5 stars!!! 10/10 service. I live in central LA and came down to LB to hang out for the day. Went to get food and came back to my car to find that one of my tires was completely flat (ughhhh). Didn't panic, called around and was so glad I found Torres Tires. They have the best pricing especially if you're in a bind and they work QUICKLY. They are CASH ONLY (no exceptions) but there is a market across the street that has an ATM which worked out perfectly. They didn't try to hustle me and charged me $45 for a tire replacement. They replaced it in under 15 minutes! It doesn't get much better than that. Keep in mind that the price depends on the make/ model of your vehicle and the size of the wheels so it may vary but I thought it was a great deal. I called Discount tires and a couple other spots and they quoted me over $120+ double the rate for a tire and said I'd have to leave the car because they were "backed up". No thank you! I did have to drive on my flat for like 3 miles which isn't ideal but I didn't feel like a tow was necessary so I hit the road at 10-15 mph, pulled up, and my tire was replaced immediately. The mechanics were friendly and worked very efficiently! Be sure to tip them if you have a good experience. I love coming to Torres Tires because they are the best at what they do. They are fast, reliable, and inexpensive (note: keep in mind this is a cash only establishment). I love that they are open early in the mornings at 8am and sometimes they will be open even before that time. One of my tires had a nail and I had to drive and be at Anaheim by 9am so I was limited on time. I got to Torres Tires at 7:55 to hopefully be the first customer and the guy was already working on another car. Service, quality, and value unmatched! The local body shop by my house referred me to Torres. I waited less than 10 minutes to be helped, did not realize it was cash only, walked right across the street to take out cash, found out my tire was not patchable and needed to be replaced, to my luck they had a used tire for me that was in great condition, less than 10 minutes had passed, $40 later, I was on my way back home! I visited this tire place on Saturday 1/20/24 around 1pm to get my (4) new tires mounted and balanced. Customer service was great and service was supper fast however fast service came with consequences. I made the biggest mistake on not checking my rims before leaving the tire shop but then again I never expected for this to happen. When washing my car the following day I noticed the powder coat on my rims were completely damaged ): this concludes that although the tire shop offers fast service, they don't care for your rims when mounting the tires so BE AWARE. read more

I found my guy. No BS, no running around. I had a flat tire and my girlfriend and I slowly drove to this place she recommended. I have a bmw and annoying pirelli tires. I say annoying because they are thin and low profile and this is my 3rd flat in a year. I also have to call around to find a place that even has them. I was doubtful it was a fixable flat and was preparing to drop almost $400 for a new tire. I pulled up to Torres and he immediately walked over to my car, saw the problem, jacked up my car and got started. Took my tire to the back and started working. I was hopeful since he hadn't come back to say he wouldn't be able to fix it and sure enough, he rolled out my tire and put it back and WALLAH!!!!! $15 and it was done! Came here because of all the five star reviews and this placed lived up the the reviews. My son drove on a flat tire without realizing it so I thought the tire might be ruined. The car was towed here, they let me know it was only a nail and could be patched. They also showed us a part of the tire where the curb had been hit and explained what would happen if it was hit again. My son confirmed he had hit the curb months earlier. 15 minutes later we drive home with the car fixed for very little cost. I will return here when we need new tires or any other repair. read more

In 2020 customer service is becoming less and less.At Torres Tires they are Outstanding I pulled up and I met Mr Torres Sr and Jr, the whole staff is cool. They showed me the tires which are in excellent condition Goodyear wrangler 75 to 80 % tread still on the tires and in less then 20 min I was ready to go.They are genuine and friendly.I will without a dought recommend them to all my family and friends.They are a necessity and a true pillar in the community I have never bought a new sets of tires in my life. I first came here over the summer last year because I ran over something on my street when I was parking & my tire immediately went flat. I didn't want to spend the money for 1 new tire so I came here to buy a used one. The guy (I can't recall his name) was super helpful & gave me 2 options for buying a used 1. I am writing this review over a year later & my used tire is still doing great. I have driven to Arizona & Vegas with it within the past year & have had no issues (thank goodness of course). Today I went back here because I woke up this morning & had ran over a huge screw sometime yesterday & it was causing a slow leak in my tire. My friends were saying that I could get it patched, which I was a little hesitant about. I called here before hand to check to see if they had a(nother) used tire for my 2014 Kia Forte & they did. I came in & they weren't crowded. I told them I had talked to 1 of them over the phone about buying a used tire. The guy I talked to (I wish I could remember his name, plus he was kind of attractive lol) was really helpful. I asked him about getting it patched, but I told him that the idea kind of gave me anxiety. He told me I would be fine & it is very common & works. So they removed my tire right then, patched it up, & even checked my tire pressure of my other tires (including the used 1 I already had on my car). It was only $10.
