I had an extremely negative experience at this dispensary, and it felt directly tied to how I was treated as a Black customer. From the moment I entered, the environment was tense and unwelcoming. Management showed no interest in customer service or fairness, and their dismissive attitude made it clear that concerns were not taken seriously. The employees were rude, impatient, and unprofessional. I noticed a clear difference in how I was spoken to compared to other customers. Simple questions were met with attitude, while others were treated politely and respectfully. This inconsistency made it feel like bias played a role in my experience. The female security officer was particularly problematic. Instead of maintaining a calm and professional presence, she was confrontational and overly aggressive toward me without justification. Her behavior made me feel targeted rather than protected, especially since she has a gun I felt scared. No customer should feel disrespected or singled out, especially based on race. when you walk in your instantly greeted by a Friendly Security Guard, and when you enter into the building everything is Clean and so Beautiful, and you would think that a dispensary would smell like Weed but no this place smells Clean, and the Staff is extremely Friendly.
