Well I learned this from Daniel after my rear tires were wearing unevenly. Daniel was able to fit me into that day's appointment schedule and had me on my way in less than a hour of waiting. I received a full report on how my alignment was before and after it was adjusted. Alignment is under warrantee for 90 days but Daniel told me about the 1 and 3 year add-on to that warrantee. At either $49 or $99, it was a no brainer. I opted for the 3 year extended warrantee and will be returning every 2000 miles to get my alignment check up. I've been dealing with tire issues for a while, and every few days I was going to Costco just to put air back in one of my tires because it kept losing pressure. I originally went to M&M Tires and was told I needed four brand-new tires plus a new tire sensor, which was going to cost me a lot of money. I'm already dealing with enough adulting expenses right now, so hearing that was stressful as hell. Since I have a big trip coming up, I finally decided to get a second opinion and came here to Torres Tires because they're right down the street. Best decision ever. Alex took a look at my tire and immediately found the actual problem: there was literally just a hole in it. He patched it in about FIVE MINUTES and charged me only $15. FIFTEEN DOLLARS. I gave him $20 because at that point I was so relieved I could've hugged the man. What really stood out to me was how honest and straightforward everyone was. I know absolutely nothing about cars. Like, barely-name-the-parts-of-a-car level of knowledge. So it means a lot finding a shop where I don't feel like someone is trying to take advantage of that or sell me a bunch of things I don't actually need. I've been driving around all day since the repair, and the tire pressure light that normally comes back on still hasn't returned. I genuinely feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. I went in thinking I might have to spend over $1,000 and walked out with my problem fixed for $15. Thank you so much, Alex. You didn't just fix my tire, you genuinely made my whole day. I'm SO relieved. I will absolutely be coming back here for anything tire-related, and I'm already telling my friends about this place. Honest, affordable, fast, kind, and they actually seem like they care about helping people instead of squeezing every dollar out of them.

They are always helpful & friendly, they really do care about their customers safety on the road. They have good options, quality, values, and warranty options available. They will also service you just as good if you aren't there to spend, any or much money on new tires, rims etc. If you just want to have your air pressure checked, they got you & it's a little drive through part just for this you don't even have to get out of your car. If you have a hole in your tire that's fixable they will fix it & you won't have to wait forever (unless of course very busy can take longer) you can make appt or walk in. Their appointment process is easy & can get you in most of the time with flexible& quick if setting appointment or again can walk in. They're not going to try to upsell you or tell you it's anything other than what the issue is, in my experience with them. Say you have a slow leak and it is repairable you don't have to worry about them saying it's in an area that has to have the whole tire replaced etc they are honest! Huge deal for me in today's world.. I recently brought 2 tires from discount tire center ugh. I confused them with American tires because in Colorado & a few other states discount tire is the same company as, American tire in California is. Anytime,Id try to stop in to discount tire center to have my air pressure checked or if I had a slow leak once after buying 2 tires from them & wanted to see where it was coming from, discount would make me wait forever 2hr for slow leak (discount) & with warranty, but would pay all the attention to people potentially buying tires & let their customers who had already spent money, but there were just there for a little quick basic service (free services w warranty) stuff like this & make wait for hours, in my experience. I was telling American tire about this and how I just didn't like to have to go in there and deal with them for those 2 tires I got from them.. He said we can put your 2 tires under warranty for $25 each with us (American tires) even though, I bought them at discount tire center. Great! I paid for this & bought two new tires from America tires this day also, for a good price, decent brand, all weather tires. They are so helpful, and now, I'm able to have all my tires serviced here at American tires with warranty even though two were bought elsewhere, with small fee for warranty. Last unlike neighborhood tire shops they have America tire across the country so if you happen to be out of town & something comes up you can most likely find an America tires, and remember in certain states they are discount tires, but will never be called discount tire center! America tires or discount tires in certain states, no center at the end of name. I highly recommend & especially this particular location. I've always had really good experiences here.

I didn't want to risk it. Anyway, I take the car in for my appointment and meet Nathan. Professional, efficient, etc. He advised me that patching/plugging a tire is free which I didn't realize. Pleasant surprise! He also let me know about my tire condition for all fours and let me know what replacing two rears would cost (performance tires = replace same side/size at a time). But here's the thing, he provided the info but there wasn't an uncomfortable hard sell. He was professional and comprehensive but at no time did I feel like I was being sweated or pressured. In fact, I remember sitting there thinking, "huh, well heck maybe I'll just buy them here when the time comes!" That's solely because Nathan came at me as a professional, with expertise, a calm composed demeanor, and information (not a pitch). As someone who has worked in the auto industry, including as a senior executive, it was so refreshing to be in a space seeing a young professional with a passion and expertise for his craft. Delivering it in a way that wasn't to aggressively close a deal but foster a relationship that would create a long term commitment to the brand. America's Tire, pay attention! All-in-all, I was impressed and my expectations were exceeded. Well done Nathan!
