Went to The Chopper Place for the first time. I heard good things about this place. So took mine 2016 Softail Slim S to get a Harley Davidson tear drop toolbox installed. When I got there I talked to Grant and told him that I wanted to install a tool box But H-D does not offer a right side toolbox for my model FLSS. So I needed him to custom make a bracket. He assured me that H-D offer a longer bracket which would work for my model FLSS. Sure enough he was right and save me a ton of money. Love how he took the time to help me and Not go just for the easy money. I definitely recommend this place to everybody very friendly staff!! Everybody greets you with a smile. And my toolbox came out great on my H-D FLSS. Very happy with the service will be returning back...

I would always to stop in and check out the new SXS's and Motorcycles. The best two things about them that no other dealer offers around here are open on Mondays and yet they still offer that family owned environment business I felt. They're not so huge that they have multiple stores and that corporate mentality. I know this industry is tough to survive in but they seem to be doing great. Just last Monday I was putting installing a new after market gas tank and a preparatory Can Am part I needed and I was able to Oder it from them on a Monday over the phone and only waited 2 days for them to get it to the shop. They saved me at least 1 day because I'm putting my SXS back together before Christmas when I have a trip planned after. The parts girl was knowledgeable and quickly handled my order. I definitely know the place I'm going to order from now on for parts. Even from farther away they're worth it. It's doesn't hurt that the girls are attractive as well as knowledgeable too!

The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication--they kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and clearly know what they're doing. When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation. That kind of customer service says a lot. Quick, efficient, reliable, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing ATV parts and/or service work done.

Josh was extremely helpful from the start, honest, straightforward, and clear about every step of the work being performed. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but Josh and the team at Ultimate Performance Powersports delivered great service and quality work. Highly recommend them if you want knowledgeable staff, fair communication, and fast turnaround.

Triumph Motorsports -- Simply the Best…read more We just got our RZR back from Triumph Motorsports, and all I can say is WOW. The machine looks incredible, runs flawlessly, and honestly feels better than when we dropped it off. These guys don't just work on vehicles--they take pride in what they do. From start to finish, the communication was solid, the work was top-tier, and the attention to detail was obvious the moment we saw it. You can tell they actually care about their customers and their builds. No shortcuts. No excuses. Just quality work done right. If you're looking for a shop you can trust--whether it's maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or performance work--Triumph Motorsports is the place. Professional, knowledgeable, and passionate about what they do. We'll absolutely be back, and I'd recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Five stars isn't enough.

Can't say I'm impressed with this shop overall. They did an excellent job on the wiring, mounting,…read moreand cage build -- that part looks great. But when it comes to pride of workmanship, product quality, and communication, it really falls short. Triumph had our car for about three weeks. From the start, we clearly outlined what we wanted and even added light bars, whips, and a few other accessories. My husband stayed in regular contact throughout the build, but often wouldn't get a reply for a day or two. A simple text takes seconds -- so the lack of communication was frustrating. We were told several different completion dates, each time pushed back with little to no notice. Delays happen, and that's understandable -- but only if they're communicated. Then, by week three, we were told one of the accessories hadn't arrived. Fine, except it made it seem like it was ordered last minute, even though it had been discussed from day one. Again, just be upfront and communicate. When we finally got the car back, the entire driver-side roof was banged up. Some areas of the roof don't sit flush on the cage, and the powder coating is scratched. For the price charged, I'd expect much better attention to detail. If I owned a shop, I wouldn't send something out looking like that. Overall, I'm super disappointed in the experience. While the cage design, wiring, and mounts look great, the lack of pride in finishing and poor communication leave a bad impression. Not sure I'd return for future work.
