He is one of the few stores in Big Bear that wears a mask and actually enforces it which I appreciate so much. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable, but I was looking for something size specific which isn't his fault that he didn't have. :)

We walk in and this place is HUGE. This place also has a lot of respect for their military and first responders with a wall dedicated to those that sacrificed their lives for the people they serve. The cigar selection was also huge. You name it they had it. The lounge itself was stacked with comfy seating areas and tv's. One thing that stuck out was their customer service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Let's just say my buddy wasn't happy to be in Hesperia on his birthday especially on a Tuesday. After visiting Havana, he ended up saying this was one of the best birthday's he has had in a while. This place is a must stop for those wanting to chill and relax with a stogie.

"9/29/2026, Al little after 3pm I'm a store owner myself,…read moreso I'm writing this to let you know what's happening in your shop, not just to vent. The cigar room and paper selection are fine. The problem is your counter guy -- long-haired white dude. He saw me walk in, looked away, and kept talking to his buddy in the back. When he finally came over, he grabbed the wrong size papers twice. I had to point at the shelf. Then he answered his phone mid-transaction and told the caller he'd call back, while I stood right there. Total came to about twenty-three bucks. I asked for one more pack to make it twenty-five even. He scanned it, it went over, I said take it off. He did. I handed him twenty-five. He owed me a dollar-something in change. Instead of giving it to me, he held my money and asked the guy in the back to turn on the lights. Still holding my change. I had to ask for it. He told me not to come back. If he worked for me, he'd be fired. He answered his phone while helping a customer, ignored me for two minutes when the shop was empty, and held my change hostage. The product's fine. The service isn't.
