I had a bad experience with the Harley dealership, not pay attention to the work they've done on my motorcycle. Took it in for a 10,000 mile service and told him that the transmission was leaking. I felt comfortable with that turn around time. It's now 4/28/23 and again they haven't complete my vehicle. From February- Now, they have continued to add more repairs that I didn't ask for in the insurance estimate, what makes this situation a bit more unique, they tried to force me to pay cash, I didn't I paid via a reliable source. Again today Hector called me to say that the car is not done and they need to finish some more repairs, note Mike told my wife the car was all ready to go on April 6. That same night they called me again to say the car needs more repairs, note they are trying to fraudulently add more repairs and still want me to pay more. Of course I didn't because Hector agreed to take the payment we agreed on. If any nobody else has gone through this same experience with this body shop, please send me a dm. But of course the reason for this post is to protect the public from being scammed by this shop, please share and share !
