Used to shop there exclusively up until I noticed they weren't taking covid seriously. And lo and behold After a visit I became sick. It's impossible to know where exactly I caught it but with their science denying "patriot" viewpoints they are at the top of my list of suspects. Their formulas are ok, made with quality ingredients that won't burn up coils. They run out often of certain spots new so call first. I was told to come to this place because it was cheap and friendly. They were right about it being cheap. My first purchase in there was for a drip tank and a mod they sold to me that we not compatible. After returning to fix the problem, the owner stepped in to help. He proceeded to tell us that his employees should have never sold these together in the first place. After having said this to us he went on to talk down to his employe calling him an idiot and showing little to no respect for him, while making myself uncomfortable. A huge lack of professionalism in the work place. He persuaded me to buy a different mod "tugboat" that he said was the same price. Never once telling me an inexperienced vaper, it was a clone. He continued to say that the "tugboat" (clone) was so cheap because he had purchased so many for a Black Friday sale. After discovering it was a clone, (thanks to Vape Town) I went back seeking justice for the false advertised sale witch the OWNER had lied to make. Upon entering I confronted the owner and staff, they said it was my fault for not knowing what a clone looks like. That it was "common sense that almost every item in his store is a clone." Owner words. He proceeded to place all of the blame on the buyer (myself) and take absolutely no responsibility for his action. After going back and forth the lethargic owner continued to try and belittle me I front of his staff and costumers stating that this was all I could afford. He said I need to be more educated and stating if you don't like how I act then there is the door. Highly unprofessional. I don't see how he is still in business selling these cheap knock offs of the real thing. I can assure you if you have purchased anything within the last year from Apple Valley Vapor it is sure to be a clone. Not my words, the owners. This man never informed me it was a clone and seemed fine scamming potential customers. Not a place I would recommend to anyone. This is without a doubt one of the best vape shops I've ever been in. Very amazing staff, very welcoming, very friendly cozy environment. Their prices are really good, and I love what they're doing with their in house juices. I would 10 out of 10 recommend this shop to a friend. Be sure to try the PB&J juice mix. I'm usually a supporter of local businesses but this place is horrible. Cheap juice and knock off products... When people say everything here is clone versions they aren't lying right down to the coils for tanks. My first purchase from them was a 5 Pack of Atlantis coils for me and my wife's tanks. 20 dollars spent and only 1 worked. I thought hey maybe I just got a bad batch and would give them the benefit of the doubt. My wife went to purchase another coil yesterday and we're having the same problem. When she complained about our last batch they basically just blew her off. If your into everything being a knock off then this is the place for you! The location is a tad bit difficult to get into/out of, but not impossible. Small shop, but clean, comfortable, couches & a kuerig "coffee bar". My primary purpose for the visit was for juice, so I didn't peruse their offerings of hardware- so I can't comment in regards to stock or pricing. I was greeted immediately upon entering, and was offered assistance. There is a "tasting bar" fully stocked. Seem to have a rainbow of flavors, but honestly the "menu" leaves a lot to be desired. Hard to read, description were cute quips... Not really describing the flavors much. The gentleman behind the counter was knowledgeable about the product & very helpful in suggesting flavors to try. Prices are about normal- $10 for 15ml & $15 for a 30ml bottle. Their juice is all mixed in-house, so don't go expecting to find Five Pawns or Artist Collection. All in all I felt relaxed, good service, fairly priced juice product. My only suggestion would be to make the menu more user-friendly & descriptive! read more

They have a fabulous selection of everything and the girls that work here are awesome. It's a nice place to chill and try out different juices and get help and advice about your mods, builds, and juices. I just dislike them being on the Outer Highway--but I hate all the places where I have to get on the Outer Highway to get to. Just annoying. My first time afforded me two flavors at half price and the ability to exchange flavors if I was unhappy. So I Was In Big Bear Yesterday Visiting, & As My Day Went By I Noticed I Only Had One Bottle In The Car & I Was Running low !!!! I Usually Like To Carry Two Since I Vape Like A Chain Smoker Chasing Clouds! LOL So Big Bear Had One Vape Shop Sadly They Closed At 6pm, IDK Why So Early But I Guess I'm Use To Long Beach Area Vape Shops Closing At 9pm, So I Went On A Mission Looking Around Yelp To See Any Vape Shops And I Came Across Apple Valley Vape Shop, It Was Heading Away From Home But Ehh I Seen Good Reviews So I Thought To My Self Why Not Right, I Get To Go See Something New. I Ended Up Arriving To The Place 5 Minutes Before They Closed, Felt Bad Being that Guy And not knowing what juices they Carried, well tasted like In Other Words So I Scrolled Thru Their menu and just went for the strawberry flavor, First Pick Was A winner! Thank God Because Like I said They Were about to close and I didn't want to try different juices haha. Talking about juices they have roughly over 80 juice flavors! 80 PPL!!!! This place is absolutely awesome! The staff is very helpful and they know their stuff! I love coming here after work and hanging out with them (who I have become friends with) and the cool customers alike...they have great customer service and are very welcoming. I wouldn't recommend this vape shop to anyone. I first went in there around Christmas time to buy a mod for my brother, the owner of the store sold me what he claimed was a "tugboat" but was actually a clone. He said it was only $60 for the tugboat and I proceeded to say how cheap that is for the brand tugboat, he said yeah its a good deal because I bought a lot of them and I'm selling them cheap as a black Friday deal. Obviously making it sound like a good buy for an authentic tugboat. I found out from researching what he sold me was in fact a clone and not an authentic at all. I went back to the store confronting the owner with my problem to see what we could work out and the owner had a completely different attitude, acted like a child, and didn't deal with my problem in a professional manner. He claimed I should have just assumed it was a clone for the price and because everything he sells is a clone, which tugboat clones only run for $20 so he ripped me off there too. No one informed me the entire store only sold worthless knockoffs. The owner told me he wasn't going to do anything for me and demeaned me saying I only complained because obviously that's the only mod I have and raised his voice in front of everyone in the store, then continued to say there's the door. Very unprofessional place wouldn't recommend it to anyone they don't sell anything worth your money, any vape shop is better. read more
