They all stopped working after a few days, there was no way. After seeing that I was S.O.O.L, I took them apart to extract the juice, and saw indications of old, expired units. My conclusion is that they sell very old stock, old expired battery, disposable vapes instead of disposing/recycling them to make money knowing well what is going to happen, but not caring about swindling customers. These are old, they should NOT be selling these units. They sell expired, ready to die disposable vapes. Aside from getting ripped off, the shop had minimal selection. They are also overpriced. The guy at the counter was horrible too, he helped his buddy that came in after me BEFORE me which was insulting. YES I was in line and everything, the buddy just came in and the guy at the desk casually said "i'm just going to help my buddy real quick.".....

Take a quick puff and off back it goes to my desk. I watched my battery life drain itself each time. And i'm at 80% puffs left. I didn't smoke a whole 1k+ puffs in 2 days. I wish I did, so we wouldn't have this issue. I know for a fact I'll never come here again. I won't steer anyone else away but this is my personal experience

They just genuinely listen to your needs and offer suggestions/advice. I began coming here because they were the only ones out of 6 shops I tried, that had the coil I needed. When you walk in this shop, you feel like family. They always tell you to grab a water or soda on your way out. Service like that goes a long way with me because it seems everywhere I go these days, it's forgotten that the customer is what keeps the door open. Here, they go the extra mile. Prices are great as well. Go support a local shop that appreciates its customers.

I wanted to buy a full mod kit but they had me wait for up to 15 mins before even acknowledging me. All the while there was this guy who would stare at me like I didn't belong. When I did finally get some service, I asked a few questions trying to find which mod would be a good fit for me. He then started talking down to me like I was stupid and telling me that what I wanted wasn't what I was supposed to get. That guy really got on my nerves. I ended up walking out without buying anything because of how I was treated. Stay away from this place. It's a "members only" place and new customers are frowned upon, talked down to, made to feel like they're stupid, and are totally unprofessional. This place is like the Arby's of vape shops. And I would still choose Arby's over this place. In the one way that this shop does live up to its name "Cloud District" is that when you first walk in the shop a big cloud of vapor hits you like a brick. They either need to keep some fans going or open the door once in a while. Caught off-guard, I coughed hard when I first entered. 1/5, would not go back.
