Bin and Win is a returned item retail store. I have been to a few of these in the Inland Empire and…read morethis is one of the best ones and in the high desert it is the best one in my opinion. The staff is friendly courteous and helpful. You can often find items there at decent prices. I will say this if you find something there, do not make sure it works before leaving because they may take it. I found a Shockwave device there but it had pieces missing I just want to make sure it comes up in starts but there's no way to test it without the remaining parts. I found a quart so that I can power it on, it had a password so I was able to defeat the password and create my own. The security guy asked me what is this machine for I told them it's for pain. He ran to the person behind the counter they had a discussion and now the device that had previously been $12, $10 then $8 was now $500. Some have asked why do I still shop here. I still shop here because the deals that I have found here more than make up for the work I did on that Shockwave device. It's a good place to to locate bargains. However, do all your testing at home...

I saw exactly what I've been searching for and I was overjoyed. I knew the measurements that I took from home but forgot to bring my measuring tape with me. No worries, Martha provided a tape measure for me and it was even more perfect. Next thing I hear her say and confirm with her other co workers was I could have it delivered later on that day. After paying for it, I walked out one happy and satisfied customer. Later as agreed, Anthony and I'm sorry I forgot the other young man's name came and delivered my special sought after item. They took extreme care in handling my Saran wrapped furniture and I couldn't have been more happy. Attached is my special prize and how I've dressed it up!

UPDATED REVIEW!!!!!…read more Only getting two stars because the sales girl was polite. And we did have a good experience with the massage chair we bought. They did fix the issue with the chair. This may be a review for just their "custom" furniture or anything they have to put together. I originally posted a great review of this place. The sales customer service was great. The delivery guys were polite. However, be careful once delivered and they leave you are screwed. Regarding the couch, If you have a problem they will not do anything for you. It is in the policy so I can not blame them for that. However, When we sat on the couch in the show room it was amazing. However the "custom" built one that was delivered was not the same. I was not home at the time of the delivery and my wife is not the type of person to complain so we dealt with it for a while. The problem is with the cushions. They are completely trashed in about a year. They are calling it wear and tear and not covering it. So unless you are the type of people that purchase a couch every year, do not purchase from them. The store blames the manufacturer and has no remedy for your problem. NO ATTEMPT TO HELP OR FIX THE PROBLEM. So now I will tell everyone I know about my experience, so no one else has to go through this. On a side note we also purchased 4 barstools from them and they fell apart in about 6 months. All chairs lost the bolts out of them and have to be fixed constantly. I know that this happens sometimes but it gets a little annoying when you have to tighten them and spend extra money to fix a problem that you shouldn't have to for the amount of money you spend.
