I've been here a couple of times and everytime it's just a weird and cold environment. everytime I place an order way in advance they never fulfill my order I always end up having to go do it myself. where as the other autozone in perris is amazing but they sadly never have the items I need in stock because trust I wouldn't even come to this store if that was the case.These young punks it was like 4 of them were just goofing off but couldn't fulfill my order I placed hours ago? all of them just want a free paycheck and not do anything but be lazy. on top of that I needed help with a new battery for my key fob and since the guys didn't want to help me this female associate did help but even though it seemed like she didn't want to help me either. they all had weird energy and if none of them want to work their then why are you guys even there?? make it make sense. read more

Typically I love autoZone but from this experience and customer service I will never be returning to an autoZone ever again. They kept giving me the wrong part after I told them numerous times that it isn't the correct part and then what I asked for help, they proceeded to broke my turn signal by ripping it straight out ruining the wiring and refused to pay for the damage they caused. Clarissa G is a rock star! It began to rain on my way out from Vegas to Ca and I realized I didn't have any working wipers. We made an immediate stop. My dad is a know it all car expert and couldn't figure out how to replace my windshield wipers. Come to find out that my windshield wipers on are different Than the actual make and model. Clarissa figures out the replace size, and even came out and replaced it. There was a young man who Couldn't even help us or figure it out himself. Waited for almost 20 minutes for the manager to NOT help me by the spray paint. As a mother with a baby in my arms, i patiently waited in the regular line for 10 min only to be told the manager would assist me. Spent 30 minutes and left out with nothing. Don't even bother with this store. It is complete and total shit customer service. I have never ever been so disrespected in my life. Never have I had a "Parts Sales Manager" say I was "dumb/stupid" and that we had "no clue what you're talking about". My Dad has 20+ years in the automotive industry and can clearly tell when a part isn't right. I especially loved it when I walked in and the part WAS WRONG. I recently visited this AutoZone store on two occasions. First, I had my battery tested on my truck and decided to replace it with a new battery. Then, I purchased hood lifts for my truck. On both occasions, the staff was very helpful, made sure I purchased the appropriate parts and answering all of my questions. On both occasions, I left completely satisfied with the great customer service provided by several employees, including a store manager. read more

Longest line ever. Then I get to the front and I still had to wait for the guy to stop gossiping with his coworkers while the people behind me were already getting checked out. Took 20 to get my part even though I was "being helped" already. Overall, took an hour to just get an oil filter. Employees should stop gossiping and get to work when they see a huge line. read more

Worst service Ever came in at 12pm on my Lunch to help out my wife who needed to replace a battery for my mother's disability Van for an appointment at 230 keep in Mind I have an hour lunch so thought shouldn't be long so we come in First lines were unorganized people looked confused coming as to where it started a manager on duty couldn't take charge and ended up letting several customers ahead of us and 5others 30 mins into waiting in line this is not exaggerating we get to the front and ask if someone could help by replacing a battery under warranty was told NO we had to take it off ourselves due to autozone Policy they proceed to hand me a box of BS tools that didn't have not one I needed so Got back in line and asked to store use a wrench commercial manager said he had no way of doing so !!! after a little arguing he agreed to let me use it I worked at autozone before I know this is false info I have to return to work so i ask an employee to assist my wife in finishing replacement I get a call 35 Mins later my wife was still waiting for someone to help I do not recommend coming here I personally would rather spend more and feel like a customer than ever come here again hope district manager steps up and corrects this or expect business to fail read more

Horrible Service!!! The employee that gave me attitude his name is Noah. He tried to act like a smart*ss with me. I gave him my car info and I said I needed brakes, but also told him to check my account to see which brakes are on file. He walked away without telling me he found my account nor the specific brakes I needed. Came back with the brakes and said walk to the front to pay. I asked "What is that I'm paying for?" He said "brakes"... I asked what kind, Rear or Front!?" He said "they're just brakes and it seems like you don't care since you just said check the file." After going back and forth while giving me attitude he then told me the price and that they were ceramic and for front like any employee should. I know your job sucks but you don't like it, it's not the customers fault you're there. read more
