I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience…read more Before purchasing my Polaris RZR, I was told the vehicle had been fully inspected and that any issues found during inspection would be addressed before delivery. When I arrived to pick up the UTV, I immediately noticed the rear brake pads were metal-to-metal. To his credit, the owner provided part of the brake pads so I could replace them myself, but this made me question how thorough the inspection really was. Within the first week of ownership, I also discovered that three buttons on the Ride Command system were not functioning properly. I never brought this up because I didn't notice it during pickup and decided to let it go. The UTV also was not detailed or cleaned before delivery, which wasn't a major issue to me, but it added to my overall impression. The biggest issue was the front differential/AWD system. Shortly after purchase, I began experiencing intermittent AWD problems on my first ride. After further testing and consultation with a differential specialist, I was informed that the differential had an internal issue consistent with a pre-existing failure. The AWD would engage when cold but stop engaging once the vehicle warmed up. To the dealership's credit, they offered to rebuild the differential if I paid for the parts and they covered the labor. However, I was disappointed that I was still expected to pay for a major drivetrain issue that appears to have existed before I purchased the vehicle. This review is not about the cost of the repair. It's about the principle of selling a vehicle as fully inspected and then discovering multiple issues shortly after purchase, including a significant differential problem. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership.

LAWRENCE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST! My story begins about ten days ago - Friday, 11/28, to be precise! A…read morelittle background first: I have a top-of-the-line ($2400) gaming MSI, which I bought back in late 2017, solely for 'vidding' (creating HQ video edits) and 'giffing' (creating HQ animated gifs & photo edits). So basically, I got a top-notch laptop for creating multimedia art. I'd been using Toshiba, Dell, and Sony Vaio laptops for these purposes since I was a teen, but made the permanent switch to MSI so that I'd have a more trusty, long-lasting device to work with - and one that could powerfully & seamlessly maintain all the programs I use (Adobe software, in addition to Vegas Pro, Blender, etc) without randomly crashing or freezing up. For the last three years, I literally never used this precious laptop for anything else, *ever*, and never had any issues - so imagine how thoroughly I freaked out when that one day last week, after having been away for two weeks, I opened it up and found the keyboard and trackpad bulging out, like it would burst open at any moment! It was horrible.....that was last to last Friday. I quickly went on Best Buy's website and registered an appointment with the Geek Squad for the following Monday (exactly a week ago). Monday came (as I nervously eyed my poor MSI that weekend) and after work, I headed down to the BB appointment - only to be told that they wouldn't be able to do anything, since I hadn't purchased the laptop there :( The helpful associate did mention the name of a computer repair place that would definitely be able to help - A PLUS COMPUTERS!! It turns out that Lawrence, the dedicated genius who owns and operates A Plus, not only perfectly repairs all types, models, and generations of computers and other devices, but he's the one who Best Buy themselves go to for special builds and configurations! He is the definition of expert and there's no one else I'll ever take this MSI or any other device to in the future! He knew immediately upon seeing the MSI that we were dealing with a dangerously swollen battery; he opened it up, fixed the damaged frame completely by unbending it & straightening it out as good as new, and immediately ordered a new battery! The battery arrived this morning, he replaced it, and it was all perfect and ready to go! Lawrence didn't charge at all for so meticulously fixing the frame & I only paid for the battery itself - I'm still in shock at how amazing of a deal this all was! (For comparison, Best Buy indicated there would be a whopping $200 charge to merely open the computer up for diagnostics, and they still wouldn't be able to do anything at all other than diagnose what the problem was!) To top it all off, Lawrence is so very kind, helpful, generous, and honest!! For the absolute best customer experience across the board, A Plus is your place - a hidden gem here in the high desert! Thank you so much Lawrence!
