I have had my truck for 17 years and it had a few dents and scratches, so I decided to get my truck painted and I have to say, bringing the truck to Streamline Collision was the best decision. They not only got my truck looking new, but they were able to also assist me with my truck as it needed to be serviced. Robert and his crew were amazing! Thank you! read more

Since my first visit in 2021 and to date, their work, or shall I say unrivalled art, has been nothing less than phenomenal. Robert, Carlos, Mario and staff are 100% consistent while most competitively priced. My most recent vehicle paid Streamline a visit to give it the once over and corrected a few areas that escaped my notice. Much like that awesome Demon (pictured as well), I only entrust my 'Batmobile' (both versions 1.0 & 2.0) to Streamline - for service that's always Top-Of-The-Line. Cheers. read more

Warning: Avoid Streamline Collision at all costs. A dear friend of mine was reassured by Robert (I was with her while they talked on the phone) that there would be no additional storage charges outside of what her insurance covered, but they ended up charging her exorbitant fees and refused to communicate effectively. They are now threatening a lien sale for over $14,000 in storage fees, despite already received nearly $5000 more than the repair cost from the insurance company. Repairs Cost $7,682.81, Ins Paid on 3.29 $6682.71. Then they paid and additional $4,722.08 on 4.10 This company had dismantled her car, not completed any repairs and blatantly lied from the start and took advantage of her every step of the way. Save yourself the trouble and find a more honest and trustworthy auto repair shop. Hopefully this review can help inform others about the negative experience and prevent others from going through a similar situation. read more

Streamline handled my car accident and insurance great. I didn't have to get involved with the insurance headaches. They kept me posted with time delays on parts that the dealer did not have on hand. Even with those situations they were able to get my car done and looking new on a timely fashion. the staff is very professional and would definitely recommend and use again read more

Had my car brought here after a good friend recommended them. Fortunately, I listened and had my car brought here. If you are in need of an honest, fast, and reliable collision center, look no further. I have been with friends and families to other collision centers and have had horrible experiences. I will now only refer them here as they made what I thought was going to be a nightmare situation, to like, "Are you sure that's all I have to do?" This crew went above and beyond my expectations, and I appreciate them. If you need a collision center, this is it. read more

I was unfortunately recommended to take my 2016 Honda Civic to this piece of junk place. So I took my car in September 17, 2018 knowing that my car would be super perfect by the time I get it back. NOPE! October 14, 2018 I got it back. They had my car for almost a month and look at the damage they did to my interior and my bumper!!! * Paint on my speakers, my seats, and my dashboard. * Oil/Grease on all of my seats, ceilings, and side panels (front & back) * Extra scratches on the BUMPER THEY WORKED ON This place is a piece of trash! DO NOT COME HERE! EVER! read more

These people are CROOKS. They initially told us my dad's car would be ready within 3 weeks, it is now week 7 and everyday time we call they give me a different excuse. DO NOT bring your car here they will take your money on the first day but won't keep their word on anything else. read more

I highly recommend Streamline Collision. Robert, Carlos and the team were amazing when it came to my car. This shop is very professional and knowledgable. read more

This body shop ran & owned by Carlos is a complete SCAM from start to finish. I took my vehicle there 6 months ago for repairs, he kept claiming he couldn't find parts, using the same excuse for more than 2 months. I felt something was off so I asked him for the list of parts that he needs, I called one random ford dealer & found every single part had them delivered to him next day. His business practice is "not being able to find parts" so he can bill you for extra money & labor. After taking it to another body shop & mechanic after him, he completely ruined so much wiring that caused more damage & money. PLEASE do yourself a favor and do your research before coming to this business I would NOT recommend whatsoever. I learned this the hard way by paying him over $7k that probably was half the price. read more

My car was in a really bad shape. Carlos and his team were awesome! They make sure you and your car are well taken care of. They would provide updates and answers to your questions in a timely manner. I highly recommend! Give them a try! read more

I was very excited to finally be able to review this place, show before and after pics and what not, but unfortunately my baby took a turn for the worse and ended up being considered totaled by the insurance company. It was a total bummer, my van was my life! But... I gotta say, even with the heartache of losing my van, I still had such a pleasant experience from Streamline. Robert really made me feel at ease during the waiting period of getting the claim going and provided me with a rental on the spot, which was very convenient for a working mom of 2! Not only that, I had mentioned to him I had a vacation coming up which he went out of his way to ensure I had a bigger sized rental, and that's when I knew I had found me a body shop that really cares about quality customer service. Not only was I getting amazing customer service from Robert but also Carlos, who was handling all the back and forth from the insurance company. Carlos would text me with updates immediately as he would get any new information which was very reassuring. At the end of it all I lost my van, but I gained some new friends in the process. Thank you Robert, Carlos, and everyone there at Streamline Collision! I really do appreciate all the effort you put in tryin to save my van. read more

I had my car fixed here and I waited for months to be fixed. When I started using it all the problems appeared. Paint started to crack, the floor lining started to come off and some parts were missing. Now, my car just died. When I brought it to the dealership, they found out that the wires inside were not done right. Don't bring your car here. Bring it somewhere where well trained people take charge. read more

Where do I even start - this whole staff is freakin amazing . Every part of this experience was exceptional. Getting in a car accident is a big inconvenience- you have to look for a car rental, you have to look for a body shop, and you have to take time out of your day that was not planned for. Everyone at this place made my whole experience so seamless a rental car was dropped off at my house l, when my car was done it was dropped off at my work. Normally this takes hours out of my schedule but going through this company I did not skip a beat everyone was great I recommended all my friends and family to this place. I was recommend to shop to have my Durango fixed. I had backed into something and had an ugly massive scratch on the right side of it. They offered to pick up my Durango at home and brought me a rental. The driver was extremely polite and friendly he went over all the paperwork with me, he made sure I understood everything before I signed it. My suv took a few weeks tohi repair, and it was worth it. They left it in prestine condition and cleaned all the interior for me. The car literally looked new. The same driver dropped off my car at work, which was about 30 minutes away. I was extremely happy they went out of their way to make sure I had my car before the weekend. The employees also made themselves available to answer any questions I had during the process. I highly recommend this place. read more

This in the ONE STOP SHOP for everything you need. On top of the amazing customer service and excellent communication, my experience at Streamline Collisions was nothing but positive. I took my truck here after my first accident and Streamline Collisions walked me through the entire process and made sure I was aware of anything and everything that would happen with my truck. The results were amazing and my truck looked brand new, as if I never had the accident in the first place.
