For the store itself: I was greeted right away and the sales associate (forgive me, I do not remember her name at the moment) made herself available for questions. Think of this store like a mini-locally-owned Hobby Lobby or Michael's (knick-knacks, seasonal decor, decor accents for the kitchen, living room, den, yard, etc.). Everything was organized, displays were easy to maneuver around (explored this store while wearing my napping 10-month old so ease of being able to move in a store while babywearing is a priority!) So yes I am impressed and will return again. If you need a gift or a craft I would recommend this place, especially if the larger craft stores are intimidating, your first time in a craft store and don't want to be overwhelmed, or are just curious--like I was). Her home is decorated with the cutest things, and it turns out she's been getting them all from here. It's filled with the kinds of home decor items you see on Pinterest ... cute signs, foliage, mirrors, end tables. Several Bible verse items. Think Kirkland, but a little less commercial. We happened to show up on a 20 percent off day, so you can find great deals if you know how to shop. The owners are super friendly. It really reminded me of the family atmosphere in The Shop Around The Corner from the movie "You've Got Mail". Just substitute home decor and great gifts for children's books. I loved this shop and plan to go back for their Christmas tree decorating class this fall.

This store is in the mall. I was offered a free sample to enjoy, by a friendly employee, while I browsed. The candies here are always consistently good. I really can't say I have a favorite but I do enjoy the ones with nuts. So far I have returned three times in a period of a couple of weeks and not to buy more hostess gifts! I got hooked on some varieties I have not tried before just because of the free samples. I am thoroughly impressed with their sugar free chocolate covered peanut brittle and how good it tasted. I was given two full sized chocolate bars as a gift with my last purchase. I normally will not buy anything sugar free as I intensely dislike the taste of artificial sweeteners. Boy, was I surprised when I found these sugar free chocolates actually tasted good! They were not too sweet and did not have an aftertaste. Needless to say, I will be going back for more of this.

I honestly don't know how this company gets away with advertising one thing and delivering…read moresomething completely different. The arrangement we received looked nothing like the beautiful photos on the website. The flowers were different, the bouquet wasn't even close to being as full, and it felt like a cheap substitute for what we actually paid for. To top it off, the order didn't even arrive together. The delivery driver forgot the flowers, so the birthday surprise showed up in two separate deliveries. That completely ruined the presentation and the whole point of sending a gift. When you charge premium prices, people expect premium service and a product that at least resembles what's advertised. Instead, it felt misleading and sloppy from start to finish. This was supposed to make someone's birthday special, but it ended up being frustrating and embarrassing. We definitely won't be ordering from Edible Arrangements again. Corporate won't even pick up...
