ANDREW RAMIREZ not only provides high quality customer service but is also able to help guests in a timely and efficient manner. been having weird issue with my car recently, weird logo on the dash and my windshield wipers have been smearing dirt on my windshield when i use them. had no idea what was going on! no way im taking my car in to a shop to get absolutely taxed. went in to autozone the other day and asked for help from andrew ramirez and he was on it in a jiffy. he told me exactly what was going on and what i needed to fix it! turns out my windshield wiper fluid was low and he directed me towards some different options until we ruled out what was best for my car. since then ive never had that problem! anytime i need help im going straight to andrew ramirez! super sweet and funny guy, cracked funny jokes the entire time! left auto zone with a smile on my face and a happy car. thank you andrew! give this guy a raise and a promotion ASAP! read more

He asked the right questions, looked up information in their data base (information that I didn't realize I needed), and told me what aisle my parts would be on. I bought my replacement parts. As soon as I came in here to leave a review I could see how they already have 2 stars. There are helpful auto zones and there is this one. Every time my girlfriend has gone in to buy a light for the vehicles most other auto zones ask if she needs it installed. This one nobody asked her so she asked them if they could do it. The kid working told her to YouTube it. Now I don't expect them to install it but if I would of known they wouldn't (all of a sudden) I would of sent her to O'Rileys which is closer anyways. Guess we will be heading there from now on anyways. Or at least won't be going to the Perris auto zone off case. read more

Today I went in for new lowbeams but wasn't sure which ones were the right ones and Ashley helped me, not only find the right ones, but also did a thorough check of my car lights and let me know I needed new high beams as well! She went above and beyond with customer service and really helped me with understanding what I needed and the best ones to get for the future. I'm not super well versed in anything relating to cars, and she didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what I needed but rather helped me learn about it. Literally could not recommend her enough. This place is a joke. Made an online order to pick up from this store. When I ordered my gear oil online it said this AutoZone location had 3 in stock. Went to pick up my order to find out they only had one. The store associate asks the rude a** manager there what he should do and she offers to refund me my money. At this point I'm upset because I don't have the fluid I need to service my car. I then ask him if I was able to just pick it up at another store. He obviously didn't know his job very well so he went and asked the rude a** manager again. She says "I can't give him a half order, regardless I have to give him a refund" and gives a careless chuckle. She didn't even have the decency to come to me as the customer to explain the issue, or why it couldn't be done. Apparently she didn't know her job either, or have the true management skills needed to run this place. I see why they have a 2 star rating! Anyway, I didn't make a fuss about it as I can see that this was a clear case of discrimination from the store manager. I accepted the refund even though it takes a couple days to be deposited back into my account. Thank God it wasn't my last or I would have been a**ed out. I then went to the store on 4th st because they actually had 3 in stock like it said online. I told the Manager there the situation that occurred at Case rd. store and she immediately apologized. She informed me that it could have still be processed at the Case rd. store electronically and I could have went to pick it up at 4th street. She then apologized again and gave me a little discount on my purchase. I am only leaving this review because of how rude the manager was. I'm also putting it out there for people who may have a hard time financially and can't afford to get a refund that takes days to go back into your account. I would thinks these stores work together to make sure they achieve customer satisfaction. In this case, Case Road store 6163 DID NOT DO SO. I will never shop at this store (Case rd.) again and wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. The customer service sucks and its obviously because they don't have strong leaders in place to develop their teams. It was obvious to me that because of the way I looked I couldn't get the service or even the respect from the manager I would expect going into a retail store to purchase goods. This is very disappointing and I hope nobody else experiences this when simply going to buy parts for your car. I live close to this store so I will be updating this review with names. Vehicle needed a new battery both employees tonight stated they could only sell the battery but not help with installing. When asked why both just looked at each other without being able to provide an answer. My opinion, lazy...where's the customer service? I'll call corporate in the morning along with Human Resources. I definitely want this matter looked into. I'll make sure someone looks into this. It's not the first time something like this happens. If I had the tools, I would do it myself...they wouldn't even do that. It's 6:49pm, nobody in the store. read more

So the night of 8/5 I went to my local autozone in Murrieta looking to warranty an optima red top battery I had originally purchased from that store, they tested it, said it was bad but didn't have the battery in stock. They called this Perris location and they had one in stock so they put it on will call for me to pick up the following day . The next day I called before making the 30 minute drive and they said they had it in will call. When I got to the store with my old battery the guy at the counter went and grabbed the new battery and before he could complete the transaction the manager Francis came over to approve it. She had him reconnect up the battery tester then started to scold the guy saying he needed to charge my battery and retest. I told her my story and how I had came from the Murrieta location last night and she insisted on him having to charge it for 2 hours then retest. I asked her to call the Murrieta store and she asked if I remembered who I was talking to and I responded that he was in a grey shirt which I thought meant he was a manager. She responded "that does nothing for me, this is my merchandise not there's and I dictate what happens to it" the lady was just plain rude and unprofessional. I left and went back to the Murrieta location to have them order a new one in and when I got there and told them my story they upgraded my battery to a yellow top and apologized for the inconvenience. This is the only autozone to go to! I loathe autozone but Eladio(i hope i got your name right), Joey and Mason are awesome! This is the only AZ i will go to because these guys know their ass from a hole in the ground. Went in to try and get a part for our boat. I needed two. They only had one in stock but Eladio found another one at a different store, called to make sure it was truly in stock, put it on hold for me and allowed me to pay for both parts in one transaction. Joey helped out with parts for our gmc truck. Totally recognized us when we came back (you can't ever make one parts store trip) and helped out by suggesting parts we needed but hadn't figured out we needed yet. Mason does awesome when we go in for jeep parts. He knows of the XJs, CJs, ect. Usually i leave AZ madder than a wet hen but never when these guys help! read more

Worst customer service, The young lady that had help me out was rude, all I asked was if I can get some help with my vehicle adding some oil, just to get told no we're too busy do it yourself. Ruben G. was such a great helper, when we told him we wanted to do a tune up on a 2007 Toyota Corolla he knew right away what direction to point us toward. I have been in the automotive business for a long time as a matter of fact since 1986 I've read some of the "reviews" and the issue is not necessarily the counter people but the actual customers that do not know what you're looking for or giving the wrong information and that's why they get the wrong parts. I am new to the area of Menifee and this store is the closest to me I spoke to a counter person by the name of "Savannah" she is knowledgeable about the parts, clearly knows about the business and with the right information she sold me all the correct parts that I needed to get the job done. So I would recommend asking for her when you call in , and give her the correct information and you'll see what I mean. P.s to management good help is hard to get so I will suggest holding on to the right people and "Savannah" would be one of them. read more

I asked one of the employees at this location, Joshua K, what product would be right for my car and he recommended one that was the wrong one and wouldn't be compatible with my car anyway. I returned the product within two hours at the location in Temecula but they would only give me $10 of the $42 back, so I proceeded to call Autozone HQ to alert them of the mishap. They got back to me in a few days time telling me that if I called and asked to speak to Jesus that they would give me a refund. I called and Jesus was somewhat friendly but told me that the only way I could get a full refund was to go into his store with the receipt. I live in San Diego a full 1.5 hours away from his store so it wouldn't make any sense to drive up there and back for $32. I was passing through from Redlands at the time and had car troubles so that's why I was up there. It appears to be a shady business practice and I'm having a hard time believing that they couldn't resolve it over the phone. It's 2022, most customer service based issues are now completely handled over the phone. Archaic practices. read more
