They have a lot of varieties I smoke probably all kinds of smoke, and I always find it there Prices are pretty awesome. Always ask for 2 or more and you'll get it cheaper than anywhere else, and their products are always original 100%. read more

Horrendous service. I came here multiple times to buy cbd gummies. The third time he sold me gummies that were completely melted. When I brought them back to exchange he threw a lil b*tch fit and accused me of lying. It was the absolute worst. Today I made the mistake of stopping by to pick up a bong and he would not let me inside. 2 mins later I see him let someone else inside. TRASH!!! Do not come here for any reason literally go to any other smoke shop. This man who owns it is all bad. Please take your money anywhere else!!! No stars and absolutely the worst smoke shop in the HD. read more

Sad this use to be one of my favorite shops in the high desert great variety at a good value now the prices are ridiculous just left the store . The older gentleman was on the phone completely ignored me standing by the counter then finally turned around when I asked for pricing he was unaware look it up and down made up the price on the top of his head $15 for this small carb cab I I use to get a banger and a cap for $ 23 a few months back I would suggest going to another store for affordable items with listed prices read more

Trash prices and rude people. 2 vapes for $55?? Crazy when the chevron on central and hwy 18 has the same ones 2 for $40 0/10 do not recommend this place, they will say prices are high right now but they're not, they just want to rob you of your hard earned money. read more

I called about a flavor of vape juice I was looking for and the man that answered told me they had it in stock in a 0mg which is what I asked for. I called specifically so I wouldn't waste my time going in if they weren't going to have it. So I go in, told the girl I called and she had no idea what I was talking about. They didn't have the flavor I wanted in the 0mg and I told her the man had told me 5min before that they had it, and she said "I don't know why he told you that, he's not even here". I don't expect much professionalism from a vape shop but I do expect instead of being told there's a product in stock to be told "I'm not sure, I can have someone check for you". Maybe route the phone number to the actual shop instead of to someone that isn't in the store. read more

DO NOT COME HERE. I've gotten Bang brand Vapes and a few of them for some reason go out after 10 puffs. So it will work in the store and make it seem fine. I've gotten them from other smoke shops before and it's happened to 3 out of 4 of them. I just thought it was that and got anothet brand. I go in today, figured I'll try this place again since I got couple working Vapes from here. I saw they had the bang one and the flavor I like, I know they make fakes of these too. I decided to get 2 and they both worked out the door. I get back hit it a few more times and it dies on me. I go back not more than 45 mins later and they tell me they can't do anything for me. If u guys know this happens and I know they do, they should recommend something else. My normal smoke shop where I got the 1 working Bang vape, tells me everything to watch out for and recommends me a brand and flavor I still get to this day. I'm disappointed, if you're spending $28 dollar for a disposable vape it's not cheap. to add on the guys working seemed like they don't even like people coming in. Never going back. UPDATE: 2nd one broke do not go here. They will rip you off. Another place down the street sells that brand for $25 as well. read more

Always friendly, respectful and helpful people who are there to help you with your questions and concerns. They also have great prices. I always find a good deal and walk out smiling. read more

Don't come here. Bought a disposable pen didn't even get to use it more than a few puffs, before it died and never charged again. Came in to see if I could get some help. Guy says I can buy another one for 15$. When I spent about 35 on the first one to not even fucken charge and work. Worst customer service through the phone. Phone number on maps isn't even the one on store. Didn't even get to enjoy it. They only want your money and even more money for you to buy another one. Don't come here. Pics since he wanted to claim it was half way without looking at it with his own eyes. His name is George by the way guys. He had the nerve to say no matter who id talk to in the company they wouldn't do "shit" Businesses like this that know what there doing don't deserve business. read more

They sell fake disposable vapes and overcharge. I've come here twice and received a fake bang vape both times. You can tell when you compare it to a real one, as well as the taste. read more

This place absolutely price gouges. They tried to single sell a three pack of pods at full price. Then they lie And say that's not what they're doing when they get caught. What they charged me $97 for I got for $30 the same day at a different place. This is a very untrustworthy family business read more

They have great employees and great customer care but they lack any good deals. Pods and disposables for nicotine devices are a bit pricey than I'd like them to be and the store isn't the cleanest place in the world but they definitely do their best. I really like their attitude every time I walk in and they'll take care of you, even give great suggestions. read more

Great selection and great prices! It is a little hidden gem, it's by the AV bowling alley. The gentleman who helped me, was very nice! They have everything from water pipes, hookahs, juices, salts, cigars, cigarettes and everything you could want in a smoke shop! This by far, is the nicest smoke shop, in the high desert. read more

Very nice shop fully stocked! Just went in for a battery, they were pretty busy for a Sunday night right before closing. Would definitely go back to check things out. read more

I'm a repeat customer here. After tonight no more. I was sold, the incorrect cellphone charging cord. The lady behind, counter said she showed me cord before sale & downright lied & she would, not exchange I use a C CORD NOT A MICROUSB CORD. I told her go ahead and keep that I have no use for it you ripped me off and she did and she actually kept the card and put me on the counter again so she's going to resell anyway but I'm never coming here again by someone else to come here again cuz they're they will rip you off if they sell you something that's incorrect don't give your money back or exchange it. That's shameful customer service and there's plenty other smoke shops to go to in the high desert Apple Valley read more

Super bad customer service bought a vape broke very shortly after purchase and they would not do anything. I just wanted to exchange it for a different vape of same value and was told that nobody else had a problem with the vape I bought so they wouldnt do anything about it and told us to leave read more

Today the owner was very rude to me and questioned my intentions and my character as a long time customer I was very upset and hurt. I go in once a week to buy Juul mint pods 4 pack, today it was empty with no product, and simply wanted it exchanged which was like pulling teeth. I even left it unopened and let them know so they could check the other packs so it didn't happen to another customer. He has great employees Magda (Magna) is so amazing! Always kind and great to talk to, has a very sweet heart, she helped me and understood why I was upset and did the right thing and exchanged my pack and apologized even tho it wasn't her fault. I understand there are sick people out there who would fake something like this as I've worked retail, but I am not one of them. She deserves a raise for how amazing she is. As well as the taller older gentleman in there. He too is very kind and good to his people. They make the store. The younger man is also very amazing. His vibe is chill and calm collected. The owner is lucky he has good people working for him. As if it were just him they wouldn't haven't anyone if he treated the customers as he did me today. His employees all build a relationship with the customers to keep them coming back which is what makes a great business. I would give this place 5 stars based off the employees but not due to the fact how he handled it. The store is very clean and neat. And they are stocked which is great. I thank her so very much for today and making me feel at ease since I was just trying to help his company to begin with which he didn't understand. read more
