I can't say enough about this shop .. so a few years ago I was putting on solenoid on my polaris ranger and sparks were flying and I called them up, and of course, I crossed the wire, and they walked me through it and I fixed it .. so when I needed to look for some tires, a couple weeks ago, I remembered these guys and I called them up, and that's how i've been reconnected with them these last couple weeks and I just can't say enough about them. It's nice to work with a place; a person like Josh and his helper, that's just downright honest and good at what they do! So I needed tires for my 2013 polaris ranger a couple weeks ago, my rear ones were so bad they wouldn't hold air .. I use this daily on my property with my horses, it was going to be at least three or four days before I could get some brand new ones in so I called down there and josh had a couple used ones, got them really cheap (thank you) took my wheels over to the tire shop, and they put them on ... so then I needed to get oil changes on my polaris ranger utv and my suzuki atv, so when I got the tires from josh, I talked to him about the oil changes, and I took those down a couple days later and got that done and he did an inspection on everything while down for an oil change .. So I told him to give me a couple weeks and I could get everything back in and get these repairs done that needed to be done on my polaris ranger .. so while there he found me a used seat for my suzuki, because mine is pretty torn up .. THANK YOU!! So when my house sells and before I move to washington state, my ranger is really not outfitted for cold weather, like I don't have doors or windshield or anything like that. So before I leave, i'm going to make sure josh takes care of my ranger and gets me set up for the colder weather... closed in ranger, snow plow, winch ect .. maybe even go a little crazy and get a heater .. If you're looking for honest reliable shop, this is the place you will not go wrong, they are extremely honest, they're good at what they do .. they aren't overpriced like the dealer, I used to go to go to temecula motorsports where i bought both vehilces, ohh, my god, it would take weeks to get in and you'd get charged a couple hundred bucks just to do an oil change, and then they jack stuff up .. Ultimate performance is a great shop, they have great prices and just good people, good honest people, I try to support local, honest, hardworking, independent business owners like these guys and these guys are awesome .. thanks again Josh ! read more

We had a great experience with Ultimate Performance Powersports. They fixed the fan motor on our ATV, did an oil change, and had everything done quickly and efficiently. The pricing was very reasonable, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. What really stood out was their communication--they kept us informed the entire time, which we really appreciated. They were professional, reliable, and clearly know what they're doing. When we picked up the ATV, we ran into some unexpected issues loading it into our truck. Even though that wasn't part of the service, they jumped in immediately to help us without hesitation. That kind of customer service says a lot. Quick, efficient, reliable, fairly priced, and genuinely helpful. We'll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing ATV parts and/or service work done. read more

I recently brought my 2008 Yamaha Raptor 250 to Ultimate Performance Powersports in Lake Elsinore for some preventative maintenance and to have new rims and tires installed. Josh was extremely helpful from the start, honest, straightforward, and clear about every step of the work being performed. He worked quickly and efficiently, and had my ATV back to me in a very timely manner without cutting corners. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, but Josh and the team at Ultimate Performance Powersports delivered great service and quality work. Highly recommend them if you want knowledgeable staff, fair communication, and fast turnaround. read more

I was getting the run around from another SXS business (The Pro Shop) for 3 weeks trying to setup an appointment. I needed to service to my Can-Am for and upcoming trip/season. I looked on Yelp and found Ultimate Performance Powersports. They were quick and easy and actually squeezed me to accommodate my trip. Quick turn around on the service and they cleared error code and updated my software. To my surprise they were a CanAm certified tech. They work on Polaris as well. Had my side by side (Commander) serviced at this shop and I was completely satisfied. They are very experienced iall makes and models, though CanAm seems to be their specialty. These guys know their stuff and go out of their way to help you out. I felt completely comfortable with their recommendations and I am very glad I found this shop. Besides the service on the vehicle, they fabricated multiple items for my machine. Very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing was fair and honest. A++++ Returned to have suspension work performed. Waited to update the review once the season started. The work was done perfectly and the ride is better than ever. Superior shop Update- Jan 2019. My Kawasaki Teryx side by side popped out of gear on the trail and wouldn't go back in. I thought it was the transmission but was hoping it was the belt. I dropped it off and they called the next day to let me know it was just the belt. They had it fixed the day after and even did a couple of extra things for me at no charge. The guys were super friendly and definitely know their stuff. Hopefully I won't need them again for a while but I'll definitely be returning to them if I do. read more

I can't say enough about UPP! I initially took my SXS to local shop for a diagnostic($99 later). Needed a second opinion. Took a chance on UPP. I asked myself " why take my SXS all the way to Lake Elsinore?" Glad I did! These guys are professional, hard working, knowledgeable, easy to work with and trust worthy. Brought in my Artic Cat Wildcat 1000 for major freaken repairs. Josh was cool from the get go. He was on point with his diagnostics. Josh presented me with several options to deal with the problem. We found a cost effective option which I was totally satisfied with. Saved enough $$ to fix other issues with the Cat, which originally wasn't a part of my plan or budget. Josh and UPP techs put in the time and effort to fix the Cat in a timely manner. Josh kept in contact with me via text ,email, and phone pretty much every step of the way. Prior to picking up the Cat, Josh noticed a small issue. He informed me about it and took care of the issue at hand. This type of service and attitude goes along way. No cutting corners...no "Hopefully he doesn't notice it BS". UPP is passionate about their work and settles for nothing less than high quality product. Took a quick test drive on the street and was satisfied..but then a week later, took it out on the trails, mud, hills, etc for a good 3-4 hour break in test. Completely stoked and satisfied. Big props to UPP. This is what UPP does full time, not part-time or a hobby...It's their Profession. read more

These guys are great! Quick, efficient and reasonable. I took my 2014 CBR RR 1000 for maintenance, to include valve adjustment, tires, chain, etc. Instead of saying they did it and charging and extra $500, Josh said it didn't require it and also worked with me on various prices, trying to always save me money. I do not like just anyone messing with my machine, but these guys are the real deal! Awesome! read more

Side by Side Heaven!!! I'm so glad I found Ultimate Performance Power-sports. It can be difficult to find anyone to work on a side by side that knows what the heck they're doing... I have a 2005 Yamaha Rhino and it was having issues with starting and backfiring when it decelerated. I had taken it to 3 places prior to get the problem solved with no success. There is nothing worse than driving 4 hours to take your toy out only to get there and have it run like crap. I was getting to the point that I was too scared to take it out into the wilderness for fear that I would break down in the middle of nowhere and be stranded in the middle of nowhere. After taking it to 3 other places and having them change everything from my carb, the ignition coil, ignition module the fuel pump it was still having issues!!! The last place I took it to recommended I sell it on crags list and buy a new one. I couldn't believe it. I was so discouraged. Then my wife told me she had seen a new place pop up that worked on Side by Sides so I called them. Jeff was super informative over the phone and was giving me information and had me check some simple things before he determined it was necessary for him to get the Rhino to his shop. Then he blew my mind and offered to come pick my Rhino up and take it to his shop to do a diagnosis. He had it at his shop for about 2 hours and already figured out my problem. I couldn't believe it this thing had been in other shops for 2 months and still wasn't fixed and he figured it out in about 2 hours. He found the pins for the connector at the ignition module were not making a good contact and showed me the signal out on his Oscilloscope and it changed when he held the connector in a certain position.... He fixed it without any parts, he took the connector apart and repaired the pins at the wiring harness and my Rhino has been running great ever since .I have put 200 miles on it so far and I am again comfortable taking it out into the wild!!! Jeff and Ultimate performance have earned my business for life. If you have any off road vehicle that needs service or repair these are your guys!!! read more
