I took my Ford CMAX in for an oil change because they had sent me some coupons. And unlike other places I've been I had to get out of my car and wait inside instead of driving through and having it done. I told the technician to change the back light also and he forgot to put it on the invoice so I had to wait extra time for that. I usually get a sticker telling me when to return and it was the wrong one with three times the mileage, I asked for a new one and he brought me out a hand written one and when I told him I didn't want it he did get a computer generated one. I asked him to see that the oil was changed, he did so but other places automatically show you while you wait in your car. My overall experience was not a good one. I would not recommend this place and I'm glad I took my car instead of wife's which I was going to but it wasn't time for service. read more

I hesitated when reading some of the reviews, however, come to find out the one regarding lugnuts is not this location. Sadly, they chose the wrong Jiffy Lube when writing their review. The manager down to the staff here at this location were incredibly nice, even though I wasn't so nice. They were professional, and even allowed me to watch them rotate the tires. I was on my way to San Diego when the oil icon came on dashboard. I decided to pull into this shop at last minute to do an emergency oil change. They immediately responded to my request and was kind enough to communicate with me using paper and pen. I am deaf, so I often get anxiety when I get services due to lack of Deaf awareness and bad customer services due to being taken advantage of. I was relieved when a man named Cesar offered to assist me using this method of communication. He is courteous and respectful, very professional. He was transparent and honest showing me how much services would cost and offered me ways to save money which I am grateful for. He quickly attended to my vehicles needs. The place is clean. They cross threaded the lug nut on my tire to the point that they could not put it on. The manager said they would fix it for free later that week. I then got a call later the same day from another manager stating that the lug nut was already stripped when they took it off and was told that they have video proof. When I asked to see the video proof I was told that it would be against company policy to let me see the video but they still refused to fix the problem they caused. It ended up costing me almost $200 to replace the stud and lug nut from a nearby tire shop. read more

The tires came with a lifetime free tire rotation, but when I went in to get a tire rotation, air filter, and synthetic oil change, their guy Eddie said we will not give you a free tire rotation..... do you still want the service or do you want me to drive your car out? I thought WOW! when Jiffy Lube was selling me tires, they were rolling out the red carpet for me, but now that I need service, they will not honor their warranty. I would recommend going elsewhere just off of price, but what made my experience worse was a worker named ceaser. When he was asking me my information he asked me if my car was my girls car which I found disrespectful but funny and the whole time he just had a bad attitude and was acting like a sassy ass dude. I had been going to this location for a couple of years. Because my husband trusted the guy. Every time I went, I felt ripped off. The last visit, was the final visit. He came out saying my air flilter was dirty. I said that my hubby will change it. When I was up at the counter paying, I saw a dirty air filter in the little trash bucket. Typically I go to the Just Tires on the right but this time I decided to take a chance at Jiffy Lube. They had a great promotion for conventional oil change so I took advantage of it. I believe Luis was helping me out. He was great . The first thing they did was show me my cabin and engine filters and ide never had a place show me them before so I was kinda surprised. They were both kinda dirty but the price in shop was a little to much for me so I didint get them serviced. The information was very helpful, I ordered the parts on Amazon and will replace the filters at a later date. Other then that the oil change service was quick and the customer service was great. I took 2 cars in for service. Both cars came back dirty with oil prints on the hood and under the hood the oil was spilled on the intake manifold cover. The the oil leak from the drain plug on the SUV. They filled the washers with just water and the water was sour smelled rotten. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!. I received a call from my fiance who had brought the car in saying that he was told that our oil Pan bolt had been stripped and that they were going to put a special bolt on my car to seal it so that it would not leak oil. Jiffy Lube tried to blame the place that did my last oil change and when management called me they explained to me that the last place that did my oil change over towards the bolt thus stripping it. There is no possible way that it was overtook or they would not have been able to remove it without a special tool. If that was the case I should have been consulted so I don't believe it and I totally think they are just trying to cover their ass at this point. I came here midweek, and there was no other customers, so I was waited on pretty fast. My only issue was when I entered,I could see no one in the office. I said "hello", and a gentlemen was behind the desk but out of my sight of range, and on the phone. He told me to wait a bit. He never really acknowledged me and left the office with his phone, and sent another guy in to help me who was extremely nice. He took care of me and did an outstanding job.
