I came in a few days ago as I saw on the website the product that I needed was in stock. I would call ahead but no body answers the phone in my experience. I arrived about 2 hours after opening. There were 3 other customers ahead of me and only one person managing the floor. I did not catch her name but she had dirty blond hair and was very glazed over that morning. I saw her struggle with the customer before me and he didn't look to pleased with her customer service. When it was my turn,I asked about said product that I needed and she looked at her tablet and flat out said it wasn't in stock. I told her repeatedly the website said it was in stock that morning but she insisted it wasn't. I then asked about buying the ones in the display case,which there was plenty of. Once more she refused and then became argumentative and said they were for display only. I was very patient with her and then asked if it would be possible to radio the back and check again for me. Again she flat out refused. She then tried to sell me another product guaranteeing me the same high. I was not interested in it. I politely wished her a good day and I walked out of there and Jet Room lost a sale, Now I know I am only one customer,but this isn't how you do business. I have never really had problem there before in all the many years I have been coming here. Everybody there is very chill and helpful but not on this day. In my previous experiences there, who ever is working the floor makes an effort and they check the back or even sell me the ones in the display case if they come up short. I get what I need and Jet Room makes their money,it's not that complicated I went down the street to their competitors and I was able to purchase what I needed.

So far my experience with Greenway has been that they ripped me off for $40. I paid them $40 for a…read morephone evaluation. They mailed me a photocopy of the recommendation. However, none of the dispensaries I have showed my rec to have accepted it, they say the rec needs to have original signatures and the original seal (not a photocopy). I called them 3 weeks ago to get them to send me an original copy and spoke with a rather rude receptionist who assured me I would have the original copy within 2 weeks. It has now been 3 weeks and I just called them back... the receptionist was nicer this time but we will see if/when I ever get a valid rec in the mail from them....
