it and all he did was put a penny between the terminal. When someone asks you to fix a problem you don't do a temporary job. That's just common sense. So basically I traded $10 for a penny. This is how I got robbed #1. Sadly, I thought I could trust him so I didn't check the terminal when he fixed it and trusted his word until I got home and checked. I called him right away and was furious how a guy just lacked so much common sense. I told him I didn't want a temp fix and for him to fix it entirely with a new part. He told me okay I'll take $10 off when you come back. I come back the next available day I have. This is robbery experience #2 he does. I tell him to look at what he done and to do a permanent job by replacing it with a new part. He tells me to go next door and go buy the part. I come back he says it's the wrong one when battery terminals are universal and the employee there helped me get the correct one, but I ended up changing it anyway. I come back and the owner is gone and some random guy took off my battery terminal and he said, "he said it'll be $25" at the moment I just wanted my car to be fixed and leave. If you didn't know $25 is overpriced for this type of job. Oh btw, the owner and his friends or whatever they were, were drinking beers while working. Imagine having someone work on your car while buzzed and you already don't like their business. Lol. This place is a joke. The owner is a joke. My 95 Impala SS overheated on the way to work. I discovered a small pin hole leak in my radiator. A co-worker insisted I take it to Clavitor's. I'm not from around here, but my co-worker said he loves these guys. Short story: Fixed it same day for a Very Reasonable Price! This repair shop is great! Last night my car wouldn't start. I had to get a new starter. I had called about 8 different repair shops around the area. They all quoted me over $500, NOT INCLUDING TOWING!!! Insane prices. I was about to give in to that $500 price, but then I made one final call to Clavito's Auto Service, and he made my whole day! He offered to tow my car and fix my starter problem for around $200. At first I thought he was kidding me and just didn't know what I needed, but he came and towed my car and fixed the issue all within a 1.5 hours! Great customer service, and he understood what I needed and explained everything clearly! I most definitely will be returning for any auto service needs! I recommend his shop for anyone! First time here I based it off the reviews from this thing. Had a full tune up, brakes and new tires done on my car and I cannot say how happy I am with this place. Good price, excellent work. Talked to Clavito himself, he is a very honest man, told me not to be too confident just because yelp has good reviews because there are many mechanics who will try and rip you off. He made sure to tell me what my car needed, didn't try and add anything extra to my bill. He worked with my time budget and finished in good time. He broke my bill down, explained it to me, showed me the parts that were replaced and told me what to look for next time. Seriously one of the most honest mechanics I have ever been to and I loved that. Super happy with the service and have found my new mechanic! read more
