Let me add my 5 start review to the others. The team of guys at Battery Mart are fantastic! They evaluated the battery on my Subaru and were immediately able to replace it and get us back on the road knowing we were safe and wouldn't experience another dead battery in the middle of a drive thru! The shop is super clean and everybody friendly! Next time we need a battery this is the place we will come to! **if you need any type of battery not just cars, give them a call! They have a wide variety of different types and sizes. read more

Battery Mart Apple Valley sold me a non-compatible AGM battery for my MB that requires a OEM type telling me is the same as what MB manufacturer puts out, and " We have a three year warranty, if anything wrong bring it back" ! So when I went back telling them that my battery was dying regularly, they said " Buy a battery charger from us to keep the battery charged up at all times"! read more

I called to try and find out the prices to see if it was the best option for me and Sergio was extremely rude and sarcastic with all his answers to my questions with that being said, I decided to go somewhere else the customer service just isn't it. Hope you guys have a better experience than me. read more

Battery Mart does excellent work there's dependable. They stand behind their product and it seems to me that they're about half the price of any dealer that you might need to go too. We can even get batteries for our Volvos there. Also for our little VW's. read more

Real knowledgeable a good place to buy what you need i will be coming back here for my other two cars

I needed a battery since the last battery lasted me almost 6 years, so I decided to see what they had to offer as well as Price. If a customer brings the (core) old battery to Battery Mart then all you pay is the price of the New Battery, if a customer has Battery Mart take out your old battery there is a charge for that service, price depends on how much work is needed in regards to the battery out and installing the new battery, I paid $12.50 for their service work ontop of the price for the battety. My battery is good for 65 months 4/26/22 I was in and out in 15 minutes on my way home. Thank you Battery Mart for a job well done! read more

I recently got a jazzy mobility scooter came here to get batteries. They. Had a hard time getting the chair off but refused to give up. The young man said he wouldn't quit he hoped someone would treat his mom or grandma the same way. Thanks guys I really appreciate you. read more

I came to this location last week when my car struggled to start. Did it for me and found the alternator was failing all tests. I replace the alternator and came back today to have the battery tested. It is over five years and didn't need replacement things to the warranty I got a nice discount for the time left. This is the first car related repair I have had to do since becoming a widow a few months ago and the comfort I felt there was very much appreciate it. Adult with four different employees and everyone of them was kind and helpful and I'm sure they had no idea how appreciated it was. read more

Ok this place is great they sell and install car batteries for literally a third of the price of auto zone or Orileys at first was very skeptical about the quality of the batteries sold but my mind was quickly set at ease after the clerk explained how the can offer such prices which I encourage anyone who reads this to do if I tried to explain it I know I'd butcher it. Any who yeah this place is great they even sell specialties batteries for an assortment of other vehicles and devices don't waste your money on over priced car batteries come here they also offer warranties for said batteries all in all 5 starts will return for my other car and can't stop singing praises of this place. read more

These guys are the absolute beat at what they do . Was hitting up the big name auto parts shops , my friend told me to give Battery Mart a call and I am 100% satisfied with them. From personnel who truly care and actually return calls , to an owner that steps out of his office to shake hands . There will be no one else that I go to from now on , and will definitely spread the word to my friends on how happy I am with this place . read more

I know this review is old but I never got around to reviewing them. My mom had bought a car from Mike a few years back. Well a couple years ago my car was acting up. The dealership told me it was my battery and they wanted me to get the cheapest one being over $200. I remembered Battery Mart and they gave me a great deal for a battery a couple years ago. Really nice guys. It's still performing well. Thanks a lot! read more

Terrible business! Sells you a new battery with a warranty then won't honor it when you try to within the warranty time limit. I bought a new battery and they seem to have "accidentally" installed a used one. When it died within the warranty time (told over phone it was under warranty still via invoice number), I tried to warranty claim the battery in person. Only to find out they put in the wrong one, a used one that was marked for March and I paid in Feb 25th. Since the battery (5 days older than invoice for new one on invoice) didn't match, got told many customer blaming excuses. Then told to leave when asking even the owner to honor their warranty. Avoid unless you want to pay new prices for them to sneak used batteries into your car then deny warranty claim when it dies in less than 18 months. read more

This was my go to battery shop for over a decade. Best prices, weird and obscure applications, they do it all. Their customer service was never very good. They have a tendency to be rude and sarcastic. You often have to wait. Overall though I always recommended them with that caution that they are not friendly. So why the one star rating? I'll tell you my story and you can make your own conclusion. I stopped by at 3:45pm after work to check on my warranty before I did anything- my car was dead in the 24 hour parking lot and I would have to get a jump and bring it in. They said that was fine. I explained it was going to be a bit because I had to get a jump and drive it over. They said that was fine- I ASKED what time they closed since it was gonna take a little bit. They said 5pm. So next I rush over, get a jump, rush back, and pull in at 4:35pm- great right? I should be all set. "Sorry we only install until 4:30pm." I said that I had talked to them and they said it was ok. They said go talk to them in the front. In the front they said nope we only install until 4:30pm. I told them what I had been told and asked if they could help me out (I mean now I'm stuck with a dead battery at Battery Mart) - their response was that they try to tell everyone that they only install until 4:30pm. That would have been great information to have huh. What did they think I had stopped by and asked about it for? They suck at customer service but this is the final straw. I will not be going back even though I will end up spending $100's of more on each battery I purchase. I did everything I could to make it work and they screwed me over and were not even sorry that they had done that. Didn't even offer to give me a jump so I could get home. So go there if you want a good deal as long as you don't care how you are treated. And better get their by 4:00pm no matter what they tell you. Battery Mart- I'll be recommending anywhere else but you to everyone else who asks from now on. And I suggest you change your listed hours to 4:30pm as a courtesy to your customers if you don't actually work after 4:30pm. read more

I have been coming here for years. I have always been treated with the utmost respect. You receive prompt courteous and correct service. I have purchased batteries for my recreational vehicles all the way to my mobility scooter. It's no wonder they are still here they treat you right. read more

I have bought several batteries for my truck for my car and for my motorcycle I went to start my motorcycle today and the battery was dead I've taken my motorcycle out three times since I've gotten the battery and I have a battery tender on it when I called them and gave them a little tag number on the battery I was told there's nothing they can do for me because it was over six months I spent a pretty penny on that battery for them to tell me they won't warrantee it for more than six months thanks for nothing read more

One of my neighbors told me about this place and I'm so glad they did. This place is amazing! I went in with my three boys and the guys there helped me out no problem. I felt comfortable being there, which normally in a car place I feel out of my element. The guys here are honest and trustworthy! They gave me their honest opinion on what battery I needed and no they didn't try to up sell at all! I highly recommend this place! read more

Great service, inventory and value. I would recomend highly. Convenient location in Apple Valley, CA.

HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE. My car's battery literally died, I had it towed here because it was their battery so I was going to have them replace it. I got there at 5pm exactly and online it says it closes at 6. I walked to the door the man looked at me and just smirked and shock his head no. Not even a minute past 5. Horrible horrible horrible. I had spoke to an employee about 30 mins before and he knew I was coming. I'm just horrified. read more

I was referred to this place by the gas man who came to my house and seen I was having trouble with my battery. Mike is the Service representative whom assisted me. He is a stand up guy and was very helpful with a few items I needed. Their battery prices as well as warranties are priced way better than competitors. They have a great store front with windshield wipers that are also priced less than the competitors. The owner was a great guy offered my little one a drink and pizza. That may have been a one time thing but it left a great impression on me. I will bring my business here because I appreciate the hospitality as well as the great customer service. I will also refer business to them. That is what small businesses do for each other! read more

I came in because I thought my battery was dead. They tested alternator and battery and said both were fine. They didn't try to sell me anything extra I did not need. Honest and knowledgeable, rare these days. Will definitely come back here when I need my battery replaced. They cleaned the terminal properly for no charge. Thank you guys read more
