Every time I've gone there, I've gotten the top-notch upmost quality service parts sales you name it everybody there is down to earth and polite. No pressure to buy. Just take your time. not trying to cell you anything you don't need just Honest regular cool people you just never wanna leave, there's a guy that I've been going to in parts this whole time and has literally saved my ass. My boyfriend was buying his first motorcycle, and he ended up getting a Kawasaki 500 from Langston Motorsports! I accompanied him and thought I'd share a review. Hint: try the beef jerky from the vending machines. It's really good and extremely well priced. I bought a bunch more to take home/give out. $1.75 for a small pack that would be $5.00 + elsewhere! Great selection!! The staff are nice and helpful. Richie in sales is super transparent and helpful. The man in financing that helped us was also transparent and helpful! They didn't try to upsell my bf on things that were unecessary for his purchase. He was actually offered a lower price elsewhere from someone who he didn't believe to be as trustworthy. Langston wins a one star today. I recently had a new inner tube installed on my rear tire. I brought the tire in and specifically asked to know what happened to the old tires inner tube. I was explicit about that request. When I picked up the tire I asked for the inner tube. "What was the damage to the old tube?" I asked. Response "Well those old tunes don't survive a nail" Shocked, I asked for the tire. No response. He just asked for payment. Langston has lost a customer. Oh by the way Langston, you are required to present old parts to the customer. Never again will you take my money. read more

I was bikeless for 3 years and was finally able to purchase a 2016 GSXR 750 privately. (Super clean, so I thought.) I needed both front/rear tires, an inspection, screws that were missed, and a few other parts that needed attention. Having been to Langston in the past for service, I trusted them with servicing my less-than-a-day-old bike purchase. I was partnered up with West, the service associate, who IMMEDIATELY connected with me with his transparency, personality, and frequent updates on my bike throughout the day. I had time to kill, so I stayed in the store waiting for service. Even though there was a snack machine in the building, they provided me with 2 water bottles during my wait time. At one point, West introduced me to the technician (name: Midnight) working on my bike. Midnight put so much thought and care into my bike as if it was his own. West, Midnight, and the entire crew there today were incredibly hospitable, and I'll probably get my servicing done here from now on! read more

I brought my Concours in for a tire change and brake fluid flush. Ray, my service writer, had my tires waiting for me as I pulled into the service bay and he promptly got my bike into the hands of master mechanic Brandon. I'd occasionally peek in to see Brandon taking meticulous care of my machine. He not only flushed the brake fluid, but he also removed, inspected and re-lubed the brake lever, just because it felt a little "notchy" to him. The same care was taken with my clutch fluid and lever. I always worry a bit about my machines in the hands of a new to me mechanic, but I was so impressed I already assured them that I'd have Brandon doing my major service soon. In this world of stiff competition between large motorcycle stores, it is sometimes hard to find a business where the owner has sound ethics, good morals, old school values, high standards and a sense of the right thing to do. I was recently pleasantly surprised and lucky enough to find such a person, the owner of Langston Motorsports, Mr. Grant Langston. He and his crew went the extra mile to make sure that I didn't walk away disappointed from a difficult problem with my errant purchase at their Perris store. As a clueless older parent(age 78) of a 13 year-old son, who passionately wanted to learn how to ride a motorcycle on race tracks, I had NO idea that the motorbike I was buying for my his birthday present was all wrong. I made a dangerously bad choice buying a powerful 150cc big-wheel bike that was way too large, too tall, too heavy and much too fast for a beginner. My son's toes could barely touch the ground when he sat on it. Luckily, I quickly learned from a friend who races motocross that my precious young boy could possibly get seriously injured or be killed while trying to learn on such an advanced high tech machine. Thankfully, I learned about that danger before my son had a chance to actually try it out on a track. When I contacted the store and explained the situation to the manager, he informed me that there was a strict "NO return" policy. However, in light of the special details of our situation, he contacted the owner who made a one time exception for us due to our unique circumstances. Langston's allowed me to bring the unused bike back in exchange for a bit more expensive, but smaller, KTM 85 cc bike. The compassion they showed for an ignorant, naive elder was the mark of kind compassion and good business sense that has imbued me with great loyalty and appreciation of their store and staff. Though I will have to drive 50 miles past many other motorcycle dealerships to buy my son's next step-up in a bike at their facility, I will gladly be doing so. Got my first brand new bike here back when I was still in college. Didn't know too much about dealerships and now that I've learned more overtime I realize how these guys really took advantage and ripped me off. They swapped out the nice racing tires that my bike was supposed to come stock with for used tires. My clutch ended up going out very fast even though a full assembly and inspection was said to be done. A mechanic friend of mine said the only way to adjust the clutch that badly would be by someone who deliberately did that, probably to get me back to the shop for a new one or just didn't really care when doing the inspection. Overcharge for services. I moved to the area about 5 years ago and this place and Temecula motor sports appear to be the only places around that you can get old dry tires removed and new ones mounted and balanced. Both Langston and Temecula motor sports are ridiculously over priced. The shop I used when I lived in Oceanside charged $20 for tire mounting/balance. Langston charges over $50. I recently had another service done there, was over charged by double what you'd expect to pay. This place is for yuppies only, the kind of people that don't know crap about anything and just expect to pay whatever it takes to be cool. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly. Not only will they most likely have it in stock but the person working the parts counter will know what else you need. Looking for a specific high end pair of knee braces? They probably have them. I've gone too all the shops over the years and time and again Langstons is the one shop that has what I need in stock. I've had many encounters with Bri, a sales representative that always works her butt off to find me the products I need. Her efforts are what made be buy all of the gear for both of my daughters and wife there. Additionally, the service reps are fantastic. They'll spend as much time with you as you need. I frequently deal with Ray, whose always very helpful. Today I was helped by Richie, who spent about an hour going over parts with me. I recently went to Langston Motorsports in Perris, CA. I purchased a 2002 WR 426, and met at this store for the mechanics to vet the bike. They cleaned out the carb and had it tuned nicely. Brandon, the mechanic, was particularly insightful and knowledgeable about this particular dual purpose. After driving the bike for a couple days, it runs well, but it's not idling and will stall. I will bring the bike back to make sure they have properly adjusted the idle via the adjustment screw. Update coming! read more

I bought 2 e-bikes there for 1,800 each and the chain on one of the bikes broke on the first ride, I took it back hoping to get the chain fixed but was informed that not only is it not covered but I couldn't even pay for them to fix it. It's disappointing because now after dropping off and picking up the bike again I need to go buy and install a chain myself. read more
