So this guy, i wish i caught his name but to his description, he's a tall guy, wears a hat, with a beard. bec. He's really cool and friendly, he gave me his opinion which one is the brightest. I was really going for the highest end but not an LED. I really want an LED but i dont have $100. So i just went to the lower one before that, which cost me $60. He went out and even took him less than 10 min. To replace both of them. I know its not a big deal to most guys but to me it is, so i really appreciate his honesty and his service. I accidentally drove to the OTHER Santa Ana location but was able to get to the right one, this one in Friday traffic right before closing. Like, ten minutes before closing. The associate who greeted me, whose name I didn't get, was polite, helpful and quick. He got my receipt printed, some coupons placed in my hand and a battery in my arm in short time and I was on my way back into the traffic to go home. While the battery ended up not being the issue with our Internet (boo) my experience here was great (yay) and I plan on brining a dead car battery to them if it doesn't charge up correctly in the future.
