    After calling Fast Lane a week or so ago and talking with Greg, who's the owner & mechanic at the shop, I got a good vibe from him. I'm a 56 year old, red blooded American, who can smell bullshit a mile away!!! He did the front brakes on my 2011 Road Glide today, and the lever feels great, and the bike stops perfect!!! His labor rates are more than fair, and he'll allow you to provide your own parts...which many shops refrain from. If you're in the Perris, Menifee area, he's your guy!!!

    What cam I say about Greg at Fast Lane Cycles. He not only.got my bke up and running after some much needed engine work. After asking him several question he offered to let me take a seat and watch as he worked Methodically and meticulously from tear down (less than an hour) to rebuild (just a little over and hour). He would stop and take the time to talk to me face to face and answer all my questions. He offered sound advice as well as his reasoning for what was being done. He didn't offered to sell me on anything that I didn't need. Something that is rare in this day and age. His pricing is my far the least of his concerns as he just loves to work on bikes. The shop is clean at all times and his customer serve is top notch for a one man wreckage ng crew. I highly, highly recommend using Greg's shop Fast Lane Cycles for any and all your motorcycle needs from the basics of basics to the more intricate and extensive motor services.

    Great service , Greg is the man. He did my clutch on my hammer 1275 sportster. His attention to detail is great. He makes sure no oil residue is left on the frames like other sloppy shops. I'll be back for any other repairs needed in the future for sure!

    I've only brought a couple bikes by Greg's place here and the service has been great. Greg is up front and tells you straight and wants your business, doesn't need your business. Anytime I needed to bring my Glide or Fatbob in for work he's been straight about getting them in and out. All work is different of course but whether it's an oil change or add-ons I've been happy with the result and I'm a picky SOB. Prices are FAIR compared to dealers and other shops. Greg puts his stamp on his work and stands by it and anytime I had an issue or question he was quick to get back to me and honestly, Service to me is a must or I don't go back. Thank you buddy for taking care of my rides and being an honest motorcycle mechanic

I've now had both passenger-side windows fail -- first the rear passenger window stopped working, and now the front passenger window completely dropped into the door and won't roll back up. I'm struggling to understand how a vehicle with under 100k miles ends up with multiple window motor/regulator failures. After doing research, I found many owners reporting similar issues, which makes this seem like more than normal wear and tear. I reached out to both the dealership and Kia hoping for some goodwill assistance due to the repeated failures. Instead of receiving meaningful help, I was told I needed to pay for diagnostics and was given an estimate of roughly $2,300 to replace both passenger-side window assemblies and motors. What made this experience even more disappointing was feeling like dealership management showed little interest in helping despite me purchasing the vehicle through them and being a long-term customer. I asked whether any assistance, goodwill repair options, or cost-sharing could be considered and was essentially told I would be responsible for the full amount. I was already unhappy with the price I paid when I originally purchased the vehicle and felt I paid a premium expecting quality and support. Having major repeated failures like this before 100,000 miles and then receiving no meaningful help has been extremely frustrating. I expected better reliability and better customer care.
