You should've just stayed in your lane in the first place and not bud into a conversation where you had no right too. The young lady that was helping me was really helpful but the fact that he came at me for just a question of my purchase was super uncalled for especially raising your voice was extremely unnecessary. Ok I'm not into cigars but this place was legit…read more It was my buddy's birthday and we happened to be in the area for work so I decided to go with him to Havana's Cigar lounge. We walk in and this place is HUGE. This place also has a lot of respect for their military and first responders with a wall dedicated to those that sacrificed their lives for the people they serve. The cigar selection was also huge. You name it they had it. The lounge itself was stacked with comfy seating areas and tv's. One thing that stuck out was their customer service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Let's just say my buddy wasn't happy to be in Hesperia on his birthday especially on a Tuesday. After visiting Havana, he ended up saying this was one of the best birthday's he has had in a while. This place is a must stop for those wanting to chill and relax with a stogie.

They just genuinely listen to your needs and offer suggestions/advice. I began coming here because they were the only ones out of 6 shops I tried, that had the coil I needed. Service like that goes a long way with me because it seems everywhere I go these days, it's forgotten that the customer is what keeps the door open. Here, they go the extra mile. Prices are great as well. Go support a local shop that appreciates its customers.
