My Kawasaki Teryx side by side popped out of gear on the trail and wouldn't go back in. I thought it was the transmission but was hoping it was the belt. I dropped it off and they called the next day to let me know it was just the belt. They had it fixed the day after and even did a couple of extra things for me at no charge. I can't say enough about UPP! I initially took my SXS to local shop for a diagnostic($99 later). Needed a second opinion. Took a chance on UPP. I asked myself " why take my SXS all the way to Lake Elsinore?" Glad I did! These guys are professional, hard working, knowledgeable, easy to work with and trust worthy. Brought in my Artic Cat Wildcat 1000 for major freaken repairs. Josh was cool from the get go. He was on point with his diagnostics. Josh presented me with several options to deal with the problem. We found a cost effective option which I was totally satisfied with. Saved enough $$ to fix other issues with the Cat, which originally wasn't a part of my plan or budget. Josh and UPP techs put in the time and effort to fix the Cat in a timely manner. Josh kept in contact with me via text ,email, and phone pretty much every step of the way. Prior to picking up the Cat, Josh noticed a small issue. He informed me about it and took care of the issue at hand. This type of service and attitude goes along way. No cutting corners...no "Hopefully he doesn't notice it BS". UPP is passionate about their work and settles for nothing less than high quality product. Side by Side Heaven!!! I'm so glad I found Ultimate Performance Power-sports. It can be difficult to find anyone to work on a side by side that knows what the heck they're doing... I have a 2005 Yamaha Rhino and it was having issues with starting and backfiring when it decelerated. I had taken it to 3 places prior to get the problem solved with no success. There is nothing worse than driving 4 hours to take your toy out only to get there and have it run like crap. I was getting to the point that I was too scared to take it out into the wilderness for fear that I would break down in the middle of nowhere and be stranded in the middle of nowhere. After taking it to 3 other places and having them change everything from my carb, the ignition coil, ignition module the fuel pump it was still having issues!!! The last place I took it to recommended I sell it on crags list and buy a new one. I couldn't believe it. I was so discouraged. Then my wife told me she had seen a new place pop up that worked on Side by Sides so I called them. Jeff was super informative over the phone and was giving me information and had me check some simple things before he determined it was necessary for him to get the Rhino to his shop. Then he blew my mind and offered to come pick my Rhino up and take it to his shop to do a diagnosis. He had it at his shop for about 2 hours and already figured out my problem. I couldn't believe it this thing had been in other shops for 2 months and still wasn't fixed and he figured it out in about 2 hours. He found the pins for the connector at the ignition module were not making a good contact and showed me the signal out on his Oscilloscope and it changed when he held the connector in a certain position.... He fixed it without any parts, he took the connector apart and repaired the pins at the wiring harness and my Rhino has been running great ever since .I have put 200 miles on it so far and I am again comfortable taking it out into the wild!!!
