I told him I checked return policy before buying and 30 day return policy with original receipt except for fluids etc. I asked him to show me return policy and he could not. Then he complained about new corporate owners Napa changed policy then went say that Napa is losing on my return but is there loss, like I'm ripping them off by making a return. This is now a Napa store front and other employee was trying to get his back as well to convince me item was not returnable. Just bring your part back and return it if you have an issue why would you complain over the phone? These guys have never done me wrong and if I got a bad part (which honestly I don't think I ever did except once because I always made sure to give the right information) I would go back and exchange it like a customer. There is no need to call on the phone and cry about it and create drama. Just go back and swap it or get a return. Hands down good prices, and able to get parts other places don't even have. The staff has always been friendly with me, greeting me and asking how they can help me out. Truly professional on their part. You cant go wrong with Autozone. Autozone is the only place that will give you a lifetime warrant on all Brake pads, spark plugs and other specific items that pertains to vital kry components on your vehicle. You can also bring recycled oil to Autozone as a dump and go. I find this outstanding since alot of people change their oils and its good to know where to go, great for the environment! Overall, this location is in a good area. There are alot of Autozones in sketchy areas, but this particular one is away from sketchy areas. Clean and safe, next to a Walmart. Kudos to the staff.
