I purchased (3) disposable vapes a few weeks back, they all stopped working after a few days. They do not give refunds if the item has left the store. They all stopped working after a few days, there was no way. After seeing that I was S.O.O.L, I took them apart to extract the juice, and saw indications of old, expired units. My conclusion is that they sell very old stock, old expired battery, disposable vapes instead of disposing/recycling them to make money knowing well what is going to happen, but not caring about swindling customers. These are old, they should NOT be selling these units. They sell expired, ready to die disposable vapes. Aside from getting ripped off, the shop had minimal selection. They are also overpriced. The guy at the counter was horrible too, he helped his buddy that came in after me BEFORE me which was insulting. I usually buy juice down the hill! Riverside to be exact 2 120mls for 30$ Was lagging on buying when I was close to the shop and forgot about it. Guess what? I ran out of juice so immediately went into panic mode and started looking for a vape shop. First that it came out vape town so I drove there the fastest I could. Good selection clean shop, polite and helpful but here is when I got a little upset. One bottle of juice of a 100ml for 30$? Overpriced if you ask me because like I said I can buy 2 120ml for that price. But hey when is nothing else and you run out gotta pay the price. I don't know about the previous negative review. But Vape Town is a great place. The people there treat you like family and greet you when you come in. I stopped by a couple weeks ago to drop off samples and I must say. I could of spent all day there vaping, talking and sampling juice. I've been to the shop several times to buy juice and hardware. Juice: Great selection of juice, but no one seems to really know very much about them. Getting recommendations was hit/miss and they didn't seem to carry very many tobacco blends or the lower NIC (1.5-3mg). Price is higher here too. Good juice but you will pay extra for it. Testers: Don't even bother testing. The testers they use are horrible and you really don't get a good idea of how the juice tastes with them. Bring your own dripper or borrow a friends. Hardware: They carry a great selection but again, the price is higher than other local shops in the area. Know what you want and buy a bit bigger/more powerful than suggested. Customer Service: Some really cool kats in here, but again it's hit or miss. A few of the folks are really fun and great to deal with, others are just okay. Never had terrible service here, but "great service" can be sketchy. All in all, a solid place to go. read more

We just got home from this store, we walked in and was greeted the young man then asked us what we were looking for we told him a drip RDA. He showed us the case that he was standing by which held the clones, he then told us the more expensive ones were in another case we proceeded to walk over there. We looked saw something we wanted but the kid just ignored us and proceeded to help a young lady and her around six year old child that walked in after us. My boyfriend walked over to him but they were deep in a conversation so he didn't interrupt, we have manners. So the moral of this story is he sold the girl a "pink sticker" and ignored us, we were going to buy two drip RDA's hope that sticker sale was worth it. Giving away raffle tickets i joked about getting another and the lady said no only one per customer with a little attitude but i just brushed it off. But as they raffled ever 20mins or so one of the employees won twice in a row...one customer one ticket?! then how the hell did he win twice?! an employee at that! saving the business by restocking the raffle they had just won. read more

Being that I live in a pretty desolate area it was nice to find a shop close to me, it could have been just ok and still awesome. To my surprise this shop was by far the best all around shop i have been to. It's not because of the juices or the mods or the prices because I can name places that have better of each of those things. What i can't name is a place that has such cool employees and customer service by the truck load. I have been a member f the vaping community sin 09 and have not met people as interested in vaping and just wanting to have a discussion with their customers as much as the folks at Vape Town. now my earlier comment was not to discount what they have in stock they have a medium sized juice collection that consists of genuinely 90% of the best juices on the market. They have a great selection of mods from mechs to provaris, mvps, and egos. RBA's and RDA's were lacking a little bit and a little pricey but no one is perfect. The shop was very clean, a little hard to find and kinda a pain in the ass to leave because of the streets, parking was ample and safe. All and all amazing experience going in there and would make the drive again before i went to the big city again. read more
