For the store itself: I was greeted right away and the sales associate (forgive me, I do not remember her name at the moment) made herself available for questions. Think of this store like a mini-locally-owned Hobby Lobby or Michael's (knick-knacks, seasonal decor, decor accents for the kitchen, living room, den, yard, etc.). Everything was organized, displays were easy to maneuver around (explored this store while wearing my napping 10-month old so ease of being able to move in a store while babywearing is a priority!) So yes I am impressed and will return again. If you need a gift or a craft I would recommend this place, especially if the larger craft stores are intimidating, your first time in a craft store and don't want to be overwhelmed, or are just curious--like I was). So much has changed!…read more Overall still a great store. Get greeted most of the time. Great Christian books and inspirational books at the front. This store has a large parking lot and is in the same shopping center as PetSmart. They're also in the same neighborhood as Sprouts. They sell arts, crafts, tshirts, fabrics, sewing items, knitting and crocheting items, faux flowers, gifts, licensed items like Minecraft, Super Mario, some anime and more, they sell seasonal decorations based on the season (Christmas, Autumn, Summer, Spring, etc) they have birthday items, household items, resin, resin molds, earrings and earring making kits, and so much more. It's a nice store but can get hectic (with long lines) during the holidays. Overall the cashiers and employees seem friendly.

I drove home 11 miles and just now looked at the receipt and now understanding I just cannot leave until I double check the receipts from ANY HL. As soon as order was put in, quickly contacted for an appointment to go over my order, then another for sizes then a 3rd for placement. I almost ordered the wrong shade of green not only for the jacket but for 6 patches, a name plate and custom back art the first woman helping me caught it by pulling up school to have reference on what I was aiming for to make sure we were happy. She saved me from a HUGE OPPS. customer service 10/10 from allllll the employees I've come into contact with. Very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I walked away from an original order that was ok... not so sure how to order what I was wanting but this is alright. To omg this is better than I could've imagined. How I'm so excited to be able to hand my daughter such a beautiful jacket is just filling my heart with so much joy. There was a hiccup and it is delaying the jacket about 3 more weeks. However most of her patches were done and they sent pictures to just show me what they had gotten done and let's just say so worth the wait. I am for a fact going to be bragging about this company for years to come, in hopes to send more business there way. I'm just in awww even with the little bit more of a wait and even though I am not a very patient person.
