It is extremely clean, has EVERYTHING you need here, the staff and owner are amazing! It was our first time buying Kratom and they did not disappoint on the selections! The owner, I believe, gave us all of the information on this product and answered all of our questions/concerns. I also bought a disposable flavored tobacco bar, and he suggested the brand Duo Plus and I was able to try it prior to leaving to confirm it worked and wasn't, what I like to call, burnt. So many smoke shops have sold me fake puff bars & I've wasted tons of money. We were told if we had any problems to come back and he would fix the issue, whether it be a bad puff bar exchange or whatever it would be, AMAZING customer service! They treat you like people unlike a sales guy trying to sell you any and everything. The prices are the best I've come across from the high desert to LA! I needed to get this review out because they really are a hidden gem! FIVE STARS!

Or I suggest the supplier to find a new manufacturer.

But I needed something 0% nic and couldn't waste anymore gas Second issue- Faulty device and can't get it exchanged. I've barely even used it, like once every few hours. Take a quick puff and off back it goes to my desk. I watched my battery life drain itself each time. And i'm at 80% puffs left. I didn't smoke a whole 1k+ puffs in 2 days. I wish I did, so we wouldn't have this issue. I know for a fact I'll never come here again. I won't steer anyone else away but this is my personal experience

They just genuinely listen to your needs and offer suggestions/advice. I began coming here because they were the only ones out of 6 shops I tried, that had the coil I needed. When you walk in this shop, you feel like family. They always tell you to grab a water or soda on your way out. Service like that goes a long way with me because it seems everywhere I go these days, it's forgotten that the customer is what keeps the door open. Here, they go the extra mile. Prices are great as well. Go support a local shop that appreciates its customers.

It sort of looks like they've ordered glass from all around the world. I am not so easily impressed, but I was most definitely "blown away" by the attention to detail at this establishment. Pricing is EXTREMELY fair across the board. This establishment is building new relationships with their clients near, and far. If your someone who enjoys disposable nicotine devices, they have all of the latest brands including XTRA a 1500+ Puff device in some great flavors. I tried the XTRA OZ flavor, and it's pretty amazing. It's maintained full flavor for 4 days so far, and STILL just as great tasting as before. They also have a whole line of the Drip Bars which are phenomenal. 400+ Puffs, flavors available on ice, and there are some non-ice ones available too. Even you have to take a drive to check this spot out, I highly highly recommend it.
