If you are a die hard fanboy, fangirl of comic books, collectibles and want to feel welcome, The Comic Cult is the place to go to on Comic Book Wednesdays. They are great at holding your pull books with no charge unlike some shops that you require money to hold your pull. If you are looking for variants, back issues or that certain book, The Comic Cult personell will assist. Their beautiful massive collectibles is something to be in awe. Their shop is always clean and you always feel welcome. They are closed on Mondays but open Tuesday through Sundays; closing at 3 in the afternoon on Sundays. Like I said, these young men are respectful, hard working and more importantly, makes you feel welcome. Salud my friends and keep it up.

There are not enough words to describe how great this place is! The whole staff is amazing, but I have to thank Kathy, Audrey, and Henry specifically for their help and kindness. I recently tried to partake in a contest that had partnered with Comic Cult. Unfortunately, the people in charge of the contest did not hold up their end of the deal. Luckily, Comic Cult was great about the situation and caring enough to help get me in touch with the right people so the issue could be rectified. Not only that, Henry was nice enough to keep me in the loop and get back in touch with me once everything was fixed. I will absolutely be back to support you guys, and I want to say thanks again for caring. You all are great, and I'm excited to continue growing my collection.

My experience with Comic Cult has been synonymous with the comic books they specialize in, INCREDIBLE, SPECTACULAR, and AMAZING!!! Comic Cult is the comic shop the High Desert has been desperately needing. No need to travel any further as this full service comic shop features 10% off everything in store included with a weekly comic pull. Even better, no additional fees to start a pull! I'm yet to encounter a comic shop in Orange County or the Inland Empire offering this incentive. The shop is well lit, spacious and organized. Just as important, it has a bathroom! Yugioh, Magic, Heroclix, Pokemon and Dicemasters rejoice as Comic Cult hosts weekly tournaments with awesome prizes! Owners Cathy and Henry, sincere, honest, and knowledgeable, earned my business and trust since their grand opening. Unlike many condescending, snobbish comic shops, the owners truly care about the happiness and satisfaction of their customers. One time, I needed a newly arrived comic book that had sold out. Despite the shortage and demand, Henry simply gave me his own personal copy! These guys aren't trying to make a quick buck, rather they are trying to make a lifetime customer. Comic Cult's motto is "We take care of our own." Stop by the shop and they'll take care of you!

Upon entering, I realized the shop was much larger than I had expected. Looks like it may have been 2 shops merged into one at some point. There's a large connected room with a massive Anime books and poster collection. Lots of fun and unique finds. The man at the cashier was friendly and helpful. We left with just a couple small figures but would love to spend more time looking over the variety of books and collectibles. Any shop that includes Hip Hop has my vote!

Good selection of the big name newer stuff, and lots of up and coming indies. Great atmosphere and just a pleasant place to look around and decide what you want to read next. I decided to bump this up to 5 stars though because the employees are so great. Mal, Miguel, Cy, and Logan are always super pleasant and friendly. They give good recommendations and are extremely helpful. I still wish they had a dollar bin. However I feel lucky to have such a nice shop near by full of great people.

I'm rather new to comic collecting and I've been trying to keep my collection growing, but because I'm new to the hobby I don't always know how things work so I try to ask questions to the workers at the stores I visit. The store has one person who is honestly kind of rude. He is an older bald white guy. I've interacted with him a few times in the past briefly but I always felt he was kinda short and rude with me in comparison to how he interacts with other guests . I thought maybe I am overthinking the interaction so I always just let it slide and kept coming back. I told my partner briefly about this and he even agreed that maybe it could be me over thinking. I went in with my partner and this time I asked a question to the cashier about comic releases and the rude guy interjected and made condescending comments about me not knowing how releases work and overall made me feel really stupid. His whole energy just makes me feel like I'm not welcome and that I'm less than because I'm new to the comic hobby. When we left the store my partner immediately was like "is that the guy that is always rude to you?" I don't think I will come back to this store again because of how rude and unprofessional that guy is. He just really lacks customer service skills.

Boxes are labeled but don't seem to be in any logical order and there were a bunch of boxes we couldn't even look at because they were underneath a plastic table cloth with stuff on top of them. Maybe that needs to be on a shelf behind the counter then. Or there needs to be a sign on that shelf that says nothing on it is for sale. Alas. I left without buying anything when the employee snapped at my wife when she picked up an item, that the employee said wasn't for sale. Sorry, but don't put it on the sales floor then, or at least clearly mark it. Not a stretch to assume that the comic book merchandise in the comic book shop is for sale. If it isn't why do you have it out? The attitude and tone of the employees was not inviting, and borderline rude.
